I ordered food through Swiggy and they were quite quick to pic up and deliver to my place. I want to thank Swiggy for that.
Now about KFC Gariahat. The food was very cold. They never checked the information from client. The worst part was the food looked eaten, as if they picked up from the garbage.
Pathetic service. SHAME ON YOU KFC GARIAHAT. KFC must look into this outlet if they want to keep their reputation alive.

The management is extremely poor. We order 2 169/- all in box offer, they calculate it total 347/-. The total should 338+ taxes. But they count it 347 without taxes. God know how and why. When asked, both the girls gave pretty vague and unconvincing reason which shows their unefficiency of the work they are doing. It was clear that, the calculation is not even clear to them.

Anyways, we didn't argue much. Then, previously in 169/- bucket, it was one large piece and 2 wings most probably. The large piece is mostly the breast part. But they gave us a small leg piece similar to wings size. Whole quantity was so lesser than the advertisement. And it was not the first time we were having this.

Maximum times we go for this particular box only. The same thing happened in South city & lake mall food court, but after asking and arguing, they provided what they advertised. But this particular branch has bunch of unprofessional ladies who never accepts their mistakes and oversmart works.

Plus, with each box, 1 cold drink is free. They started giving us 4 drinks. After asking, they said that we have ordered it. We showed the bill, then they agreed and removed extra ones. In the bill, it was mentioned 2 dips, they provided one.

In short, these unworthy ladies are not able to work correctly. Their knowledge is so incoherent that if someone ask any technical questions, they starts making moon & star stories to coverup.

Never had this kind of unprofessional behaviour in KFC. Decided not go to that particular branch and never recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely good. Loved it. Spacious interiors and low wait times. Hygiene is properly maintained. A good choice for people near Gariahat crossing.
Staffs are very helpful. I tried burger at KFC first time. Its was good as well. Overall experience was awesome.

KFC Like they all say.it's Finger Licking Good. Kfc never fails to satisfy my hunger. Food is just amazing I loveeeee KFC fried chicken.main attraction in this chicken, their crunchiness and juicyness melt my heart
Amazing food in my opinion, crispy and spice chicken is always the best combination.
Recently visited this place. We took ultimate savings bucket, loaded fries, crispy chicken burger & some Pepsi. Other items are good. Specially loaded fries and fried chicken just awesome. Service is good. Ambience is bright and cool. I like it so much hat I could finish a bucket on my own. The smell of chicken mesmerizes me.
Definitely something that can fill you well. And trust me when I'm saying this cause I eat a lot.
Do hop in and try out their ultimate savings bucket.

It's the best outlet of KFC, food quality is awesome and most importantly the staffs are so good.

I bought 2 double chicken roll today, worst experience i ever had, you should definitely take training from roadside chicken roll makers how to make a roll, no one should be fooled buying KFC's roll, this is my first and last experience. 149 for double chicken roll shameless. The food is here simply awesome. Once you have it you will like to have more. The atmosphere is also very nice and perfect for what not!

Service is utterly terrible. The special needed staffs needs a proper translating manager. Definitely wouldn't recommend

I'm not much fond of KFC personally so the food was okay for me. What I didn't like about this place was the improper management of staffs about cleaning the tables.

When you think to eat fried chicken, the first name comes to your mind and that is KFC, the first food chain known for its bucket of fried chicken. There are so many KFC restaurants in Kolkata, such as KFC City center, KFC QUEST MALL etc.etc. I really like to go KFC City Center Salt Lake, located in ground floor of the mall. I like chicken hot wings and chicken dips bucket. Prices for two are Rs. 600 (Approx). You can come here any fine Saturday or Sunday evening with your friends and family to taste crispy and juicy fried chicken.

Located within a stone's-throw distance from the Gariahat crossing, this place is a little difficult to notice, thanks to the dull side lane that marks is entrance. But inside, it's the typical KFC restuarant, not so big, but yeah, nice. Coming to the food quality, well they take some time to prepare the dish, but that wait is worth, considering the delicious dish they serve. The staffs are very courteous and nice.

Its always my favorite fast food shop is KFC. It serves great foods as well as the ambiance is perfect. I need not to think about the quality its one of the best every time.
Delicious Chicken bucket what I had here to satisfy my hunger along with the new 5 in 1 box meal. As usual loved every inch of Chicken of KFC.
It has a good seating area, standard KFC, service is also good, can spend some time here with friends and family.

I always like KFC, any branch of FOX I've seen has cleanliness, well-behaved staffs.

Previous taste was more better. But still one of the best place to find something quick to eat. Varieties in veg/non veg snacks are available here.even u can find some rice bowls also. And you can enjoy some soft drinks items also.

This kfc branch is thier own separate outlet, experience their amazing cozy decor, fantastic ambience. Lovely place it was & the famous 129 ₹ isn't available, I dunno why they didn't gave a clue about it though.

They dropped their quality tremendously, the rice bowl tasted like it has been overcooked and the lack of spices was evident from the colour
The chicken is extremely crispy but lost the trademark crispy and juicy texture that KFC is famous for. Overall won't recommend this

Foods and beverages are good. Love the ambience. Location is good. But, the place is costly. For two people there're gonna charge 400 at least if you want to have your stomach full. 400 for snacks is a bit costly, no? So, decide yourself.

KFC of Goriahat is very loving restaurent.

People are come in large number for the non veg meal and spent good time there.

This KFC is almost crowdy place with their customars.

The meal serve in KFC is nice and pure with halaal.

Hyginic and cleanliness is must seen in the floor of the Restaurent.

The meal provided in the KFC is different and in wide range. The price of the Meal is upto the Budget of the common Man. So that they come with there Family and freinds and enjoy their for a while.

The presentation of dishes is good and Decorative.

It's very common place I'm going every week with me friends.

Customer service is good and best serving.

The service here is a bit laggy at times, the main concern is with the food quality they offer. I have been to several outlets at several destinations but this outlet disappointed me not once but twice. Sometimes the bread was not fresh and other times the sauce used in burgers was not right.

Of course of the best restaurants out there. It has very tasty fried chicken and burgers with many types of beverages. The only down side is that the food is a bit expensive.

Extremely cosy KFC outlet on Gariahat crossing. Nice view of the crossing from inside. Quick service. All varieties available. Pay in cash and card or E wallets. Toilets available. Not wheelchair accessible. Be sure to ask for extra charges when they ask for choice of cheese and sauces.

Havoc place for outings with friends!

Located close to Golpark more, this place is managed by a differently abled team and is managed pretty well. Food tastes as good as any other KFC outlet. It is spacious and well maintained. Service is as good as any other KFC.

The gariahat KFC is quite good. The place is decorated and furnished quite intelligently and innovatively. Also the staff is good and helpful. They try to serve food as fast as they can. The view from the window is beautiful as the busy gariahat road can be seen from the window. And the food is good as usual.

Amazing place, tasty food, reasonable price. It's located in various places in kolkata. Good Parking lot is available. A new outlet is open again in South City Mall now. Every outlet has good staffs. The mocktails are good. The special Wednesday offer is amazing. The menus are mostly chicken based. There are some vegetable menus. Recently they have added one combo at ₹99. I really liked that.

For a Quick and Fast refreshment in an area centrally located in an area Catering to all class of people and wide range including all reputed gold shops

It's a good place and interior is also good. Expect this in this branch KFC gives you an extra dip (mastered mayonnaise).
