They provide cold food and they also lie with customer. I buy 4 pieces wing and paid for this, but they give me cold food and only 3 pieces, and also cold. Is this good thinks. I never want to buy again.

I ordered some food and they gave me a bill of Rs. 209/-. I wanted to pay online but due to some network problem I could not. They asked me to pay quickly because they were getting late. So I paid with cash, but after a while I got a notification from my payment app that the payment was done. After receiving the notification I rushed to the counter and told them that I paid them twice and wanted my refund. But they said they have not received any online payment from me. They said they would refund me if they accepted it. But I have not received any refund yet.
