I went to J. Rai and they were very rude! I had a pretty bad experience with them, so I would not recommend them at all.

They are chits. I bought 3000/- kg tea 2.4 kgs. They showed something. And gave some thing else. Now I have nothing to do as I stay in Kolkata.
