Nice hotel, Rooms are clean, food is good.have to wait to use the lift as it's small in size and the busiest place in this hotel

Room service is not available properly after knocking 2 3 times.foods r over priced.they charged 14000 for 2 nights.overall not so happy.

Hot water is a basic amenity in cold places like Darjeeling. They just provide hot water from 6am to 8am. That too warm water and not actually hot. Rooms are tiny. TV and intercom were not working. Photos are deceiving. Food is one thing that was good.

Perfect hotel destination i my view.i stayed in same hotel 3 times.next week also going and stay there only.
I recommend many of my friends and relatives.

Rooms were good but the amenities they provided only for one person while the room was booked for two! Other than everything was fine.

Issue is they don't take cards for payment and expect us to carry unlimited cash in bank account while vacationing, ridiculous.

Beautiful view from signature rooms. Good service. Only let down was the poor network coverage on my floor. Poor Wifi and phone internet on 4th floor

Rooms look new and nice. Location is quite ok. But, they need to understand basics of hospitality. The hotel hesitate a lot to provide drinking water free cost. When I asked room service to provide a jug of water to room, along with a coffee order, they brought drinking water in a used water bottle. This is not acceptable

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, decent service and obviously great location. We opted for mountain view rooms and they have excellent views of Mt.kanchenjunga. Overall an excellent hotel

It was my honeymoon and the room was good and cosy but the problem is with the hot water. I repeatedly call the staff for hot water but they did not provide me so a 0 for service.
I stayed for 2 days and we had 2 rooms as my friend was also in his honeymoon. 1st day me and my friend's wife noticed some paranormal activities but no one of us disclosed it. The next day my wife noticed some paranormal activities and she was not willing to stay in the room anymore. I have to move into my friends room till morning. I will never use the hotel anymore.

It was an amazing experience to stay at pink mountain. Views from room & roof are breathtaking. Management is very co-operative. Overall very good.

Well, I was glad to see the beautiful reception area. The staff is prompt and very polite. The room service was quick.
Food was extremely yummy. I recommend hotel pink mountain. Dont go for costly rooms because of the weather you will hardly see a thing from your window. Also call directly to hotel and book instead of going through gupta group to avoid confusions. The hotel is also walking distance from mall road.

This hotel is near to Darjeeling mall near about 200m walking distance. Things which I liked about it
1. Huge room, clean, queens sized bed, huge bathroom.
2. Smoking is prohibited inside the room but staffs didnt bother and told us to smoke with window open.
3. Restaurant closes at 9.30 and the menu is full veg. The price is reasonable though.
4. We were 3 people and extra mattress was also provided. It costs us extra 1000 rs.
5. Hot water available from 6 AM to 10 AM and again 6PM to 10 PM.
6. Tea coffee sugar sachet, electric kettle provided in the hotel room.
7. The property price for mountain view room is 6000 per day but we got city view room in 5k for 2 days from mmt. Which is a steal deal for us.
But they didn’t gave any city view room rather wall view of the residence beside. But we cannot complain bcz we got this so cheap. Terrace is one floor up so we spent maximum time in the terrace.
8. View is lovely.
9. Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful.
Overall I liked the stay and no negative pointers.

Staff was very kind and humble. And always there to help. Loved the breakfast buffet.which had amazing variations and varieties. And tastes yum.

I was at Jain group hotel pink mountain to celebrate my birthday. Got free room upgrade to begin with. Service was fabulous.

If I talk about the Customer service manager Jahangir Alam, Food and beverage manger Abhishek - all super care taking and ready to address/resolve even any smallest discomfort. Personally I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Very courteous staff. Hotel Manager Jahangir Alam is great when it comes to relationship management. Apart from the cuisine and delicious food, it’s the welcoming nature of the staff that doesn’t let us go to any other hotel.

Very neatly maintained property & Awesome food! Will have to mention that chef use to visit often in restaurant to check what we relished more Am sure I have put-on a few kilo’s just in 2 days of stay. Three cheers to the entire team! Will visit soon

The hotel had a great staff! The rooms were nice. The food was great! We loved having breakfast and dinner over there! The staff took great care of the reviews of the guests. Services were quick! Loved the stay!

Worst possible behaviour ever I had faced from the hotel desk. I have called them for enquiry of tarrif. The tarrif seems higher than I have heard and I said that, they disconnected the call with unexpected rude behaviour. Don't even know how to talk with customer.
