I ordered for Hot and. Crispy chicken, unfortunately, didn't like the taste or felt as if duplicate in comparison to their kolkata outlets. No spice at all. Half boiled local chicken.

KFC Panihati need to improve their Quality.

Had a wonderful experience.the chicken quality is excellent.had my tummy full.this place is a must for a chicken lover

I have never had a bad experience like KFC. Firstly staff behaviour was good and ambiance was also good but but but the quality and taste of foods were the worsttttttttttt. We ordered 2 Tandoori Zingers and we got normal chiken Zingers. The taste was the worst. Then the mud pie tasted bitter and the chicken of hot wings tasted stale.
Totally waste of my money!

The person takes order, keeps on giving so many options to confuse during order a food. Its so annoying

It maintained all qualities and felt I reached somewhere in Europe. The atmosphere and the service just at the top level. Thank you Team for the good and hard work.

This is one of the worst outlets of KFC. I mistakenly ordered a food from this outlet and believe me it could not be worse.

Ordered Biriyani with chicken popcorn from Sodepur outlet. Quality (Taste) and Quantity is worst. Full waste of money.
Last week I have ordered the same item in Sikkim Gangtok but quantity and taste was soo good.

Worst experience ever. I Ordered one chizza & two numbers of burger.the chizza was horribl, among the 4 pieces one of them was just crust & also the other pieces was too small. Burgers were as usual poor quality, filled with only chicken patty, no onion, no lettuce nothing. I think this branch of KFC (Panihati, sodepur) is worst-ever.

Their Burger absolutely aweful. I ordered burger, Chicken crisp & French fries with Virgin Mojito. Chicken crisp & french fries were ok, but too much sticky in oil. But, their classic chicken burger is absolutely waste of money!

The ladies at the counter are doing an excellent job. The outlet being in a suburb area with typically irritating customers require extra

The lady at the counter is very over smart, being smart is good but being over smart is not good, she added the desert and the dips without asking, when I enquired specially about it then she said it is added extra. I feel a brand like KFC can avoid such cheap tactics, this actually upsets the customer.

I love the service at the place and also the foods are finger licking good I highly recommend this place.

KFC has a standard of its own. And this unit absolutely ticks on that standard. Foods are great. Behaviors are beautiful. Cleanliness is also maintained. Absolutely delighted to have a KFC near to my home?

Don't visit this Branch, this is fake not KFC food, we are food ordered in zomato, worst food delivered. Mistake is restaurant management

Best place for dine-in, very humble staff and there service is Awsm.so it was a grt experience in our new KFC Sodepur
