Evn after cource completion he had been there through out to guide me with various queries and question. I have completed Diploma in bakery and I had an amazing experience in learning all classes.
Everyday you learn new recipes, new techniques, full hands on sessions, tips and tricks you get, even the environment in class is healthy. JBL is the place you want to go to learn the new baking and patisserie techniques. I have done the Diploma course and it has helped me to gather alot of new information. The tutors are really helpful and approachable.

After finished my degree i have constituted an institution under the name and style SUGARLOAF and it is running very smoothly and earning appreciation - it is all the credits of my accademy from where I have completed my degree.

Problematic location. Unprofessional staff. I went for admission but skipped because doesnt seem worth it. There was only 2-3 students in total. I was told sweeping and moping floors is part of their curriculum.

The best place to learn hands on the French techniques and the teachers are super nice. I owe it to the chefs there.

I've done a diploma course from JBL Academy of Culinary Arts. Its a great place to learn all the patisserie and baking skills. Chef Chiradeep Pal is a very knowledgeable person and teacher, who not only guides you during the course but also even after that. Chef Ali is also very helpful. The faculty is great, they have all kinds of modern bakery setup. Overall its a great place rather I would say, the best place in Kolkata to learn about baking art.
