Fast food slow as hell, waited so long just for chicken popcorn low staff why don't you guys hire some staff. Please look into it also the taste is not good at all.

Usually i am KFC Lover but gosh taste here is horrible and zinger burger and wings is cold. Totally Waste of money and will never come to this KFC. If anyone reading this review please don’t come, even if you are KFC lover. HORRIBLE

Those girls don't even know what a krusher is. I asked them for a krusher and they gave me this soda.
Stop hiring people just for there looks and get someone who really knows how to do there job.

I ordered with app, they are saying order is not showing in my system.
(Never order with KFC app)

Worst place to have kfc they don't give straws while ordering drinks there is no cheese in classic zinger burger very unprofessional food presentation. Also charging for small packet sauce which in other KFC you will get free and just giving one tissue paper for an order.

Very worst. Staff is very rude.
Every thing is money here even u order for extra mayonnaise.
If i want to take away dine in. They are very rude even
Better go for siliguri kfc instead.

Been there only once. Always crowded and you must order by viewing the menu in big LCDs. Use either hindi or english language coz very few people understands bengali well there.

Personally I didn't find the foods much interesting. Price is reasonable as per KFC standards.

We had lunch here a few times while on the market visiting family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. We sat on the Window front and enjoyed the view with our delicious Fried chicken and cold coffee. Must try!

We ordered for a veg zinger, but they gave us a chicken zinger, after complaining they replaced it with a veg zinger which was ice cold. Leg pieces was stale though we waited for 20mins as per their request. Fries were cold as well. And as usual washroom was worse than a public toilet. Even the staff acted ICE COLD just like the food they served.

The food was good but the bathroom was very dirty with water all over the wash basin area and the restaurant was a bit disorganised.

Realy very disappointed and not satified with darjeeling kfc because very poor quality and late service because of less staff plz look into this matter and also we dont get many things like grilled chicken and many more.so do check your service so that people loves to come again and again.thank you

(zero customer focus and organisation) Food was awsm but the service was very poor i order extra chicken strips it should be served separate but i asked that two lady they said it is inside your bucket which is only two strips when we are placing the order it shows delicious with toping of sauce and they serve drinks without straw with full of ice no tissues we are 6 person and they gave us just one piece of tissue i never ever experienced like that in any KFC outlet please try to keep some professional server and do audits

I used to travel 120 Km up-down for this KFC.if you are in Darjeeling trip don't miss this KFC crispy chicken.

Didn't get the cashmemo.price is not talling with the goods I've bought.smelling some discrepancies.

The locality is quite good. It is situated at a narrow street coming from Chowrasta downwards. Here chicken stuffs are available on which u can trust as most of the restaurants and street food vendors serve pork, beef and chicken items simultaneously. So KFC is better.

I ofter visit kfc but today the servicing was very horrible. What we had ordered was not even proper, we had to request for the straw and had to wait long enough for fries.that also after several request it was given.
Experience was really bad

The best KFC franchise in North-East located on the street of chowrasta darjeeling must visit place.

KFC is always great taste but at this time i order rice bowl with chicken popcorn bt they gave chicken piece.intead of popcorn

Unknowingly i tried to order food speaking in Bengali and i was answered in an improper rude way that the lady doesn't understand bengali, i immediately swiched to hindi.

What a pathetic experience with KFC
I had ordered crispy bucket worth of 666 from KFC using the app zomato and my order was excepted for the zomato app so I just called KFC to recheck my order but the lady on the phone was very rude so Unprofessional n she just disconnected my call without enquiring why I Had call and after a minute later another lady gave me a call just to inform me that to call zomato n cancelled my order. So unprofessional of KFC because of they I have to cancelled my order. Great job Darjeeling KFC

As a brand, I believe this restaurant don't follow the proper procedure.
From service to food quality, everything is in mess here.

The serve food which are cold, damped but expensive. If you have some extra bucks that you find hard to expend. You are welcome here

Its a busy place will a lot of people 24 hrs and from here you can travel to chennai, banglore, Hyderabad and whole Andhra Pradesh.

A good place. Like any other KFC restaurant they serves the chicken items. But I did not like their chicken burger. I had to pay around Rs 140 for a chicken burger but they said that they will not provide any cheese.if I want cheese then I have to pay extra Rs 30. Also burger didn't have regular green veggies which was really discouraging. Also I witness that their wash basin was almost full and staffs were totally unaware of it. Anyway but I enjoyed.

Today we went to kfc darj. We were starving so we tried to order some stuffs bt the worker out there didn't even respond.we waited nearly around half an hour i don't what they were doing inside.too pathetic service.don't wanna go to this place again.
