Cleaned rooms,
Food Restaurants and Pizza Hut available,
Nearby Ferry ghat, Bus Stand, Railway station and Taxi Stand.
Check in time is 9 am,
Online very difficult to book.
When reach there before time to book any room, staff insist to book room for two days i.e. Previous and present days.
Waste to argue with them, better to pay and enjoy good time there.

The room was decent but the staff is bad. They demand extra money from you and comparatively no room service was provided. They say dorm is not available but I could see few empty beds.

A big building without spacious rooms, having satisfactory house keeping service by housekeeping staffs. But, on reception, there is mostly, unprofessional, rude staff, they are harassing, making mentally tired, when you enter this promised after a long rail journey
. I have doubt, that, they are get any training before keeping them on the job.
They not know about hospitality, which is essence of this industry.

Comfortable spacious rooms with clean bathrooms, fooding isn't available and room attendants are too much greedy

Stay was ok as i didnt get the ac room … transit journy it is best option 918 rs for non ac room nd 1700 for ac room …checkout time 9am …they ll give u room whn u have cmfrmed tckt for further journy.online booking availble.it is jist above the kfc nd pizza hut counter…

Good for one night stay but all counter persons are bribe monster. Every time asking for bribe to provide a room in urgency.

Rooms ok. The house keeping staff are needed to be changed. Woh log ka salary nahi milata hain.
Today one of the house keeping staff demanded me 500rs.the house keeping incharge should strictly take action against them

It'll be a better option for the lone travellers who want to spend their early night in the station so that they can feel eased on the transportation and labour cost. Otherwise expensive and not very comfortable.

Sooty walls, and the people in the reception and hotel are more interested in taking bribes than serving its guests. IRCTC should definitely take action against such kind of people. Pathetic!

Worst management. Had to wait for hours to get rooms. Full corrupt counter staff. Disappointed.

When you checkout.uh should refunded 100.
General male and Female for both Have Dormitory.
Also, AC and Non AC. Double Bed Room Available.

Deluxe Double Room is Also Available something 1500. Price.
