A good location with worst condition staff. Not at all maintained rooms with deluxe rooms without basic deluxe facilities they don't even provide television. What are you going to do after 6 at a remote location like this. Worst puja spent

In this location no public transport are available if you have personal transport then it could better. Rooms are available only for 3&2 bed. Benfish food service could be better because at "Kinara" Only selective fish items are available.

Location is very good. However very poorly maintained. Rooms are very dirty. There were honey bees inside the room. The furnitures were broken and full of termites. Very laid down approach and behaviour. No food available. Below average lodging experience.

Not satisfied at all. This hotel rooms are best for only spending nights. Hospitality and foods are not so good at all. Better stay on old digha. Not recommended at all.

As this is owned by West Bengal govt. 's fishery department - Benfish, the tariffs of the rooms are less. The maintenance is overall good keeping the tariff in mind. The rooms can be booked from Benfish tourism's official website.
Pros:
1. Less tariff
2. Rooms are cleaned everyday
3. Very close to a beach which is calm and less crowded. Very good for the visitors having own car.

Cons:
1. Meal/ food price is higher than outside.
2. As it is far from the actual locality, it is little difficult to get the local transportation
3. Visiting the nearby beach at night is little risky.

Location is good, Safe, all staffs are behave good. Good food, But Rooms are not maintained.

Food quality should be improved according to price they charge. More streetlights are required in their premises. Otherwise it's a good chill out place for your weekend.

This Benfish Tourist Lodge is located in a very safe and excellent location. The surrounding places are tranquil and calm. The rooms are quite good and bathrooms are also in a very good condition. Bedsheets and pillow covers are neat and clean. All the fans and light fittings are working properly. The staffs are very nice, well behaved and friendly. The kitchen staffs are very good and the dishes they prepared for us are of very good quality. There is a fishing harbour exactly opposite to the lodge and the sea beach is just half a kilometre away.
Overall, my experience about this place is very good. I want to visit this place again.
