Went to Kamdhenu store Lake Market for a large order. Very proactive while taking the advance. However, experience while receiving order is quite bad. One of the staff (Who seems to be the one handling the charges) is very rude and unacceptable. They failed to deliver on time. Its better to stay clear of the lake market branch. Also, the sweets went stale pretty quickly.

Bought so many times from here previously but a week back went there and bought 2 items and the staff denied to give change in a very harsh tone as if I was an outsider/not a customer. These days kamdhenu has gone so high at peak that their attitude is going above the belt. Pathetic experience. This is a gentle reminder your behaviour to customers matter the most, if you can't provide change atleast be soft by denying. An always serviceble chain denying to have change is something not believable, well. All they want customers to buy high priced items. If you can't change your attitude you may lose customers. Very disappointing. NEVER VISITING THIS OUTLET AGAIN. I suggest others to visit other branches. WORST!

Sweets are good but depends on the shop. I tried rosogolla in ranikuthi kamdhenu but it was not worth it. But the lakemarket area's shop is quite good

The store keepers are not properly trained to deal with customers. Does not attend customers properly. Sweet taste is good but customer dealing is very poor.

The place is simply exquisite. If you have a sweet tooth, the shop is just for you. Just visit the shop and experience it yourself.

Rosogolla is awesome but Rs 15 per piece.
Money doesn't matter over taste. Kolkata always known for sweet.

A sweet shop where maximum varieties of sweets are available which includes few baked sweets and Bengalis favourite Rabri. Sweet curd here.is also delecious. Price is ok also. It has many branches throughout Kolkata but more so in south kolkata.

Worse quality of sweets. Today morning I bought Ramball (A type of chocolate flavour sandesh) from here.in take away. In the time of eating I found its smells very bad and teast is just like rotten product.very disappoint. Weast of money.

I am not a mishti expert but I can safely say that there is one place in South Kolkata which can challenge Balaram Mullick in terms of taste and value for money. I am talking about Kamdhenu Sweets, Lake Mall which has a wide range of really sweet and tasty sweets. If you are here do not forget to to try their narkel nadu, samosa and milk cake among other delicious sweets.

Variety, good quality & additionally there is a cool lassi & soda shake joint outside on the steps.

There are many branches of Kamdhenu Sweets in Kolkata. Sweets of this shop are special qualities. All item of sweets are very tasty & very very good. Kshir curds are there also very nice. All items are very expensive here. But one of the renowned shop in Kolkata.

Food is of good quality and hyginic sweets are moderate in sweetness and they have good sugarfree sweets also they have large number of branches and they are also available on zomato

Sweet lovers must visit Kamdhenu sweets once. Quality of sweet is excellent. Specially sweets made of Nalen gur. Makha Sandesh, Boikuntha Bhog, soru chaler payesh, Baked Mihidana must be tried.

Excellent quality Bengali Sweets. Incidentally i visited their production centre. It maintains a very high level of hygiene. Almost zero contact.

Staffs behaviour is not up to the mark. There is a negligence towards customer, when they are buying less amount of sweets.

It is hands down the most awesome place to get the authentic Bengali sweets. And they don't fleece you.yes there are a few other brands who are literally fleecing customers and compared to Kamdhenu's they serve and sell sub standard over priced items.

This is the one stop shop for all the bengali sweet delicacies. Each and every sweet is absolutely fantastic. Must try item is Misti Doi.it is creamy in texture and the best misti doi in kolkata. Prices are comparatively cheaper, but in terms of quality it is over the top.

Sweets quality is good. Staff behaviour is also very nice. But the price of sweets are a little bit of high. Overall nice.

I just love their quality and variety. Being a local I end up buying quite frequently from them and they have always lived up to my expectations. The price is just apt.

Today at 09.30 pm bought rabri from Lake mall counter but found it stale and it is not expected from a reputed house.

Sweets are awesome here and we have tried lots of sweets over here which are special sweets of Bengal r chamcham, baked rosogolla, nolen gurer misti, sandesh, cream sandesh and rosmaloi
