The food was awesome. The atmosphere was also very nice. But they stop taking manual orders. No cash option. Only UPI is option

Decent ambience. Food is yummy. Behaviour of the staffs is also decent. Has a clean washroom. Can easily be spotted from the road. Good place to hangout with friends.

This outlet has gone from bad to worse. Serving neck piece in hot and crispy. Wings are tiny. Drumsticks are like sparrow legs. Sticky batter bad quality ingredients overall.

Cripsy chicken is the most famous item, must try. Has great taste, it is the all time favorite go to eating place of many Has several outlets all over Kolkata.

I ordered through Zomato yesterday, and they have only send me half of the packet and they completely blamed the Zomato delivery boy.
But the delivery person was very humble and delivered the second packet to me again.and then I asked him what happened.he told me that it was entirely the fault of KFC as they usually make the Zomato delivery boy stand for 15/20 minutes but it's impossible that they will hand out two packets and he will take one.infact they were not bothered to contact me or the delivery boy.

Recently ordered a take away, smoked chicken rice meal with an extra chicken. The piece in the meal was tiny! The other Was average. Waste of money.

This a place for known for chicken wings & burgers.being a vegetarian ordered veg burger with fries and Pepsi.
Must say a fries were not great at all.burger was not something that I would order again until I have no other option.found it bit pricey too!

Dine in food is okayish. Overpriced, absolutely nothing too special. The chicken is fresh but still mot worth the pocket pinch. Delivery food is absolutely horrible. Firstly, chicken is not cleaned property. You need to clean out the blood and veins. Every time I orders delivery, the meat wasn’t clean. So, it smells bad and you get a gamey flavour when you bite into it. Moreover, they keep making mistakes like forgetting the dips or ketchup. Also, recently, they sent me a bottle of pepsi that was missing it’s fizz implying that the seal wasn’t proper. After ordering this frequently during the pandemic restrictions, I feel I’ve been let down as a customer.

I got very stale chicken in takeaway order. When I gave the feedback regarding the issue I was told it's impossible because other customer didn't complain such issue. Indirectly the guy who called me said I was lying. I have to right to give bad review if I spend mooney and don't get the adequate service.

KFC chicken recipes are favourite for many. Apart from chicken recipes this store also sell some selective veg recipes. If you love chicken items with yummy taste then you should come here. Regarding price, you may find KFC chicken items moderately to high priced. However chicken items are very delicious, no doubt on that. This shop is located within the city centre Mall, first floor.

The quantity of Sauce they used in their Burgers, has decreased by a bit.

But the taste is intact.

Veg Zinger is something everyone should try.

KFC salt lake sec 1 is one of the most horrible places i ever been to, (1) the staff r not polite, they r kind of rude, (2) KFC was short off staff cause there was vomit on the floor n no was their to clean it up (3) the AC was not working properly it was hot inside the restaurant (4) the cold drinks was flat it did not have any fizz in it

Very crowded, hygiene is a problem here with tables not being cleaned or sanitised properly, long cues, stuffy atmosphere, would skip it during the covid times otherwise a good place to hangout with the bucket of chicken

The food is good. The location is a big plus. But the sitting space is very limited. So most of the time it's very crowded and you have to wait for sometime to get a seat.

Very slow service compared to other kfc outlets of Kolkata. Bought 3 items, all of them were served cold after long wait.

Mouth watering chicken fries. Only problem is don't know why they have shrunk this place. Hence the place is overcrowded all the time.

Wow what an experience.if you want to have a light meal.then they act like you are non existent.i gave my order for 99combo and after 15mints i noticed that all the people who came after me were served.i again went to the counter saw the girl who purchased my order has not even given the order to their fellow cooks.you should give these kind of people a proper training kfc

Who doesn't liked Fried Chicken? This is the best place to have that. Though the prices are bit on the higher side but the food is worth the price as well as the hype.

The only thing one can say about this is. "It's finger licking good". One of my favorite things to order in KFC in Zinger box. I don't why but I like this box very much. And the taste of the burger is just awesome. Also the crispy wings. But the French fries was not freshly prepared it was not crunchy! Buti was satisfied by the taste of the burger and the wings. - Thank you ️

A very good place to hangout with your friends and family. This KFC used to be the most hyped place in City Center, since this has a superb location among all the shops in the mall. This is located just in front of the great quadrangle staircases of the mall. You can find ALL of the menus available across KFCs here. Previously there were ample space inside the outlet, but recently they have managed to rearrange and utilise the lesser space efficiently. Good yummy chicken and courteous staff. Drop in for a great bite!

It's a must that KFC ro be had at the joint itself, else you miss out on the creepiness. For chicken hoggers like me.dig into it whenever here.

This place has wide range of veg options, non veg options and even rice. All the chicken items are super delicious. I have tried almost everything but some are specially favorite like the Zinger Burger, Chicken Popcorn, Fried Chicken and lot more. I drool even by thinking about them. I think everyone has tried kfc at least once. I prefer it so I recommend it to all the people.

I am extremely happy with kfc for taking Ecofriendly measures by using paper straws and giving their efforts in saving the marine life

Food is good like other KFC outlet. But the ambience I personally don't like. If you go by the evening time its over crowded and ac is not good it doesn't cool much.

Its a disgusting outlet.hated it.after billing they said its not ready yet so it will take another 15mins.plz dnt visit the outlet in city centre.staffs are very inefficient.plz KFC maintain your level before giving Franchisee to anyone and recruiting anyone.
I guess thats the reason the size of it has also decreased.lolz.seriously i could have been choosen any other location to dine out against the payment of 5k bucks on total.and the food got -supercharger burger's bun was Broken and chicken inside was so cold.yaak man.hated the experience. KFC next time will think about the food i got served before choosing u.

Finger licking crispy chicken is the main highlight of this shop. For a long time i am a regular visitor of this place. Previously it was much bigger outlet but now its cut down to half but still spacious. In holiday its very hard to find any table or stool but thanks to god for Swiggy and Zomato. Me and my wife have a great memories in this shop. We spent a lot of time together here but shopkeepers never complained for such a long stay.

Hummmm. This is not the First time that I visited here.however this experience was not all the way it should be. This KFC is located at City Centre1, Saltlake, Kolkata. So as I was saying about my not so good experience. Don't know why but there AC was not working. I was there for one and half hours but it was utterly stuffy and hot.they kept the doors open but that didn't help much.
