JMS Villa & Gardens (AC Banquet Hall With Garden)

Good location but on road parking, visited to attend a marriage ceremony. Banquet is clean & well maintained. Lots of trees & flowers all around ️

The villa has a ac banquet hall and a large ground. But the villa is located in the interior of anandapur where you will not get any shop or any transport. That is the only disadvantage.

Excellent arrangements. Full AC two storied bunglow amid front and back lawns. Guest will be really delited if entertained here. Really a memorable experience in the marriage party. Not to mention the food was extremely good. Really, Avery well maintained reception facilities to entertain guests. There was silent generator van as well for standby in case of a power failure. Being adjacent to Anandapur Police Station has added another Cap named 'Security' for the the venue.

The place is huge and good enough to have ceremony for 500 people. You can decorate the place nicely by making stage based on the occasion

Nice place with garden. However adequate toilets should be there around the garden. Car parking is on the road. Otherwise good leave for marriage parties etc.

Nice place with big two lawns, one building with rooms, one sheded area, but no inside parking, car parkings are on open road that's the only disadvantage

Very unpleasant experience. Pl make sure that you get everything in writing while making a deal (for any ceremonious occasion) with the owner otherwise you are surely be cheated.

JM Villa, or more popularly known as Shooting Bari (House used for Shooting/Filmmaking) to the locals, is a beautiful place, mostly used for hosting celebrations like weddings and receptions or for filmaking purposes. Its spacy, well groomed, and the villa inside is pretty good too! The entire place-the villa and the garden around is rented quite a lot!

Good place for parties like get-together, weddings, product launches, celebration, open air parties.etc

Excellent location for a marriage - plenty of space allowing proper adherence to COVID 19 protocol. Well maintained with two storied small bungalow.

Good place for contacting any medium type occasion, having 2 stories building and enough ground space.

The villa is well maintained, the decor is beautiful. But before booking the villa do read the rules and regulations properly cause after taking the booking amount, they do take a security deposit amount which are returned back after the booking day, after taking the electricity and different charges from you which generally they don't mention verbally while discussion, so read the clause properly and then sign.

Over-all a good experience but staff attention is low.and number of staff is also very few.you are planning any function go for it, it is good place for that. Variety of food items options is available.best part of it is its event coordinator she is awesome and very friendly.

Nicely ventilated rooms with comfortable beds and clean get up. Well maintained and hospitable staff. Gave a feeling of vacation in the midst of city. Perfect choice for wedding or rice ceremony

But there is a lots of Mosquito and insect around this place 100% Chance of Dengue fever.
And rent are bit Heigher side.

We went for a office picnic. There was a gathering around 350-400 people. It's not proper for a picnic of that much gathering. It is appropriate for a wedding reception. It has no parking space inside, you have to park your vehicle on the road.

Very nice villa with ac. Lots of free spaces in front and behind also. Easily can accumulate 400+ guests.

Pros:

1. Staff: polite and professional.
2. Venue and rooms are clean and well-equipped with air conditioners, double beds and modern amenities in bathrooms.
3. Check-in and check-out times are well taken care of.
4. Venue cost is reasonable.

Cons:

1. The lawn is the venue's main feature. So one can imagine what it feels to have booked the place and then the lawn is gone.

2. In-house caterer is way below standards. So look for an alternative if you decide to book this venue.

3. In-house event management company that does the decoration, drapes and flowers is good. However, don't expect them to create new ideas. They play only with a few of their set themes.

4. The road from the E. M. Bypass is not well paved. So, expect a bumpy ride to the location.

5. Suitable only for a small gathering. Preferably no more than 150 people, if you prefer a relaxed atmosphere.

Nice place open area for the folding section and lawn for ceremony n also has an in-house area good hall over all but if the no of people are a lot for instance around 1000and above the place might feel a little small in size

A lush green place for all ur ceremonial needs, with state of art facility and warmth for each event. The best thing I like about the place is the owners are very supportive and welcoming.

Good but behaviour of owner not good when go for booking. Charge is excessive in the locality. Parking cars on the main road making it congested.

A beautiful began Bari as they say. Very well maintained rooms which are Air conditioned. Spacious has balcony enough for around 80 people. Lawn at the front and back side lined by coconut trees. If you are looking to have a party in summer the lawns are going to be hot and sweaty.

Not a user-friendly place. No public transport is there to access this place. Only access by own car or Taxi or app cab. No sign boards are seen on the entire roadside to on the way JMS Villa. Entrance is shabby, from main road unable to locate or signboard is not there to identify. Inside front lawn small but maintained properly and back side lawn to small to gathered hardly 150 pax. The entire area is a little bit tidy. Pathway light and demarkation board to be required inside to assist outside guest, lack of Resorts side security guard not seen for safety major.

Good banquet. But AC facility must be there for dinning areas. Floor of the open arena is needed to be covered with carpet. Else too much of dust is there. Fan is needed in the garden else it is horrible in hot and humid days to stay there.

This is nice and cozy place.they have big lawns with one nicely decorated house. The Villa is also named as shooting Bari. Many tv serial shoots and movie shoots supposed to take here. The place has very beautiful calm. So you can easily stay here for 3-4 days with no cacophony disturbances.

Great place for conducting any reception or party. Enough space available inside. The Bunglow is also spacious. Easy to reach from Ruby crossing.

Good place. But not very spacious. Just beside Ananda put police Station and 10 mins walk from Ruby General Hospital. The place has a front lawn a covered area and one backside lawn. Good for moderate gathering but not very good for larger number of guests.

Beautiful place.centrally located.nice ambience.very neat and clean.the garden, the pathway, the building - all are very well maintained.excellent place for a warm get-together party.
