I made a terrible decision to repair my laptop at this place. I went to replace the battery and keyboard. They gave me a low quality keyboard for 1500 Rs. I had suspicion in the shop itself when they showed me the keyboard, I told them I am ready to pay a higher price for a good quality keyboard. But they insisted that I buy it by claiming it's a top quality keyboard and I will be fully satisfied when I use it. Now I realize I have been scammed to get a useless keyboard. Even the new battery they gave me has very low run time. I got totally scammed.

Product is good, price is good most importantly staff is good. However, too far from my home location. Whenever, the time the rescue is required I feel like to give up on Lalani due to distance specifically for personal laptop.

Not looks like much of a big shop, but has good stocks. The staff are well behaved, and more importantly respect your decisions.

All kinds of computer laptops, parts available. Two shops of lalani is operating there, ont just opposite lane of central metro station and another just a few meters ahead. Repairing is also done.

Very bad i bought one laptop one year ago they promised me they wil configured that after i get my laptop i saw they made only one drive? How nonsense they are! Every and also Microsoft is not working properly stupid shop and they give me one oldest moto headphones which is also not working

I went to repair my keyboard and sound system for laptop, didn't got the supplies, rather my laptop is getting blackouts frequently

Lalani Infotech is just awesome, they are know for their servi quality, behaviour, service duration.

Purchased an assembled desktop PC from here. They try to sell you assembled PC instead of a branded PC.
Although you can customise an assembled PC windows OS you get is not licensed to you. So, you can't log into your Microsoft account or upgrade windows 10 to Windows 11.
I got to know this after I had already made the payment. They didn't explain this to me before the payment.
I had thought that I wouldn't be able to have a monitor, keyboard and mouse of my choice if I buy branded so I went for an assembled PC.
They didn't tell me whether or not one can customise the computer peripherals in a branded PC.
So, basically, whether you want to have assembled or branded PC, it's your choice, but I would suggest you should have your homework right before you visit this store.
They will try to sell you what benefits them the most.
There is another Lalani (Lalani E Tech City) on Ganesh Chandra Avenue which you should go to. I actually wanted to go here but instead I went to this other Lalani by mistake.

Very good Shop all accessories are available in offline but some extra charge apply with online product if u not want in online

They will just tell you to raise request through boat website, it's not really a service center.

The place overall is good but not the best and for servicing it takes way more time comparing to other shops

I am posting 1 star for the claim on boat site that they repair Boat accessories but they don’t.

Ridiculous people are there and the whole group of people are scammer, called LALANI INFOTECH LIMITED

Visit this mega e-store, very well maintain with vide range of electronic gadets, a must visit one stop for any electronic gadets.

Service was pretty bad. They had lots of limitations but they didn't think those they have. Behavior wasn't good either.

Dont take lalani seevice becuse they install used parts in your leptop.shop price is fair but lalani service is very unfair so please dont take lalani service

If you are well versed about the details of how laptops work then and only then buy from here. They dont communicate clearly and later the customer faces all kinds of trouble. After buying laptop they did not partition the disk during configuration. When enquired they were telling to buy 32 gb pendrive and extra charges will be levied. How often does one keep 32 gb pendrives? Moreoever they shud tell these things while showing laptops not after the bill is settled. Infact partitioning doesnt even require 32 gb drives. In addition to that they didnt even install key apps which are necessary. Anyways. Lots of variety of products available one can choose from.

Good service. Prefer buying HP products from this outlet. Good guidance and decent pricing. They might charge 100/200 more compared to others while selling laptop but they will not create any hassles in the experience. Highly Recommended. Have tried for 03 years.

Overall good experience. Purchased hp laptop from their chandni emall center. Salesperson (probably owner) was professional and nice in behaviour.

Service are worst for the boat headphone. They didn't tell me what is the exact problem inside. Infact my headphone is not any physical damage

The worst service provider for boat headphones. Took the earphone, scratched on a smal gluey thing that was in it and then says it was a physical damage. The wire was perfectly alright and had nothing to do with physical damage. He knows nothing about technology.

I bought a Acer aspire v 15 laptop worth net of 46000, the system is too slow from the very beginning, they have given me a faulty product I guess

Worst experience. Went to ask for a estimate of building a Desktop, after handing over the specifications list, the lady said will whatsapp me with the quote as knowing the prices will take time, the store was empty and I was ready to wait but still I was assured that I will get the list on my whatsapp number. After 5 days I.e yesterday 23rd march I once again visited the shop and the same lady was there and when asked about the list, she said I will send you the list by today evening. It's more than 24hrs but no update. I will suggest, instead of spending so much on advertisement, keep some good employees who will help customers.

Behaviour is good. But things take a lot of time here. Their stock is short too. Try MD Computers instead.

Very bad experience. They took 2 weeks to change a single usb port. After charging a high amount (600 INR, although I had a warranty card aka Gold card) the personal had shown me the usb port is working by using a pendrive. When I get back to home and tried with a mouse I found the same problem which I came across before. The most dissapointing part is when I called them they behaved very rudely. This is just ridiculous!
