Worst quality of food! Smelly french fries, stale chicken! My clid had food poisoning and myself was down with dysentery as we both hand non veg items. Worst tasting KFC.

I ordered delivery for 8 pcs chicken wings, but delivered 4pc only and quality was also bad.

KFC is always best for chicken items. It's taste is very nice and awesome. I have been to KFC many times and love it.

So much of rude behaviour,
Specially the boy (maghnath) is uncultured fellow. He has no manners.

A good Kfc branch tbh. They really give you amazingly well cooked chicken the staff there is really good, will serve you really well. Chicken very fresh, crunchy and hot. We went on a weekday so the place was empty only. They are a really good team serving.

Its located in the Ground Floor of DLF 1 building. Visited here for a light snack in June 2020 with my mom, while shopping in the newly opened supermarket MORE. Pretty good joint, Food quality was okay and the Staff was also courteous.

•Placement of the shop is good, but the entrance isn’t!
•AC near the counter wasn’t working.
•Virgin Mojito wasn’t available!

KFC isn't like anything before the quality is degrading day by day this is not about only this branch bit many. Zinger burger was good but the chicken bucket was s**t

Please maintain your standard. All food which we are ordered are stale n fried twice. Waste of money. Very disappointed. Chicken items are soft, tasteless. Zinger burger is smelling. Worst experience ever.

It's near to Newtown bus stand. Sector 5 saltlake. Peaceful place. But when we entered there.dd place was so hot.the AC WERE NOT WORKING.

I ordered two zinger burgers, generally the description is chicken 50% and bun 50%. I OPENED THE PACKET AND REMOVED THE BUN and Saw that’s I received 10% chicken, 1/4th size of 1 bun in both burger so I called kfc to give feedback about portion size on Wednesday deals.

I asked them to confirm if the chicken size is officially reduced on Wednesday deals. They denied and said they will arrange a call back.
My issue was QUANTITY and PORTION SIZE.

This Store called me and told me not to consume the order and they will take return and replace it.
Good for me, I could have just taken the replacement but now the concern was quality and hygiene not the money paid. So I asked them what they do with returned products if they take return while giving replacement.
And I told them that it’s not hygienic if they take it and give it to someone else. Then they said they will discard it.

And when I asked where’s the proof that they discard it and that they have to discard it infront of me. They agreed to it when I questioned regarding brand hygiene.

They are taking return of opened food and they Might be selling those to someone else. This is serious Issue and concern about HYGIENE & QUALITY.

I will take this issue to consumer court. Neither I want replacement or refund. To hell with 300 rupees when it’s about health and hygiene.

Kfc chicken is tasty, but When you order online, how hygienic it is? Be aware.

Just now had dinner on Children's day with family including a kid of 7 years. AC not working. Wash basins are soiled with food wastes, no cleaning. Taste not at all at per with other KFCs. Guys who are taking order says short of staff. So you are charging in American way while serving in the lousiest possible manner. Why?

This is the worst KFC ive I've ever been to.its not at all authentic. The chicken dishes tates worst and old, burgers are soft wet and pale, not fresh. Even the Coke tastes so bad, can't believe how would they able to manage that, it tastes like they have added water additionally to the coke sold there.
The wings i have ordered there was so small, kind of wings of a small chick.
This is worst experience I've ever had in a KFC
Have the KFC quality inspection authorities forgot this branch still exists, or did they even loose the dealership from KFC but still running it on fake and minting money in the name of KFC.

It was as usual the good one. But i find a little bit less crunchier this time I think maybe The crust wasn't that good enough for KFC. It was good although

Had to give 1 star since there is no option of 0. When you are so busy duping customers asking “one sauce” or “two sauce”, as if customer has to choose one of the 2 options, why can’t you make sure that customer gets at least that when asked for. Quietly stowing dips boxes which are hardly 10% full (photo attached) into take aways shows your true intention. If you don’t have the sauces then simply don’t ask the question to rob the customers. You should be ashamed of charging customers Rs 25 for this drop of sauce.

I'm very frequent in kfc. But this branch of kfc is very disappointing. Yesterday i have order zinger combo, in this combo they didn't have minimum time to put the mayonnaise evenly in the burger and same with lettuce. French fries are totally soggy. Very disappointing.

KFC Located in the middle of ibm office Kolkata megacity and there are much more store near by very easy to go and could fun in every store

I dont know why i always get this foul taste from the veg burger that they give and staff is so in bad mood all the time

If it's a sunny day and too much hot and birthday party going on in that place then u have a small portion of area left for use. Belive be sitting arrangement is not so good. Leg space is so narrow u couldn't able to seat comfortable way.

Food quality was very good. But one of the items of the order was missing from the package for take home.
I ordered online at 09: 24 PM, then I called the restaurant at DLF IT Park at 09: 35 PM to confirm that the restaurant had received the order and they are preparing it. In the track my status it showed 15 minutes prep time. At 10: 25PM, when I still didn't get any information, I called again, the person on the other end asked me to come and collect it. When I reached the restaurant at 10: 45 PM, to my horror, they had not even started preparing my order, on top of it one of them was very rude. Then the manager intervened and offered a cool drink as a sorry gesture. Finally when we got our order, it was 11: 35 PM. I was too exhausted after waiting for more than 2hours after my order and the order was also big amounting to ₹1455.
I asked the staff whether the order was complete and I could take it. He nodded with an yes and so I took the two big paper bags and came home. When I opened the package, I could find only 03 Zinger burgers out of the 04 that I ordered.

So after such experience, I would never ever recommend anyone take anything online from KFC. It's the worst service. The people down the line cannot deliver as expected.

The staff are bit rude and unhelpful. Dont care on what you order always in hurry. Provide cold chicken and soggy fries. Sometimes they cook proper sometimes they dont. Never consistent. Wont recommend

Used to be a great place. Food quality has deteriorated lot. Specially the burger's are very poor quality. They haven't increased the price much in last few years so can't blame. Overall a just a place where can meet your friends and enjoy some good chichen while chit-chat. Can give a party to your friends and family with proper permission (pre-book). There is no wheelchair accessibility. But it has only 1/2 steps while entering this building from gate number 3.

KFC restaurant with standard fare. The smokey grilled chicken is especially delicious. The service is efficient and the staff are polite. This restaurant has a large seating capacity which makes it easy to find a table. One unique feature of this restaurant is it's circular shape.

KFC known for Best fried Chicken. Rice bowl, chicken wings, chicken burger, chicken popcorn are most demand in this restaurant.

Waiting for the my order more than 45 min and when I complained they were saying that I was unreachable (ps: I called them after 30min to request about my food).

The place is quite big. So it's not crowded even during lunchtime on weekdays. Its very clean. Staffs are polite and professional. However the special KFC yum taste is missing. Thus is weird considering KFC used the same formula everywhere.

Very bad customer service provided by the staffs we asked to clean the table and after waiting of 10 mins no one came to clean the table and the food quality is also not good the bread of the burger is smelling like hell.
