Good food provided by them. They work Ethic is very good. Trustable, good service provider in arena of food. Quality food at reasonable Price and Dedicated work by them.

I ordered from them for our house warming ceremony. We ordered Bengali meal for lunch. All the items including payesh was extremely tasty and was served fresh. Two other very commendable points about them are that they are very punctual and serve huge portions of meal which will ensure that there is no shortage of food in a gathering.

Food’s delicious, quantity is just the right amount, just like home made food. You must give it a try!

I have been ordering food from Julie's Kitchen for the past few weeks and my experience so far is great. It’s not easy to find a good place to eat when you live far from your home but I am glad that I found Julie's Kitchen.

Horrible bad behaviour of the owner.if u rate 1 for particular item which even after giving instructions was cooked bad.the owner will call n say in future u should never give us order bcoz u rated us 1 … can one imagine such audacity from an owner who is in service industry… really shameful… hope god makes him realise his ways soon

Delectable dishes every time I placed an order. What particularly made me a loyal customer is the fact that they address specific concerns and demands of every client while confirming orders. There were days I had ordered food for a bunch of senior citizens, and others for that of kids- both were equally taken care of with the right amount of spices and ingredients- eventually making every dish a delight on the plate! There’s a saying for me U told me ghar ka khana and I heard julie kitchen.coz this is the one which is saving me here.tasty delicious healthy quantity everything is upto the mark. You will never miss your ghar ka khana thats my guarantee. Staff, delivery, timing everything is on point.

If anybody's looking for a tiffin service that would provide a proper "Ghar ka khaana vali feeling", julies kitchen is your only stoppage here in New town. Very impressed with the quality of service that they provide.

After posting the review, i was connected by the owner of the kitchen. After some discussion the delivery issue was resolved. Now I'm getting food delivered at the office doorstep.back to enjoying my lunch again. Increasing one star for prompt customer service.

I have used their service for office lunch delivery for almost a month. I liked their service and food. My usual orders were veg thali (rice, dal, vaja/chokha, 1 sabji) and sometimes egg curry with that.

Service Feedback: service was professional. Kitchen manager was very helpful and easily reachable over phone/whatsapp for any issues. Delivery was good, mostly within the time schedule. You can have veg or non veg meals, only for the days you are present in the office and you will be charged accordingly. It's not fixed monthly amount. Also, probably the most economical option you will find in this area.

Food: The style of cooking is Bengali. Loved the taste. Dal and vaja/chokha was homely and super tasty. So were the sabji. Oil/spice wise, suited my taste buds. Only alu-potol was very oily to me. But taste wise.no complain whatsoever. Quantity is more than sufficient. Rice was not Basmati.that's a very good thing if you are planning for a daily basis. Daily sabji had good varieties. I loved all the options I had tasted except alu-potol. Egg curry was not that impressive though.

I was enjoying the food, but unfortunately they could arrange the delivery only upto the gate of the office building, but not to the 7th floor office, even with offer of extra delivery charge. Initially I was told that office delivery is possible if gate pass is arranged. In our building, gate pass is not required and there is a separate service lift also. But, I guess, the delivery person was reluctant to use the lift. It's not always possible to go out and collect delivery during office hours. Practically, it would have taken less time for him to deliver at office than waiting for me to come and collect. But it's their service, so their policy. I had no other option but to stop the service.

Positive: very helpful and understanding kitchen manger, quality and taste, economical.

Areas of improvement: Variety in dal. Taste of egg curry. Delivery policy.

If you are looking for tasty bengali style tiffin services at an economical cost. I highly recommend them. If they update their delivery policy, I'll definitely go back to them.

Aloo paratha was very good. Felt like eating home made paratha. Just awesome. Keep it up. Add more types of paratha in your menu if possible.

Good wholesome food. I have had the thalis which have good portions. Very tasty food. On time delivery.

Placed order for lunch at 1145am. Delivery time given as 130-45 pm. Till 2: 30 there was no delivery. On contacting was told that the delivery boy was stuck in a traffic jam. My location is 1.4 km from you. The delivery boy -DJ Snake, could not be contacted. Finally after several calls got a packet of cold lunch at 2: 45 pm. As Per DJ Snake, he had picked up the parcel at 1230. There was no MSG from you or the delivery boy about delayed delivery. And meal packed at 1230 delivered after two and half hours just 1.4 km. A courtesy call to inform about the misplaced order would be a natural feedback. Cold lunch is cold comfort.

Tasty fresh food, delivery quantity was also sufficient. Satisfied with the behavior, food quality, taste, quantity. Must try once for bulk food order for any occasion.

It’s been a month I started taking tiffin service from here. Varieties of food in an affordable price. Specially the Thali is excellent. Must try. Customer friendly and delivery service is also good. Kudos to Julie’s Kitchen.
