Went in there in the afternoon and was surprised to see that they didn't have anything to offer except for sweets.

This was the worst sweet shop I had ever visited in my life. The taste and quality of sweets were not good. Though it was a famous Shop but still it's sweets were not that much praise worthy. Really DISAPPOINTED. Waste of money and time

It is quite chaotic especially at the Esplanade branch. Patience and Mediation is key to buy products from here. If the products were not good, we would have left immediately.

If you're in South Kolkata and looking for the famous K C Das canned rosogollas, you can find them here. Right beside the road, though covered a bit by the tiny shops in front of it. I was catered to by patient, experienced staff. The samosa here is great as well, fresh and tasty. A good experience visiting here.

I enjoyed this place. Unlike other sweet shops, it was clean. Mostly importantly sweets were good. Try out the nolen gur sweets during winters. Absolutely loved it

Well, we were looking forward to visit one of our relatives post our darshan in Kalighat and My father had this store in mind. However, we were disappointed to see that this store has only tin boxes of Rasogullas and no other sweets. I have been to other KC Das outlets (very frequent to Esplanade more shop) and was expecting something similar here too. Not sure if things are off due to COVID but that's pretty much I saw and was little disappoint to notice such scene.

Too much expensive. Same quality rosogolla priced RS 10 can be found in anywhere in kolkata in RS 5

কে সি দাস কোলকাতার ঐতিহ্যশালী প্রসিদ্ধ নামকরা বাঙালি মিষ্টির দোকান। এদের মিষ্টির গুণমান খুব ভালো। বাঙালির গর্বের রসগোল্লা ভ্যাকুয়াম প্যাক করে বাজারে আনার প্রথম আইডিয়াটা কে সি দাসের। পরে অন্যান্য দোকানও একই জিনিষ করে। কে সি দাসের কোলকাতা এসপ্ল্যানেডের দোকানটা বেশ বড়। অনেক ধরনের মিষ্টি এবং নোনতা খাবার (সিঙ্গাড়া, কচুড়ি, রাধাবল্লভী প্রভৃতি) এই দোকানে প্রায় সবসময়ই পাওয়া যায়। অবশ্য অন্যান্য জায়গায়ও কে সি দাসের অনেকগুলো দোকান আছে।

Ok it's not just a place, it's also a place where you can find some good Bengali sweet like rosogolla. Rajbhog, pantuya khirmalai sondash milkcake. Jalabi khirkadam lodchamcham danadar. Chanar cake everything what u want to eat. It also sell cold drinks like Mazza Coca-Cola Pepsi mirinda tufan etc. Go and enjoy the sweet.
