Well when I visited one ac was down and other had waterdrops. We had to wait a while longer. Else food was great as always

If you have a craving for fried chicken KFC is a good option for that.
The location is easily accessible. The area has great transportation facilities. The restaurant consists of ground floor only. The sitting arrangement is good. Well decorated and hygiene is also well maintained. Food items are good. Specially I will go for combos. The chicken wings are so tasty.

So, I visited kfc serampore last Sunday with my mom as that day was the mother's day, The service was really good especially the stuff there tho compared to the kfc chandannagar service can be improved. Overall experience was good.

Food served was delayed despite we were the only customer by more than 30 min. Manager extremely noisy and shouting and yelling on the floor. I came here to have lunch and to have good peace of mind that too in this pathetic hot day. Using foul languages by the staffs towards each others. French fries was cold. Not at all recommended and good experience. Please avoid.

Maximum time some of staff said all items are not available.behaviour is not so good.not co operative. Behave like she give us free food

Chicken was inedible. Felt like chewing sack. Should avoid this branch. The quality of chicken is questionable.
French fries were as usual fine.
But the staff behaviour is good.

It was nice place, clean hygienic, staff was good, Polite and food was also fresh, all ac was off but i asked them and they switched on the ac, which was great. Should visit this branch. I liked it.

Man I don't know but seeing somebody eat KFC in youtube and eating it in real life has the difference of heaven and hell

Such an unprofessional, rude employee name Sayan, don't know how to behave with the customers.

Now a days KFC are becoming less relatable as local fried chicken shops are emerging, and if you compare the price I'll surely go to the local ones

Quite nice place to hang out with friends and family enjoying the various finger-foods & cold-drinks.

Good place for fresh chicken. Managers & staffs of behavior to customer is excellent. Of KFC serampore.

Staffs are very lazy to placing orders. You have to wait for a long time for getting your foods if it is a holiday or weekend. Place r very clumsy even chicken are not fried well. So i will not recommend to anyone.please go to other branches of KFC.

Food quality not that good as other outlets have.
Behaviour of staffs is not empathetic and bit rough.

Its the new outlet of KFC in serampore city. People are comfortable to spend time and take quality food here. I will definitely recommend it.

- Lively area with moderate crowd at all times.
- Well lit, decorated and maintained branch.
- Staff are polite but a little slow in terms of order processing when the crowd is higher.
- Easily visible from G. T. Road.
- The parking area could have been better.

Worst branch ever junior staff are good but senior staff are too much bad. Behaviour is too bad.

Worst KFC outlet ever! Preparations are not at all up to the mark. Quantity (chicken popcorn large) is very less. Quality of chicken in smoky chicken was so bad that we had to ask them to change the dish! Dips are not served in sealed packs as they do in the other outlets. Overall a very bad experience! Please give it a miss! Wish I had clicked a picture of the mess

It's very nice place to have your lunch dinner or breakfast.they have all the menus available all the time.if you are sitting over here with your partner or with anyone that you come with no one is going to ask you to leave you are just sitting and talking with them, so this is a very nice thing.the prices of the food available over there are exactly the same that are shown in advertisements
Good one for on spot dinning.
But never ever order a parcel from them. Worst of all it is. The packaging is way loose and you will end up damaging your shirt or outfit. This has happened to me several times. They donot have any sense. They give the cold drinks loosely and it gets poured in your parcel packet and that will make the packet wet.
Never order for parcel.

We are delighted to review this KFC Outlet viz. M/s. KFC, Devyani International Limited and its employees especially Ms. Nozira, Ms. Anaya, Ms. Simran and others. There are many reasons to appreciate and the foremost is the greetings with smile by the employees of this particular Outlet. It is the way they establish individual rapport with their Customers. The service is also good. One of the most striking features is that they remember their Customers and their family members. We wish that this Outlet flourish and lots of good wishes to the Company & its Team.

Most bad place is KFC, I am doing allready work in KFC, i know about kfc, such a wrost place is kfc for customar of kfc and who doing job in kfc also

People will like KFC for only one reason which is Its Finger lickin good. I wanted to try their super saving wrap hence visited them again and they didn't disappoint. It was lip smackin although little dry maybe next time I will couple it with a soda drink, but nonetheless it was tasty and good appetizer.

Love to spend time here with family and friends.combos are great.specially the 99/- one the lime drinks.quality is good.but staffs need to gain better management skill.

Worst kfc i have ever encountered world wide. They do not follow the token id mentioned in the bill and misses the serial number, it happened twice in a row. The staff are not well trained and tamper with order. I ordered 16 pc chicken bucket, but received a few strips (4 pc) wings (4pc) and some normal pieces. Total is not even 16.
I have never encountered this type of service else where. Average time to deliver is about 45 mins.

Finally KFC is here and I was delighted to grab my favourite stuffs. After couple of visits, I've noticed that consistency is increasing day by day. All the best.

KFC. Loved by the opening in Srerampore, Hooghly. Waited for a long time to have it in this place.as Srerampore is a major city in Hooghly district. It is now opened at Mahesh, GT. ROAD Opposite to Reliance digital and near Trends outlet. It is near about 8 to 10min by Toto or Auto from Srerampore station. Or you can walk with your beloved ones or friends by having some gossips with them it takes about 15 to 20 minutes walk. But the walk will not bother you. Now come to KFC. The staff has a lovely gesture. They welcome you with their humble words. The ambience is very pleasant. The sitting arrangements are good. The staff is good. The most i like about the place is that they have 90% female employee. They truly promoting women empowerment. The food quality is good and clean. Price is not to high not to low. You can chill there for a lot of time nobody will disturb you. They have a clean washroom and good hygiene. They serve you fresh and good food. The restaurant has Air conditioning system and a soothing atmosphere.

Food Quality is great as other branches of kfc.
We (along with friends) had received a good hospitality and customer friendly behaviour from them!
It's great to have a nearby KFC but space is not much comparing to others
