Koshe Kosha, Barasat

Quality of mutton kosha was very bad, it was too hard to eat. Not recommend to anybody to go there.
Dada boudi, Dbapi 's mutton quality was far better than Koshe kosha. Will not visit again

All the food was good but the Mutton Kosha disappointed us very much, The gravy was a little bitter in taste, The pieces of Mutton were not soft, we had to fight with it. After the complaint they apologized and gave a coconut ice cream free. But I still said the quality of Mutton should have to improve

All the food was so tasty but serving the food on table is very slow its should be more faster.

I had a great experience visiting koshe kosha, barasat branch. The behavior of the staffs are great. The foods are mouthwatering. A might really visit koshe kosha if they are looking for a great bengali cuisine.

I was really unsatisfied with my last order from koshe kosha. I ordered Bhetki pautri which cost almost Rs. 545 including delivery charge. 1st thing both piece were too small compare to price and fish was not fresh. Hope this message finds you well. 2nd thing price was too high for me. Really it was an worst experience.

1. Gondhoraj chicken balls (4.5/5)
2. Basanti pulao (5/5)
3. Kosha mangsho (3.5/5)

As a starter you can definitely go for gondhoraj chicken balls, they are so tasty with the zest of gondhoraj and the flavour will brust out of your mouth. 6 pieces you will get in one plate.

Basanti pulao was sweet and nice in taste, the rice were properly cooked and a good amount for two people. Definitely you can go for it.

Kosha mangsho was good. I felt it's little bitter, otherwise it's good and mutton were tender and well cooked. 4 pieces they will serve in one plate. It's also good for two.

Price is slight higher, but if the quality of food is higher, that makes it reasonable.

Salad and papad they have as complementary.

Price is very high according to the Bengali food available here. A green salad of small portion cost Rs 95. Mutton kosha is worst and cost more than Rs 450. Worst costliest fish cutlet I ever have. Don't recommend anyone. Save your money.

The taste of their food failed to excite my taste buds. Though, vetki paturi was good, but I feel this resturant is overhyped and over priced. Maybe I've been set wrong expectations about their food. But I won't be back here soon.

Presentation was very good but the food quality was very poor, specially mutton curry was horrible. I ordered a nonveg thali (Rs. 691). Don't waste your money.

Pocket pinch for two people is around 800. Do try their basanti pulao with any mutton dish. The combination is foolproof and value for money for two people.

Super expensive. Quantity is not value for money. I've ordered mutton kosha but what I got was a oily dish. Polao was slightly sweeter than usual.

The place was neat and hygienic.the food was tasty and had good portions.we had bhetki fry, bhetki paturi, kosha mangsho, basanti polao and nolengurer ice cream

Environment is good. I have orded a nonveg thali. The veg items are very delicious. But the mutton is very bad in taste. Also I got one hair in my rice, which is very unhygienic and disgustin.

Its a traditional bengali restaurant which serves most of the traditional dishes with their very own touch. Although the outlet is a bit cozy but the overall cleanliness makes it even. Had an wonderful experience overall and hence highly recommended for family dine in.

Mochar Chop was the best experience from this restaurant. It's a must try. Other foods were also good. The environment is really neat and clean. And their behavior was also good. Although it's a small restuarant but you will get that taste from homemade food you ate. It's a good restaurant for those who loves healthy bengali foods. If you want to hang out somewhere after lunch from this restaurant, you can either hang out in Star mall or Siraj Uddyan at Champadali. Both are near this restaurant. Enjoy

I have ordered elish and vetki on mahanabami and it was horrible.price is as usual too high but gravy was just tasteless.they just put the fish (not fried) in a water like gravy. Its was unexpected from koshe kosha.i order frequently from here but this time i was totally disappointed.

Fish fry was awesome but I don't like thali because all the food was sweet in taste. Mutton, chicken, bhetki should be a little pungent in taste.

Average, quality of foods served is just ok. I cannot say bad, but I doubt the freshness of foods served.
