A lot of people might have different opinions but for Mishti doi I love jugals in the park circus 7 point area.

Terrible experience at Jugals, Park Circus.
Went there to buy sweets today (Dashami) with my family (wife, kids and dad). For context: my daughter has severe peanut allergy.

Upon asking the person at the counter to double check that a particular item doesn’t have any peanuts specifically (to which the person replied No politely) ; ANOTHER person (owner/manager, short bald guy) from the end of the shop started making derogatory remarks (completely unprovoked as we were not even speaking to him) about how his shop doesn’t “cheat” people by giving peanuts instead of cashew nuts and screaming at us.

I tried to explain that this was completely out of context and I was asking because of my daughters allergy and nothing to do with the quality. He continued with his rude and disgusting behaviour to the point it was about to end up in a fist fight before the crowd came in to pacify the matter.

Disgusting behaviour (beware of this bald short man in the shop). Either he is seriously sad in life or just needs to be dealt with. Be sure to avoid this shop. Go to other jugals outlets or a million other good sweet shops in Kolkata - def not this one again.

One of the clean and hygienic place to enjoy your Bengali sweets. Also this place served good sweet at affordable price.

Every customer after having meal in ARSALAN they visit jugals fir some sweets for them ir for their loved ones.

Sweets are tasty. Located at park circus 7 point. Can be located from main road only. It is just beside arsalan.

Very polite & cooperative. Quality of sweets is top class. The GOJA is delectable. All the sweets are of very good standard.

I have tried Jalbhora Sandesh and Sharbhaja here. Both are good. Though the Shorbhaja is a bit too sweet, am in love with this sweet!
So, I order it every time I pass by.

I have been a regular customer of the Rashbehari Avenue outlet for many years. However, I have visited it on and off as I have shifted base to Bombay 10 years back. Well, this time when I ordered through Swiggy from the Park Circus outlet I was thoroughly disappointed.
1) I was thrilled to see Pantua in their menu and ordered for them. The item that was delivered was Gulab jamun, which is made from mawa unlike pantua which is made from chenna.also it was irritatingly sugary.
2) I ordered for Dorbesh, once one of the superhit items at the Rashbehari oulet for years - but I what received was laddoos.that too, dry, small, dried from days' non-usage laddoos - nowhere near what Dorbesh would look or taste like. I mean, who are you fooling?

BIG DISAPPONITMENT.

Jugals Sweets is wonderful place to visit for sweet lovers. Located at Seven Point in Park Circus the place offers good quality and wide variety of sweets.

Very good mishti and nonta. The Singharas are small, delicate, traditional and yummy. The ladykeni and Chhana jilipi are with adequate khowa and ghee flavoured. The tslshansh are great. All sweets are good infact. A wash basin would have been good.

There are hardly times when you find me visiting a confectionery shop and if I do, I am sure to share the feedback on Zomato.

I happened to find Jugal's with an uncle of mine who wanted to buy some sweets for home and I was there to accompany him.

It is located on seven point crossing of Park Circus, just beside the Arsalan and is one of the best outlet of kind.

The staffs are very friendly as well as jovial who tends to cheer up your time. My uncle being a regular customer got bit preferential treatment too.

We ordered for two types of sweets, rasogollas and some savories. They were packed soon and all the time they were chattering with my uncle about how he shouldn't bother about diabetes and eat more sweets.

While being home, I happened to taste both the sweets as well as rasogollas which were fine. However, the savories were okaish.

A visit is recommended.
