Inox Metro

The hall is pretty small in respect to other inox theatres. Also it's very congested outside since the overall structure is too small. Better to avoid the first week of release as there will be too much crowd. But location wise it's possibly a good place to watch movies as all nearby transport is vividly available.

Inox is very good but their staff forcefully booked foods with ticket without our concent and also demand extra money for ticket booking even I go 15 mins before show time

Very Good 3D Theatre in Dharmatala. Very Good screen here. Good Atmosphere with better food service. Food price is high but best quality. A/c for all seats. Ticket price is starting from Rs 200 - Rs 500, Seat quality is very good. Loved this theatre. You can checkout here anytime.

Dust on screen easily visible should be maintained well, no posters of special demanded movies like avatar. Otherwise all good on lounge, toilet & drinking water area.

This is one of the best Inox I've ever visited, it's situated inside the shopping complex of Reliance outlet.

The employees are very much customer centric and will completely make you feel overwhelmed when you enter the complex.

And moreover the place is expensive but worth every penny.

Inox is awesome. However, position of exit light at the front looks very bad and affects movie ambience in a negative way. Time to change its position.

Ambience excellent. Food quality is average but the price is excessively high. Atmosphere awesome

Plan to see movie but security person not allowed with outside food, we asked him to lock the bag for that they refused, it means during my job work break I can't plan to watch movie in this theater any time, Cinepolis cooperate with the same

In d tkt counter they do not disclose d real price of tkt n sell u a food item by adding its price n tell u it's free. This happened with me on 7th Dec22. Since its sms tkt now you realize it much later. This is cheating. Shame on d management of Metro Inox.

Good environment but ladies washroom door knock was broken so it's a problematic thing.otherwise nice

It's was a old movie hall now converted to Inox, nice place with good place to watch movie but a bit small

Inox are not very good, it's seats are fixed in its place and the curtain is also little bit dirty. Sound quality can be improved.

Nice Experience, watched Thor love and thunder there. 3D experience was not that good would suggest 2D version for this specific movie.

Very good Screen and sound to enjoy movie. It's located at a very important place of Kolkata.

Metro inox is situated at Jawaharlal Nehru Rd, Esplanade, Dharmatala. This is a very good hall for spending your weekend with a wonderful movie with big screen and good sound. Popcorns, cold drinks and snacks are also available here.

Firstly I would like to describe why I posted 2 stars regarding this Great Cinema Hall. Yes you all read it right.it is really a very good cinema hall in central Kolkata with a huge screen and a good ambience with great sound quality. But the biggest scam with this cinema hall is it's TICKETS PRICE. I felt it bad thrice. As You all know Booking seats from Bookmyshow is more costly than Booking tickets in Offline, but here that's the SCAM: : - thrice i gone to see cinema and stand in the line to cut ticket ️ and they told the cost of per ticket in Club is 300/per person. While in Bookmyshow Club price is just 150/ person. Just think. They told us to buy Popcorns and Cold drinks then For three persons I have to pay 1170 rupees, while that same seat in online I will get for 500 rupees for 3 persons. What is this? Can anyone say me.what sort of business policy is it. They indirectly forcing us to pay in online for that net charge. I really felt very angry regarding this sort of policy of Inox Metro. Just a bad and strange behaviour from the Ticket Counter People. They are literally saying: - " This is our Policy sir ". Why should we pay more even when we are standing in the line offline to avoid any net charge. I couldn't understand this policy. After sometime i realised this is there technique to earn more money from people when the cost of seat is less. Just a cringe Policy and personally I stopped going to this cinema hall and my friends also stopped visiting this hall even though the screen is good and sound quality is pretry awesome.

An excellent cinema hall at the heart of the city and nostalgic METRO CINEMA is now METRO INOX.

It was one of the best Inox I have been to. I just loved it. The screen was huge crystal clear, sound system was awesome, 3D experience was mind blowing. They had ample variety of foods to offer or choose from. If you are planning to visit there don't give it a second thought.just go and enjoy. And to put cherry on the top, the best seat in the house is D11. Enjoy have fun.

Earlier, it happened to be a renowned landmark of Kolkata. The "Metro Cinema Hall".
In recent time it turned into a multiplex, within the CENTRAL MALL (Revamped from its old establishment) owned by INOX.

So far the infrastructure is concerned, it is impressive, and match up indeed.if compared to other leading multiplexes of the city.
A really nice place to enjoy a movie.
(However, waiting eagerly for the COVID protocols to waive, so that we can get the AC on, inside the auditorium)

Great decorations. Nice ambiance. Seating and audiovisual effects are great too. All over a great experience. Located inside the Central Metro Mall, Esplande. Two screens are available.
