Worst service. Worst salesperson. Not understanding. Sale defective products and don't even cooperate. Harrasses customers. Very rude.

I have recently purchased a ac from here. But the delivery guy started demanding charges for delivery. When they have not carried the ac even 100 meter as I stay in ground floor. Now at installation I enquired about the charges for the material needed to buy as was asking if I can get the same with lower rate in local market and I will give fitting charges. But the person just cancelled my installation without even informing me. When I enquired about the service today morning they mentioned that we have cancelled your installation. The worst service so far. I have seen. Don't buy it from here. I wish I would have choosen Amazon before them. I am unsatisfied by them. Why do I need to pay extra money to the delivery person. If he would have carried till first floor and second floor I can understand the extra money being paid in the name of bakshshish.and they were not ready to leave my premises without even getting the money.was standing in front of my door.such an embarrassment. I would never purchase anything from them. Last and first time in my life.

Do not buy anything from this company they're totally irresponsible about their products such a irresponsible company really they're disappointing us for me they don't deserve any good review

My friend purchased one Usha Desert Cooler, last month. Stopped working. No afrer sales service provided.

I think everyone should think before visiting the mentioned outlet of khosla electronics. All over my review about that outlet is the worst.
N. B- There is an aged man in that outlet who is responsible for furnishing the product, especially his behaviour is trumendous.

I purchase a Samsung smart TV from here and the behaviour of the executives and the delivery boy are very good.
