Rude, arrogant and misbehaving staff at cash counter. Overpriced products. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Pathetic shop it is. Don’t go there; there are hundreds of other good cake outlets. I was appalled to notice very rude and discourteous attitude of staff, specially those at cash counter and service counter. Advice to the owner: get rid of these pathetic rude idiots to save your business.

Possibly the best pastry shop in town. Their puffs, swarmas are also fantastic. A little expensive. But worth it. Authentic taste.
The christmas cakes are not the best in town, though.

Cookie Jar goodies will be my all time favorites in Kolkata and a must visit place everytime I am in town. Their lemon tart remains my favorite of all times. Must try if you are closeby.

Without grilling properly the chicken sandwich was given to me.it was cold.too greasy.
Other than that the quality of everything is mind-blowing

Absolutely wonderful experience. It's a small place, yet you can get almost everything there, from sweets to salty items. I love their lemon tart, so I ordered it. You know the best part is that the taste of it hasn't changed. It is just as good as it was 10 years ago, and it's my favourite. It costs Rs. 110, which is not really affordable from my point of view, but I would give it 10 on 10 for the taste. The crust was super tasty, and I loved it. If you go there, you must order one of these. Different types of pizza, burgers, and patties are also available there.

Good quality and variety of items ranging from cakes, pastries, ice creams, snacks, coffee etc.but extremely overpriced.

The quality of some of the items (like toast items, snacks, ice cream) are pretty basic when you tally against the premium price being charged.

Kookie Jar is always the best bakery in town. This City Center outlet in Salt Lake is a small counter shop but is well arranged. However the main one at Rawdon Street is much better in terms of options to choose from. This bakery products are premium but we'll have n demand. The outlets are mostly busy.

Delicious stuff but definitely over-priced. The staff's behavior is colder than the other fridges in which they keep their pastries. A lot depends upon the people who own the business. It always trickles from the top.

The best part of this store is its location.

Realised when I opened the boxes at home. The person at the savoury counter not reading the bill carefully.

They need a better system or more careful employees.

A great bakery shop at City Center Salt Lake. Awesome cakes and pattices are served here. A great variety of cookies are also served. It is a great attraction for the tourists and city folks. A good destination for families and office colleagues. The place is small but the ambience is good. The dishes are a little expensive but the foods are worth of it. One of the best bakery shops of kolkata. Altogether had a great experience
