Best Multiplex in Barrackpore region. It has 6 screens and all are with Dolby and AC and the seats are comfortable ones.

Visted today for a movie worst experience seats were too congested. Ac was not working properly.

The sound and the screen is decent but the seats are very narrow and there are no leg room. If you reclyine your seat the person in front of you is going to get poked by your knee. Seats are not comfortable at all when you are charging 300 for one.

Booked tickets for Gadar 2 on 20 Aug 2023 at 6.10 pm.

One of the worst theaters around Barrackpore. They don't even turn on the air conditioner inside the theater. Everyone is shouting in sheer suffocation but they don't even care.

Pathetic experience.

Air condition is not working. Hall authority is not aware of that and reception lady behavior too rude.

Bad quality screen. Bad sound. Bad seats. Bad service. No order, people sit wherever they want. Constant interruptions by person with torch showing people their seats. No hygiene standards, bad food quality. If you pre order food from BookMyShow, you won't receive it. Extremely rude workers. Total waste of money, please avoid.

This is the worst multiplex in west bengal. Screen quality, audio quality is very poor, the seats are not comfortable. The ticket price should be less than 50 rs for this service.

Seat are not clean. It's very slatternly. Also bottle holder is too slatternly. It's need to cleaning.

Not that good cinema hall. Very small place & not well maintaine. Screen size also medium or you can say small. I went there 4-5 time. But, not getting any good experience. From a long time it's remain the same.

It's ok type. Not satisfactory when ticket cost is taken into consideration. More or less comfortable for watching movie.

The seats are very compact and not cormfortable for a fully grown adult. With decent sound and picture quality Jayanti Cinema can be termed as the last resort for people living near Barrackpore.

Very poor staff inside and outside multiplex. Poor maintenance of toilet and very bad smell comes out whenever I visit jayanti. Screen resolution and picture quality is very low graded.

Few seats do not lean back. If person seating in front of you doesn't lean, you will not be able to watch full screen!

Jayanti Cinema in Barrackpore is probably the only A. C. Multiplex in North Kolkata having 3 screens (Hall-1, Hall-2 & Hall-3).

Convenient Location: Approximately 50 metres from Barrackpore Chiriamore. On B. T. Road, just 5 minutes walk from Barrackpore Railway Station.

Seating: Push-back type cushioned seats

Available Food: Snacks like chips, pop corn, cold drinks, etc.

Online Booking: Available but printed copy of the online ticket is required to be produced (mandatory) at the counter.

Overall, good experience.

Not like real 3D hall. Seats are too small and uncomfortable. It's painfull to watch a full movie in this hall.

Sound and picture quality is not up to the mark.they ask for a print of ticket and at the noon all the cafe is closed
. So have a trouble to take a print of ticket at last they have given ticket after some argument. It is ok ok theatre

Well systematically we can say this cinema hall is cool and good. Online booking? Yes.
Ac? Yes. Seat quality- not best but good. Food is alao available!

You need to show print out copy of onkibe booked tickets which is annoying. Seats are very small. But comparing to the price you can say that its an ok cinema hall. It is air conditioned also.

Very good hall. Only comfortable Cinema Hall in Barrackpore area with A. C. Small but comfortable seats and good picture and sound quality is there. Many seats are also there. I like it very much. It is very beautiful. There is a Restaurant, a Shopping Mall, a Bar, and a Disco also. Four halls are there. You can do advanced Internet Booking and you can also watch 3 dimensional movies here. The hall takes good movies. Food is also available. Before the movie starts, you can sit outside the hall but inside the building (there is A. C too and good chairs). It has securiy guards and well-maintained ticket counters. It's a mini multiplex. It can also be a romantic place for many. No harassment is there. Tickets are of affordable cost only (medium cost). Rs. 150 for Bengali movies, Rs. 200 for Hindi films. If you are a local person, you may watch a movie here if the movie is being played here. The hall is quite big and the rules are strict and have to be followed. Near it is a parking lot which is free and you can get taxis also as there is a taxi stand too there. The posters are always updated at time and the hall is really very nice. Please check the photos to understand the place well.

Cashing on a typical location advantage as no other multiplex is nearby. Seats are smaller and often causes discomfort to a tall person. Picture and sound quality so so. Foods available are of not great, you can try coffee which is good.
Online booking available, but surprisingly they don't accept m-ticket! You have to carry print out. Card payment acceptable. No parking for 4 wheeler s are there.

Its a good Cinema Hall in the town area. I would not recommend those who will expect inox type facility in Jayanti. Still its a 3D movie hall, undoubtedly the excitement touch the sky. Yeppi.

Unclear small screen, seats are cramped and dirty. Poorly managed. They still looks for printout for online booking tickets.

Nice hall, but need improvements in terms of seats, foods and proper timings of the shows.inside food is ok but not very good, sitting is not up to the mark as the seats are not comfortable for healthy persons and your legs touch the front row seats, and many times shows start late.hall 3 is large with big screen, but hall 1 and 2 are small with comparatively smaller screen.otherwise nice hall, good sound and nice location. Just five minutes from barrrackpore rail station and just beside the chiriamore junction on b.t. Road.

Seats are very cramped and without covers exposing dirts. One will surely remember the dictionary meaning of 'meager' in the refreshments available. And the fountain drinks appears to be diluted.
