Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata

The staff was too friendly they helped me in every moment and there was a quick response in everything breakfast was also pretty good overall it’s a good stay I will recommend this hotel for everyone to a pleasant stay

Had a corporate function. The arrangement was excellent and the staff were very cordial and helpful. Food quality was really nice.

Good hotel. The buffet spread was good. They have a nice little gym. The staff is friendly. Rooms are good.

Most of the people are very friendly but the restaurant need to change the way they operate. Like as soon I enter the restaurant it is like i have suddenly entered a place which is completely different than rest of the hotel and I say this in a bad way. Casual attitude. Employees singing with guests in the restaurant while cleaning the tables etc
Rest everything was just perfect!

Our guests had checked in to the hotel on 8th Sept and checked out on 10th Sept. The checkout was done as per the standard process - checking mini-bar, hotel consumables, and all respective parameters. All the payments were made and cleared and bills were received by us duly signed by the cashier. After the checkout we have received call on 14th Sept 2023 that there are un-paid dues even after making the payments at check-out and receiving clearance for no-dues. The hotel is harassing the guests by continuously calling them. This is very un-ethical, unprofessional practice which we have not seen in the hospitality Industry.

If you want to mental peace, please avoid this hotel its a complete mess and chaotic!

Great location, super ambience, food was very tasty, staff were good, nice place to visit again

We have booked for 15 pax in lunch during puja but the experience was terrible and horrific. The food were below quality with a congested place to sit. I strongly recommend NO GO to this place as they r just marketing there past history.

Located in the busy Park Street area of Kolkata. Surrounded by lot of active nightlife spots and the property itself is very classy and comfortable. Initially checked in for a night as my usual The Park Hotel was full. But extended for the full stay. Great Rooms, good breakfast spread. Relaxed atmosphere. I have to mention the very friendly Saurav who checked me in and ensured I was comfortable and the gracious Priyashree who extended my stay and also guided me with her recommendations on local travel and sightseeing.keep up the good work. Also a notable mention of the elderly Mr. Pasupati who takes care of the gym and us and who goes to prove that age is just a number. Will definitely stay at the Kenilworth in my next.

On 18th we had a horrible experience. A Conference room was booked for a workshop which was suppose to start at 9 am. When we reached the Conference room was not ready, when enquired about the same no one from Kenilworth took the responsibility to inform what’s happening. All senior leaders were attending the workshop. It’s was very embarrassing for them to keep waiting for 45 mins.

I visited this place for a business meeting. It is located in major Park Street area and can be reached easily. There is parking available for both two wheelers road four wheelers.

This place has it's restaurant called aromas. The food and drinks are average and the prices charged are not worth it. It's better to have food from outside restaurants.

Service is prompt and efficient. Staff is well trained and experienced.

I went with my family and friends for Saptami lunch buffet at Regency. To start off the welcome drink (Aam panna) was blunt. Some of the food items were stone cold like luchi, begun bhaja, etc. Most of the time the sections were empty and it's was taking quite a long time to top them up. In this process I lost my appetite. Tbh I was expecting a better spread and service (food availability) at this price. Now the positives, the prawn soup was the best out of all and the mutton was super tender.

Good food and good room service. Room service staff is well mannered and polite.

Worth to stay.

Had lunch with professional colleagues. Hilsa lunch. Given the price, food was average and the place hugely under staffed. At one time for about 10 minutes we had a private lunch as all the staff had vanished!

Lovely place to stay, this was my first visit to Kolkata, what a beautiful place to stay.
Nice welcome at reception, quick resolution check in with no time wasted, well maintained rooms.
Tremendous attention to detail, meeting all needs of the customer staying, well equipped gym and spa services.
Breakfast buffet is the best so far, variety of options, live counters (waffles, Dosa, Parotta), nice outside place to have food, soft spoken helpful staff.
Would recommend anyone to stay here when you visit Kolkata, thumbs up

I went for Lunch and the entire ambiance was satisfactory with good food and cooperative staff.

Nice Location (Next to US Embassy). Staff is what will make your stay wonderful. Special mention to Arnab from front desk, Chef Khem, from the service team George & Dalyn. Rooms are comfortable, toilets are clean but need an upgrade. Room corridor carpets needs to be changed. All in all a good experience.

Management is not Fair, They will get the work done and will not listen at the time of Payment.

Everyone from the receptionists to the cleaning staff was very pleasant. In addition, the oil massage at the hotel's spa ＭYRA was a wonderful experience. The treatment room was spacious and clean, and the woman who performed the treatment had good skills and a courteous attitude. All in all, I can say that I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel and the spa.

Late check out facility is there and even early check in is available

Best hotel experience! Staff were so nice and they take complete care of the guests from the point when we enter in and till we move out. You would housekeeping voluntarily checking if there is any need. Breakfast- wow! You have South Indian, North Indian and English breakfast. Even during your breakfast, staff ensures that you get the food hot and tasty.

I stayed in hotel for 2 days. Hotel is nearby all visa locations. Food at the restaurant aroma is okanot great. Morning free breakfast was okay. One day they had live counter to make dosa and omlet another day they didn’t. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is rude and not helpful. The front desk short lady threw nasty attitude when we said we were checking out little late. Front desk staff is not helpful. Only because we were women and not men. Staff roams around clueless in hotel. Not a good service. Does not qualify for 4 star might be 2 star

I have known this place for many years. I also know that the owners take huge interest in providing the customer a great experience. Notable was the staff so friendly, conducted themselves very well.
The buffet breakfast is an experience, not to be missed. Location could not be better

Kenilworth is a 4 Star Hotel. It's more luxurious than 1,2, and 3 star hotels and offer high-quality service. They are typically stylish and refined and offer upscale accommodations, fine dining, lounges, bars, and 24-hour room service.
Food is highly overpriced for the quality. Recommend to have lunch and dinner outside the hotel, nearby restaurants to try more of Bengal food. Parking would be a problem if you're coming in big groups on a bus because the entrance road leading to the hotel is small. The rooms are good. There is a locker too. Hotel can arrange a vehicle for your travel. Many tourist attractions are walkable from the hotel location and can be covered easily. They are in the radius of 2-3kms. Overall it's a good hotel. Beautifully maintained.
