Lemon Tree Hotel, Siliguri

Foods and Services are so perfect that I always prefer to stay at Lemon Tree whenever I visit Siliguri.
Infact in terms of service this is best among all Lemon Tree chain I stayed.
All Service staffs are very polite.

It was very nice to stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Siliguri. Food was delicious. Staffs were coordial and cooperative. Rooms were spacious with all modern amenities. We will be eager to stay in future.

Good hotel with professional staff and great ambiance. The rooms are quite big and cozy. Food was good too. One can enjoy tea and other drinks at the roof top. The place is situated just near to the vega mall. Overall a great experience.

The hotel is situated near to the highway leading to Gangtok and is 500m from Vega circle mall. The rooms are cozy. However, the room that we got didn’t really have any window so no city view.

It was a lovely stay and Mr. Durga is well mannered person and very good at handling guest we really appreciate his good will.and all the restaurant staffs were fantastic well behaved and great service they provided.

Had a 3 night stay here very recently. Rooms were specious and clean. Well behaved staffs and service was good. Had a pleasant stay.

I was there for a wedding. The lawn is adequate for 500 ppl at Max. More then that, there is no place to walk at all. Over all ambience is good but hardly any parking area. There is amax capacity of 20 cars in the parking of lemon tree. If the gathering is big, the vehicles have to be parked on the road side.

It was a rather nice experience. The meals were excellent. The house-keeping has scope for improvement.

Booked the table before. Ordered drinks in the menu which was not available, ordered another one then the bartender came and told me they don’t have tequila anymore, HD no other option then to order a scotch.

On the other hand we wanted something which was not in the menu and I called for the chef and asked to prepare it the way we wanted and we got a finger licking dish, beyond expectations.

The staff is courteous and gentle.

The quality of Food is very good. Would rate it among the Best at Siliguri, Centrally located, nice ambiance, smiling, polite and efficient service, not cheap but neither overpriced.a please I would love to go back to

Ambience, decor and style is just like a standard 3 star hotel, like Lemon Tree in Calcutta. Buffet Dinner menu was good, tasty and rich with varieties. Stuff behavior can be bit more polite and professional like in Calcutta.

The ambience is definitely cosy & food served was good at the restaurant. The banquet hall is just large enough for a meeting, the only flipside is the restaurant has little lesser seating space compared to it's size, so cannot entertain a larger guest at same time. Valet parking was also found missing

Stayed for just a single night. The front desk people were prompt and helpful. The rooms were good, having all the amenities for business travel with functional Wifi. The food menu had limited options, and nothing from the local cuisine. We had to go early at 7 am for an exam, and the staff were couteous enough to pack a sandwich in a short time for us even before Buffet breakfast timings. However, the food is on the costlier side as they charged us Rs 500 for a single sandwich. No spa is there. Overall a good hotel.

Been a guest twice, so far and have never been offended by the service or kitchen. The restaurant, especially Amilo is a must visit place. Not only the ambience but the food is utterly delicious. Lemontree has its branch in gangtok too but lemontree siliguri has excellent rooms than lemontree gantok

It is a good place to stay I will love to stay there. Staff is also very.coprative neat and clean peaceful environment. Food is also v.good.

I did a bulk booking of 35 rooms with double occupancy. The rooms had only single towel in it, i had to complain for that issue.

With price comes comfort. Everything is crazy expensive here. Even the cab to airport is 1500 INR. It's huge IMO. Food is okay, but with limited options.

Ambience is excellent, staff is excellent, you will get every service as a guest. You can surely enjoy your stay out there.
They have their own cab service as a bonus.

Locationwise a bit on the outskirts of main town, food is awesome, taste-wise, quality-wise, etc.interiors are well decorated, not very crowded even during festive season, room rent is also very reasonable, the best part about this hotel is the open air cafe on the roof, which is just serene, a must-visit place, highly recommended

Situated on top 3 floors of a commercial and retail complex, with lobby and restaurants on the building backside, the entry to the hotel is below par. The rooms size is average, with poor views of the surroundings.

Horrible experience. Don't understood how a Three Star hotel become so pathetic to stay.

My suggestion is NJP platform is much better to stay than Lemon Tree.

For women's may be this hotel is most unsafe in World.

My experience with Lemon tree Hotel, Siliguri is overall very satisfactory.
Staffs' behaviour was good, some food items were outstanding.

Loved every bits of it! Except for the part where there were mosquitos present in the “lounge area” which was disappointing but other than that, the room, the service, the parking lot, was up to par!

A reasonably good hotel in siliguri located on sevoke road. Hotel is clean and stuffs are helpful. They have a good restaurant but they don't serve red meat.

Lemon tree hotel in Siliguri is a nice place to stay. It is approx 15kms from the Bagdogra Airport. A bit expensive but worth it. Helpful and professional staff.

This is the excellent place, we will covered a Reception party few days ago, On the top floor Amilo. It was nice venue to wedding, Reception & Any other programs.

Ambience of Amilo Bar & grill was perfect. I didn't like the veg platter. Otherwise the food was really good.

I visited the Citrus Cafe also. Not that great order menu but an appropriate buffet menu.
I am impressed with the quantity of the food that I ordered. Really nice ambience. Must visit it.

Loved the place! Great ambience, clean rooms and superb customer service! The food of both the roof top restaurant and the ground floor restaurant were super Yummilicious! Even my daughter who is very picky about foods, loved their nawabi veg and chicken! Overall, a very satisfied customer, would recommend it 100% for a pleasant stay.:)
