Went to the lounge but most of Shisha flavours weren’t available. Chicken 65 tastes was disgusting.

Staff weren’t attentive and the lounge was booked for birthday celebrations but still they asked to sit us.

No professionalism in service and management.

About the hotel staying there were no one at the reception so stayed at another one beside this.

The place is good for family and friends to dine in. Non vegetarians can be assured about the food quality since I loved all the orders prepared by the chef. A must try is chicken dry fry.

It is a very good hotel, one of the best actually in jaigoan. I am very impressed with the taste and ambiance of the restaurant. I’d highly recommend it to all the locals and tourist who are visiting jaigoan and Bhutan to stop at the hotel and have a very pleasing meal.

Nice restaurant and lounge at Jaigaon- a small city in WB across Bhutan border. This place offers good food in reasonable price. And for the hookah lover. Yes, you can get various flavoured hookah here.

Food is great and reasonably priced. I especially liked the biriyani and the phirni. The place also has a hookah bar but since it is next to the main restaurant in a different room, you can easily dine there with your family.

Kloud restaurant and lounge is one of the best restaurant available in Jaigaon area. The ambience in this place is great. With great food it also serves hookah. They serve great and fresh food. It does not only serves good food but also at reasonable rates. Some people may find hookah rates higher than other places but its fulfilling owing to its ambience and the beauty of the place.

Good food. Good ambience. Good for family night out and also good for hanging out with friends. Just one thing I didn't liked here is the French Fries, the French fries was horrible. You don't find traditional french fries here if u r find of starters. Apart from that, everything is excellent.

I loved this place totally. I visited for the first time and now decided that whenever I need tasty and quality food I will go to this place. Located near Bhutan entry gate, Kloud is a multicuisine restaurant. Seating arrangements are awesome. Insdie the restaurant there is a separate Hookah room. Washrooms are clean and hygeine is maintained properly. They do not accept card payment, which is the only minus point I found in Kloud. Overall a nice place to hang around with your family and friends. PS: They don't serve alcohol.

Extremely friendly and helpful people here. Enayat Bhai (MD) is a great company. Good food. Great ambience. Rooms are available for stay as well. Rooms are clean with all the needed items.
You can get all the support and suggestions about how to go around, which routes to take, entry to Bhutan, etc.

If you want to spend a good time with your friends, i think this place is very good, decoration awasome, food is also good

This restaurant cum hotel has that upmarket feel which you won't find elsewhere in Jaigaon. The food is simply exceptional and their non vegetarian dishes should not be missed at all. Both food and room are reasonably priced. Staff is extremely polite, friendly and courteous. This restaurant is certainly a food lover's paradise.

All the rooms are on 4th floor with no lift facility as on 03/06/2019 and you have to climb 75 stairs to get to the hotel rooms from the Road.
Stay only if you have nowhere to stay in Jaigaon.
Room Service is pathetic.
Better options are available nearby at lower cost offering more amenities and facilities.

Tasty Food, Reasonable rates, good hospitality and nice ambience in the heats of Jaigoan. I love the food specially raita and biryani. Interiors are also good. Approximately our total bill for 4 persons lunch was around 570 INR.

A good family restaurant well decorated with colourful lights and well maintained.lodging is also avialable.rooms are neat and clean geyser is there in the bathroom, room service is available and you can get both Indian as well as Chinese cuisine in the restaurant and the food is also tasty

The restaurant is a bit expensive but the hotel is actually quite good. The rooms are a bit small but it has all the required amenities. The restaurant serves indian cuisines but the biriyani was a bit bland

The only 2 stars i gave is for food. The food in this restaurant is really great and the owners are nice too but if you are thinking of staying here. Think again. You will get substandard facilities and you won't be able to sleep because of the continuous chattering by pigeons all night. I would only recommend the food but not lodging here.
