The stay was pleasant and the food is totally awesome. Thanks to Manish (House keeping) for being so patient and guiding me through the overall process and helping me out. He had been very helpful during my stay. Good work ITC SONAR. Will plan my next stay soon

The ambiance is very nice staffs are good behaved very clean space. Everything was so mesmerizing.

ITC Sonar restaurant is Not so good. Firstly I wanted to order soup and they said have only one soup in veg that's tomato but I wanted was corn which really everywhere. Then I wanted chicken biryani and they said they don't serve that also they have only mutton biryani which obviously I don't eat although he suggested that twice. Then I wanted a bone chicken and they only server boneless. Means what kind of restaurant you are which menu this tiny where chicken biryani can't fit. It was so dispointment.

The hotel rooms and staff were great especially the restaurant staff they were the best. The food was amazing. So tasty and fresh.

ITC Royal Bengal is one of the finest star hotel properties in India that I have visited. Rooms are spacious with all star amenities. Very polite and courteous staffs. Room service is spot on! Had the joy of celebrating my birthday amidst a very few close friends at one of their 1 BHK apartments. It was very heart-warming to receive a special birthday cake sent by Chef Shivaji himself to us! A splendid stay and great experience! Two thumbs up!

My stay at the famous Sonar was a memorable one as it was a special day for me. I was very excited for the Peshawari and PanAsian, both the places were simply the best. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to try them both.

A very good hotel to stay and the staff is awesome, very helpful people. We feel very secured and safe inside the hotel due to the extra measures taken by the ITC Sonar. All the COVID-19 related safety measures have been well implemented.

The rooms were fantastic. The bakers and the bakery was amazing. The pastrys, bread, desserts etc.were so tasty. The room were so clean and luxury. The service was great.

I like this brand from last couple of years during my stay in India. I believe it’s totally a next level hotel brand of world class.and the food is out of the world everything balanced and well plated.elaborated dessert buffet.and a big appreciation to chef who created this menu and dessert buffet set up.amazing.out of the world.displayed world class cakes and mini pastries and desserts.which gives complete glimpse of world class food.thanx chefs.big thanx to all of you to take care of mine during my stay and definitely come back soon with my family after panademic and stay with u again and enjoyed lovely food. One of the best stays that I’ve ever had on a vacation. The rooms were impeccable and the service was really really good. Necessary precautions against COVID-19 were taken at all times. Would definitely stay here again
