The best place if you want to ruin your day. The staff is pathetic and food is not at all good. Please avoid this so called cruise.

This was my first experience with Lenin Cruises and I just loved every bit of it. The location the cruise the ambience the food you talk about anything and everything was nearly perfect. Completely recommended

Food served onboard was amazing,
Staff behaviour was absolutely upto the mark specially Mr Niladri sanyal onboard manager guided us very well and explain the diffrent ghats at Ganges while cruising. Will surely visit and recommend this cruise at uttarpradesh.

There is nothing as beautiful as spending time along the Ganges, but Lenin cruises went a step ahead and made sure you enjoy your evening on the flowing river. At first I had doubts about the entire idea but on reaching the jetty I was thrilled with joy. This was one of my most favourite moments in life.

The cruise was booked over capacity, there were not enough chairs for everyone. Food was uncooked. The ac's stopped working after a while and the heat was unbearable. We paid for snacks and dinner but only snacks was served. Overall pathetic experience and not worth the money.

Poila baishak dinner event was horrible. We had the worst experience of our life. No acs were working. Uncooked food that too limited. Many of us didn't even get anything to eat. It was a disastrous situation altogether.
Kindly avoid booking any event with lenin cruise.
I saw many rating as 5 star and if you careful go through them they all have Same content and words in them so it is evident that the reviews are paid. You may check if you want.
Kindly beware of the false promises they make while booking.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful experience on board the Lenin Cruise. I had booked 3 seats for Poila Baisakhi and was impressed with the ambiance and the quality of the food served on board. It was evident that your team put a lot of effort into making the cruise experience enjoyable for all guests.

While the weather was very hot during our cruise, I appreciated that there was little that could be done to control this. However, I was impressed with how your team handled the situation and did their best to make us as comfortable as possible. In particular, I want to commend the team for their excellent service and cooperation throughout the trip.

I was disappointed to read negative reviews about Lenin Cruise from other guests. As a guest, I felt that your team handled these situations professionally and ensured that our experience was not impacted.

Overall, I had a wonderful time on board the Lenin Cruise and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you again for providing such an enjoyable experience, and I hope to sail with you again soon.

A perfect 1 hour 30 min cruise ride on Ganges made my day. Purchased 2 tickets worth Rs 2800 for Lenin cruise sail with dinner from bookmyshow.

Unlimited Buffet dinner was delicious.

We had went there for the Lunch with sail package. The food was delicious, there were veg and non veg options along with drinks and dessert. It was a lovely experience. Will come back again for other packages too.

I wish you and the team all the best for giving people of Kolkata and people around the world who are visiting Kolkata a different experience of dinning and sailing over The Ganges with a breathtaking Howrah bridge view. Really enjoyed! It was the first & best experience for us. Even the food was really good. I loved it!

We were a large group and did a combined bus tour and river cruise. The bus tour was good - we got to see the main sites of Kolkata. The bus itself was very comfortable with an open deck on top. Drinking water, a soft drink and tea were provided - all very welcome. The river cruise was even better! A well maintained boat, with lovely ambience. The food was excellent too. All in all a great experience and value for money.

First time Buffet in Cruise Christmas Special

Wonderful experience on the Lenin cruise on Christmas evening with family. Booked Special Christmas Package online through Bookmyshow App. Everything was well organised. Food was delicious and unlimited. Service was amazing and staffs behaviour was way too good.

Dine-In over the Ganges river was one of the best experience we ever had. When you see the howrah bridge from the middle of river Ganga, it feels a different serenity. The lightings on cruise was beautiful and the washroom and ambience inside the cruise were clean and well maintained. The lower deck of the cruise has only AC & upper deck is a Non-AC area. Although the management during sail and dine was found to be little rusty as there was so much rush in evening. But we support them and thanks to all team members of Lenin cruise to serve us with the best they can and also to experience something different in a city like Kolkata.

Highly recommended budget friendly place to visit with family, friends, couples & relatives with 1-hour cruise experience for the people in Kolkata.

Wonderful experience on the cruise on Christmas evening. Went with my mother my husband and toddler. We had a blast. Very well organised. Food was delicious. Service was amazing. Highly recommended.

Lenin Cruises is the Cruise cum restaurant in the West Bengal Tourism Jetty.it's inside the Jetty stand in Kolkata and the floating restaurant is made in the launch. There is rooftop restaurant which offers a serene view of the river Hooghly and you can see the second and the first hoogly bridge from it's rooftop. Jetty Accommodation is very good. There is AC and none AC part is also there. People who are looking for experiencing a beautiful evening with family or loving partner on a river and also a serene sunset must visit atleast once to experience something new. Convenient location near Eden Railway station just off the Stand Road Kolkata.

Please read the description properly. The one which costs 100/- is NON-SAILING. They've written it in such a way where you'll hardly notice it and make the booking.

If you want a cruise you'll have to pay 599/- more per person.

Thoroughly disappointed. Hope not to see such gimmicks in future.

For enjoying the Ganges it's a good visit. We took for the evening tide.they charge around 550 for only 1 hr ride.with snacks.in the lower deck its ac and upper is non ac.but the most you will enjoy in the front side.of the boat.in the snacks we had sandwich, baby corn, noodles, chicken Manchuria, tea and blue lagoon drink.baby corn and blue lagoon was good.they go to howrah Bridge and come back.so 1 hr is a bit short as u can enjoy only the atmosphere.and u have to eat hurriedly due to time constraint.but overall a good experience to view the ganga and howrah bridge.but only 1 time.as the taste of food was not worth.service was good.

It's an beautiful place to hangout with friends, date place, family gathering. The food is very delicious here and ambience worth than you can expect.
