When I had purchased this laptop from your Store your salesman (JAVED) has told me that this laptop is NEW but after 3 months I am having some issues in my Laptop's display. So I went to Acer's official website to claim the warranty but I can see that the product is not registered in my name and also the product was already sold on - (30/11/2017) and the warranty is also expired on - (29/11/2020) the product which was sold to me it's a second hand (2nd) Laptop instead of a NEW Laptop but the salesman told me that this is a new Laptop.
Today (02/07/2021) I went to your Store at (12: 10pm) to let you know about the issue but I didn't get any help or resolution from your staff.
I AM WRITING YOU TO LET YOU KNOW THAT IF WITHIN NEXT 7 DAYS I WILL NOT GET ANY REPLACEMENT THEN I WILL BE BOUND TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR STORE IN CONSUMER FORUM.
Horrible experience here. Please avoid this shop. I went there for purchasing a laptop and after choosing a model and almost finalising it I was told that the product on display is the only unit they have and I will have to take that piece itself. Like seriously! Why will I purchase a laptop whose seal is broken and already used and there are a hundred scratches on it. And in this age of e payments where the government of India is encouraging online and card payments across the country. This shop is charging 2% for payments with credit card.
It's one of the best one stop solution of IT needs if you are in the market to buy assembled PC, mobile, laptop, other consumer centric it equipment. They also offer best price, the shop is 2 storied so you might need to climb a few stares for few things. Parking on road is bit tricky for entire Chandni area only. Financial assistance is also provided. But one thing to consider they will always offer you prices less than online platform. That's a big thumbs up. But it takes quite some time to buy products especially for assembled PC, it's better to go there with enough time in hand
disclaimer: But you might find that perticular product way more cheaper in adjacent shops as well. But it's not specific for this store it's same for every store in that area. One must have enough time to search multiple shops.

Had a worst experience in my whole life with #Lalani E-Tech City. The sales men who are in #Lalani they all are unprofessional (worst behavior) and they don't have any idea about any electronic device. According to the requirement of any customer for any product the sales men approaching the wrong products to that customer. They dont give any demo for any products to the customer. At first they take full payment from the customers for that unsatisfied product than they give demo for that device. They given the bill by their own but the payment which was done in the cash counter, they dont give the cash memo, for the cash memo the customers have to expose them to receive the cash memo of the Product related. As soon as the customers realise that the product or the device which was forcefully given by the sales men of #Lalani is not satisfying the buyers wants. They refused to replace that device and they also intentionally create harassment for those customers. And also they have a non- cooperative attitude specially by #Partha sir.
I purchased a laptop and instead of giving me a new peace they gave me the one on display and when I asked why not a new piece they told me that they put a new piece on display every day and sell that only.
Feeling excited to purchase my 7th Laptop from here. Great experience all the 7 times. With the team of highly experienced and friendly representatives, every experience is worth remembering. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. MUST VISIT!
Sales staff are very arrogant and most worst experience ever, i never recommend to anyone to buy from this shop. You can go with other shop if you don't want to cheat with yourselves. They will tell all many things about product but after billing you will get this things. Sales staff only want to increasing his selling by pressurise on you. I never recommend you to buy Laptops.
Salesman are rudely behave for selling his product, they treat to customers as a boss of the company, show unnecessary features or fake features for increase his selling. Sales staff always ready to give dodge information about laptops and not accept his mistake. One HP sales Staff, sales Laptop by showing fake features or with not giving features by company. After when i complain to Lalani then they rudely behave with me using abusive words and other staff saves him. I want to give warning to new customer don't buy any product based on sales staff that shows you. I never recommend any customer buy from Lalani E-Tech City for any types of PC.
Lalani is the best computer shop. They provide the best desktop pc's very very affordable price. In 2017 I purchased Alienware gaming pc from lalani they got me the best product in the market, The salesman also very soft spoken and very helpful and very good behaviour. I just love this shop. That's why they are no. 1 accessories shop in India.proud to be a customer from lalani. In future if I will purchase any gaming laptop my first choice will be always lalani E-tech city.
They don't even deserve 1star. Never visit here if you want to assemble your PC. They will charge you exorbitant rates for computer parts. Better visit Vedant, Computer World but never visit here.
They are a big cheaters. Worst store ever, they hold my money Rs. 12,300/- for 1.5 months. They wanted to cheat the money. Bank pressurised them by calls and mails but they did not return the amount. Even when Bank told them to admit a note that they not recieved the amount on the letterhead they also denied for that. After 1.5 months I got the amount with banks help to continue call and mails to them. I suggest everyone to not visit the store. The cashier who wear spectacles very useless, rude behavior, cheater, rude behaved.other one is good he also help me to get the amount.even after 1.5 month didn't get the phone which I ordered and they did not return the amount, as per their concern I had to buy phiph from their and not to withdraw the cash. The big cheaters at Chandni Chowk.
Everything is overpriced, the staff shows a very small range of products and charges laptops around 30000 which are actually at a price range of 18 - 20000 eg. Acer Aspire 3.
The customer service. I was waiting for 20minutes but no one is attending. I went to buy Epson projector. One fellow ask me to wait and after that he went downstairs and giving adda with the other lady staffs. When I asked what happened he said the projector guy has not come today. But that staff didn't bother me to inform that instead he was busy to time pass with lady staffs.
