Lake Land Country Club pool side is not good for merrage in this high cold in Kolkata, its required same covered area. Also washroom are not good for sinior citizens

I was attending a marriage ceremony. The rooms were good. But the location is very far from the main city on kona expressway. Some parts are still under construction. Good parking spaces. Food was OK. Thank you.

Bad service, rude staffs, bad rooms with leaking toilets, wall seepage, no wifi, naked electrical sockets and wires. I stayed in room no 104. Only assurance that you will get tasty food.

We had booked around 3 bungalows. Though stay was comfortable but the mosquitoes at night were unbearable. Please carry All Out with you while staying.

Rooms are comfortable. But old. Basic amenities are good, can be considered for a night stay with family and/or friends. We had a bulk booking for marriage-guests and were served well for the duration of stay. The place is nice with some of the big hotels around; connectivity is modest.

Located far off from the city, it has an open architecture that can be customised according to the ocassion. Long halls, and circular walls, give it a soft, grand look.

Is a NICE Arristocrate Social Community Hall at Domjur atjacent of KONA EXPRESS Way near SANTRAGACHI Rlyway Junction of SE Rlyway

Good place. But improvements needed. Enjoyable place. Some foods are really good and tasty. Rooms are good enough and comfortable. Banquet halls are also available.

Worst hotel to stay.staff take 1hr to check in and shows irresponsible attitude.

Room smells like bathrooms

Mosquitoes will not allow to sleep at night

Saw a lucrative offer and booked a room for a night. Don't be taken away by the images on net. On reaching the hotel, came to know that the room is in an apartment. Dirty rooms, torn curtains, paints peeling off, foul smell, shabby sofas, blanket with holes, water given in used disposable bottles, broken eye hole, and you name all negatives and they have it. <br/>Went for lunch to one of their restaurant, food is pathetic. When the server was informed, he just smiled and no further reaction. <br/>Just wanted from spend sometime in the pool, the pool attendant didn't allow us in as we refused to buy their swim costume-why should I as we had shorts and t-shirts that were 100% polyester. Approached their admin officer-Mr. Mir and he also said that the attendant's decision was final. Then met Mr. Debjeet (Thier club manager who was adamant and said that we need to buy their costumes but exactly was not clear why! If someone is not comfortable in their costumes, what does one do? The attitude of staff is like that of a government Dharamsala and I don't understand if they really don't want to help guests or don't have either authority.

I would give zero star, service is to poor, they behave horribly to non members customer who had bookes there hotel and management is not up to mark, after spending so much money i dint expect this hospitality for lake land country club. #goibibo will be doing false advertisement i dint think that.hotel service people dont even know if someones check into your hotel you should atleast provide water to them.i will suggest if anyone is going for a get-together over there dont plan in this place.you would be disappointed.

I hattted the place. Staffs were very rude to my family and my friend and his family. We and the staffs had an very firing hot argument among each other. THEY TOOK LIKE 2 hour, just to give 4 bottles of water.and the roooom service was horrible there were cracks on the floor of our room and everyone had.my mom had also saw human POOP in one of the toilet ANd CIGGRATE in the other. PLEASE NOTE It at booking time their booking webpages will show super room and amenities bit there is nothing like that instead when we went the booking pages nor at call they told that their swimming pool was at mantience so be aware that nothing is at not available state and they didn't told.

So my problem is the property has no proper maintenance and The so called gym center has no proper working equipments and the ceiling are falling down with washroom waste water and you have to workout with no AC and also there is nothing for ventilation as there is no windows.

The gym is under maintenance since few years now still no changes.

It has got quite a large amount of space for variety of activities.great for a one day outing of picnic sort of thing.the quality of food on offer is not that great which makes the place a bit expensive.still the whole package is quite acceptable.

Dirty and foul smelling rooms, worst service. Never stay here. You will not get even water even after 4 hours of order.

Went to a wedding reception few days ago, it was massive. Area is huge and but ACs didn't work and building is not maintained at all.

Super experience with all people. Attended a Marriage ceremony of my Father's Friend, Surendar Singh. Place is too good for every occasion u want to enjoy. Experience is amazing as the place is beyond Ur expectation. Just go around and enjoy every moment and corner.

Worst Behavior. No Maintenance. No management. There is a waiter at POACHER who thinks himself very smart keeps intimidating whether clicking your own photos or sitting on the table at your own wish very rude behavior. These men forget that they feed on us and the management has forgot to teach people like him how to behave with guests. Paying 90000 for membership for this kind of place is not worth it just wasting the hard earned money. Still if you want to humiliate yourself please go there.

Ok food, ok entertainment for kids. The place is big with lots of open spaces but you have to bring your own gears for games or any other activities. The route is bit clumpsy as the roads are pretty narrow compared to other state highways

Huge housing complexes & well decorated area for celebrating occasions, completed with pools lounges salons & dining area

We have visited the place for an official team outing. Place is nice but you have to pay extra for each of the extra services you take. Food is ok.

- Kids will love the space area
- Experienced staff to arrange all kinds of events
Cons:
- Maintainance is lacking big time
- Not at all value for money
- Restaurant Service is slow
- Over the time the food quality has degraded

You have hired the property to live, don't expect hotel service or any service at all.you will enjoy ur stay with groups.pool was huge.

Construction quality of the structures look bad. The place seems quite improperly maintained. Dirty paint patches on the walls, cracked concrete ceilings, untouched garden decorations. And thanks to the Kona Highway, the amount of dust settling on the car in the parking lot can be quite a surprise

Not liked the place rooms are large but not matained properly. You can for short duration if you don't have choice. Mostly rooms had seepage problem. If you are allergic the don't go there. Staff is also not customer friendly.
