Good food. They have installed self ordering kiosk. It is a monitor where you can choose from menu and order. You can also make payment via UPI or card. It is a good feature and I liked the innovative idea.

KFC acropolis served us cold burger and chicken was also not crunchy.bWhen we asked for replacement they denied. Such a worst service.

I am sorry 2023 you guys let me down. All because of one GREAT service man in your dept. I claimed the full refund from Zomato. But 79min for an order was quite a WORST experience. Happy New Year

We have ordered chicken wings, Burger and fries, I must say that every item was too salty too eat, We have realized that may be people over here are use to but its really a genuine concern when your kids are enjoying the same meal with you.

Absolutely love this outlet it's one of my favorite outlets in kolkata cause the quality is absolutely good and the view from the top of the acropolis mall was unbelievable. I just loved it.

It is very surprise to see a international brand like kfc provide this type of uncooked food. Is it look like a chicken popcorn. Taste is ridiculous very bad quality of food.

Very bad experience. Staff are not well trained. Giving false information. Have to wait more than 30 minutes. Order supplied at staggered manner.

Overall good experience. Due to puja the place is a bit crowded. Food quality is good and all staffs are efficiently handled the customer.

I did not received my order till now which was due at 9.05 pm. No sms was sent to me. Can you treat this as an urgent complain.

Ordered 6pcs hot and spicy chicken from swiggy and they delivered me one leg piece, one small chicken breast and 4 wings piece. This is utter nonsense. If KFC is trying to save some $$$ by sending cost saving piece while charging us such a high price, I am sure you guys will lose a lot of customers.

The food they delivered is STALE. It's around 2/3 days back cooked food. The quality is not upto the mark. In the name of offers they serves all stale food. This particular branch for kfc is worse.

All good. New items arrive in time. Taste and hygiene is well. Inside Acropolis mall, on 3rd floor. Unfortunately, with their Card accepting machine having contactless transaction feature, although working, the staffs were not doing contactless card transaction.

I am giving a ok coz there was no proper ac. All food items of the menu were also not available.

Ok place not much happening.
Also few of the items in menu is not available.
For beverages they serve only soft soda drinks and no shakes.
Also sometimes straw goes out of stock or sometime sauce.

Kfc is not what it used to be. We associated kfc with tender juicy fresh chicken but it is not the case anymore.
We have four hot and crispy, the chicken was hard and not juicy meaning it is old.

I assure you, this is my last time ordering from kfc.

Good staff and adequate space. But interior decoration can be improved.
Anyway food was really good.

I have visited late night at 10pm but the time doesn't bother them to give great service they great me and provide my order which i have there only very well behaved staff's love to visit again and again.

KFC in Acropolis Mall is one my favourite outlet from its food court but I wold like to Suggest everyone please look at the condition of the chicken u are having because many times we we found that the chicken used in its products are not fresh and sometimes not properly washed but sometime it will provide you with some fresh fried chicken. I wold like to request KFC to please look into these matter and improve your chicken quality that it wold be very hard for your competition brands outlet.

I just ordered a mingke bucket few minutes before and nowadays they are serving soft drinks without a lid and straw! When asked about it the manager I think on shift, forgot the name though, said that its not available until and unless you are packing your order! Its shameful for such a franchise I beleive bcoz in this Covid situation if these unhygienic things takes place, its really shameful for such a franchise. I would understand if this was a standard but unfortunately its not! Kindly check into it.

This outlet is near the Ruby crossing and as usual the food is good. As per KFC standards the outlet is good and managed well. Somehow it feels a little different from other bigger outlets but the service is good and responsive. Surroundings are also neat and clean. KFC is good anyways!

It's too good to be true kinda thing. Pricing is way too high. Quality as well as quantity of food detoriating day by day.

Not a single person in line except me. Yet they took a huuge amount of time for a "regular popcorn ". Bad experience

I had chizza for first time in a while. It tasted salty & overpowering which I didn't like esp the Pizza crust. The chicken however was succulent & juicy a tad expensive considering the portions served

KFC is always my favorite. From spending time with friends. To enjoying ur own company. It's been a good place.

Today, I picked up 2 Classic Zinger box from KFC, Rajdanga Road to have it at my home with my family but had a very bitter experience. The chicken given inside the burger was very stale and we had to literally throw it way. The burger was also not fresh; Never in my life time we had such a bad experience with KFC. It seems, the quality of foods served by KFC has really come down due to lockdown and everything, and they are trying to make up for the loss incurred. Total waste of money. Not sure about the other KFC outlets though. I hope some one from KFC admin will see my post and take the necessary action towards this and try to improve the quality of food served!

Today I ordered KFC via Swiggy and got the delivery from Kolkata RENE tower outlet (Ruby Area). I feel like cheated. I am a regular customer of kfc but never seen such a small portion and worse taste. The burger had no taste. Popcorn hardly had meat inside it and horrible small sized hot and crispy chicken had no taste. I will not at all recomend any of my friends and family from now I guess. I have paid parcel charges and there was nothing special to claim the same. KFC should stop chating people ordering from home.

It is located near Acropolis, kasba. Very convenient to pick up food parking your vehicle at the front.

I think is a best fast food shop in Kolkata. It's also a well-known brand.it's located near acropolis mall I had visit with my colleagues in my lunch time. Food was great as well as ambiance also nice.no need to talk about the quality they are providing best quality every time. Right now I am planning to visit again after lockdown #niladrizz

Probably the best in South Kolkata. Taste wise, it is much better and more fresh than the ones in Lake Mall or elsewhere.

Good as usual. Billing section can be improved. Rice bowl quality no so good, which we enjoyed earlier times.

KFC is alltime favourite place. As this place is situated near my home that's why visited many times. Loved Kentucky fried chicken, rice bowl, crushers, chicken popcorn, zingcong box and burgers. Each and every item was damn good.

Quality has degraded drastically from the past. The secret spices don't seem original anymore, and the Acropolis outlet seems to be Finger Lickin' Good, not this.

My request is please recruit good and more understandable staffs at your counter. Don't want to rate it n very bad experience.

A wonderful KFC restaurant.
All the waiters and even people at help desk are extremely friendly.
I'll share one incidence we faced here:

When we were eating our dinner yesterday, we were watching a commercial ad of KFC on a TV which has being installed by the restaurant itself. The man who disguised himself as Colonel Harland Sanders (the old man on KFC's logo), looked 99 percent like Amitabh Bachchan. But, my relatives were continuesly nagging that it's not "Big B".
Then we had a bet and I asked one of the waiters about our confusion.
I was quite scared about how he would react as he was doing an important work.
But, to my surprise, he happily gave a smile and nodded his head sidewards mentioning "NO" and to my bad, I lost the bet.
But, I was very happy and delighted by each and everyone's behavior and I'm planning to visit the KFC soon again to try the.
"Finger Lickin' good food"

Although the price of food is quite high here, but I love all the food of them, especially the friendships' bucket with choco lash. I love KFC.

The food is no doubt good but during late night service it is no asa good as expected.
Furniture's turn out to be dirty with bread crumbs on it.

Tasty like all KFC’s. However the staff are very pushy when you order. For instance, they just repeat “do you want spicy or not spicy sauce? ”, over and over again. Unless you are very persistent with your no’s, you will end up saying one, and be charged almost 50 rupees for two dips. And you will only realise it when the receipt comes with you food.

There’s a sign saying there is free Wi-Fi, but they don’t offer it anymore. With the mixture of the loud AC system and music, it’s quite noisy and hard to hear anyone speak. You do get a pleasant greeting from the staff as you enter.
