Liqua Rooftop Poolside Bar

Food was not up to the mark. Even though the quantity was huge, the taste of the food cannot create any impression to last. Its good place for one time joint, beautiful ambience, not too pricy, you can visit.

This place can be so much better than they are right now. It has a semi decent view since it's on a rooftop, however the seating arrangements are dirty, the delivery attitude is lackadaisical at best, the waiters are new, and they aren't familiar with the menu at all. The food is decent, and they do have a 1: 1 going on for some alcoholic brands and drinks till 28th.
However they do have a pool (which thankfully can be booked for exclusivity), and if drinking in a pool is your jam then you can check this place out.

Subhomoy arranged for our anniversary and the decoration was very beautiful, service was also very good.

Food quality was not upto the mark. We ordered non vage platter in which all the chicken items were chewy. Whisky sour was whisky bitter for bitter lemon juice. Hookkah flavours are very limited & they charged for coal change. Not worth for money

It was a great experience. The food was great especially the mutton. The ambience is super. It's rooftop at 12th floor and has a pool too.

I have had one of the worst experiences one could have on the last day of the year. Expecting it to be a pool side party we booked the seats and what I see is that they have actually emptied the pool to accommodate more people. The management was least bothered about it and shrugged off the issue stating this is what happens every year. So if you are planning to go there on an occasion I would suggest you don't do that or else you would be in for a INSIDE THE POOL PARTYYYYYYY! Couldn't rate it any lower or else I would have done that.
Edit (for the reply) : Added another pic of your name so that you do understand what I mean. When you use such adjectives it is your responsibility to call out each of the package details explicitly (although I saw only one package in Nearbuy with no such details). You surely didn't do it otherwise we wouldn't have been there. And please don't worry about me going back there, I would rather eat at home than dine out at an empty pool.

We were here for our floor feast (NRS BOYS' HOSTEL) La Fiesta 2K21. We enjoyed here fully with good food & music. Location is really fabulous specially the pool makes it special but pool can't be used by visitors. Food is too delicious to dribble your saliva. DJ is also variable with romantic, melody, rock & songs.
Overall we will not disappointed if visit here.

Went to this place on the New year's Eve last year, expecting to be part of a gala party that was showcased to us on the website. A poolside rooftop party with live music, buffet dinner and limited alcoholic beverages (everything one can ask for). Reaching there, we were shocked to see that the swimming pool had been transformed into a seating area (may be to accommodate more people) despite that being their biggest USP ("a poolside party").
We tried requesting the staff to get us a decent table (the least they could have done)
which was not given to us and were turned away with pretty lame excuses.
We were served starters on disposable thermocol plates (first time in my experience) that too self service. Music and food were absolutely mediocre, except for one or two items.
I would highly recommend to not visit this place, especially on a New Year's Eve, if you don't want to be as shocked as we. I am being too generous by rating it a single star, not only for the horrible experience that we had but because selling something under the pretext of something that you never planned to deliver on the first place, is grossly inappropriate.

Quantity of the food is very low.and the behaviour of the staffs was not that good not all some of them.the food was delicious.if can then go at night.but noir is better than this.

Nice place for chill! In mention pic look omg place, exactly its not! Avragr table, average place, DJ is good, play remix well! Price little bit high!

Had really yummy pizza and pasta here. The food was very delicious and the decorations were really impressive. Had a great time hanging out here. Also the shakes were really thick and refreshing.

I had been this place 4/5 times in spite of not staying in Kolkata.

Very Slow Service, menu's list are very short, Don't have much options for food and also food quality was not up to the mark. I requested for other opinions in nonveg.some kind of chicken tandoori if he can provide us. But They completely denied to serve. They only serve from menu lists. If you don't want to enjoy food and you have limitless time to wait then go, otherwise I will not recommend for this place. This is my personal opinion other can have different.

Visited this place for office party. Ambience is pretty cool and the view from the rooftop is mind blowing. Food was ok ok type.

Great place to hang out with friends. Rooftop or pool side two places to choose from. Food is tasty. Hookah available. Staff are nice and well behaved. Recommended from my side.

Nice place to hangout with your group. There is a pool on the rooftop of Hotel senses and few tables around it. Not recommend for large group. They serve some good food and cocktails

Good place to chill with friends, nice rooftop view, food is bit costly, should provide corporate discount in order to ramp up the attraction much more.

Ambience is good, but manager behaviour is too rude, I asked for dragon chicken and the food was stale. On complaining. He reacted very rudely. Hr asked me whether I ate dragon chicken before.
I was not expecting such a response from the manager.

Nice rooftop ambience specially if visited in evening great for candle light dinners. And food is good. It even has a poolside seat. Depends on your requirement.

The ambience is beautiful with such breath-taking wind flowing all around and matched with the elevated shimmering and glittering view of the city. I visited yesterday while it was so hot, but due to such strong breezes didn't feel the heat at all. Food quality is good enough and the price is reasonable too.

Located on the 12th floor, from where you can take stairs and go to 14th floor. Has really nice views, you can see a lake, metro, and many tall buildings around it. It gets better at evening. It is totally open place so avoid if raining. I tried some drinks. They were ok in taste but who puts ice cubes in a cocktail which is served in a martini glass. I went at the time of happy hours so got drinks for 99rs only so didnt complain. Though the place was empty. It took very long for the bartender to make the drinks. The bar is at 12th floor and then waiter delivers it to 14th floor. On 12th floor it has very nice pool and also a big projector. Will visit it on a weekend to get the vibe.

Well I didnot have a great experience there. The gentleman who took our order served us a different dish assuming that we ordered it and on complaining for the same he tells us that we should have complained it when he placed the food on table. Food wasn't that great, but was nice.

12th floor rooftop is indeed a great place to hangout with friends specially if you have fine weather to accompany you. Food was good, so were the staffs.

Great place to chill with your loved ones, friends, family, colleagues. You'll get a nice rooftop view.
Dj is there so if want to dance, go for it. Prices are reasonable too, so that's nice.

Food is amazing and also worth every penny. Sizzlers and pasta in white sauce is highly recommended. Sangria could have been made better. Just that the tables needed a better light.

The only thing good about the place is rooftop pub and music. The pool is not at all maintained and the washroom is dirty as hell. The food was also not good and they didn't had many drinks. I would advise people to skip the place.

We went here for some drinks.
It has awesome views from the rooftop. The food is okiesh. But then again we only started with Ceasers Salad which had too much of ranch in it.

They have a restrictive selection of drinks available but they had everything available. Which was good. I much prefer a smaller menu but of which everything is available. Instead of a bigger menu but where not everything is available which seems to be the case with a lot of places I am visiting now a days.

Overall I loved the atmosphere.
For two person it costed is around 5.8k.so that should give you an idea of price point.

This is one of the best romantic place in Kolkata. The staffs are decent. The nonveg platter is yummy. They have both rooftop and poolside sitting arrangements. Rooftop provide a wonderful view of almost entire salt lake area.

Ambience could be better. Do not choose a windy day. DJ is good. Food is good. Service is lil slow. Has a pool. Also the view is picturesque from top floor.

Liqua is located near Techno India campus Salt lake Sec-5. Liqua is a mind boggling place as per my point of view. The Roof top location is best place to seat cause you can see the entire salt-lake from their, also light and shed combination with light music in medium volume feels awesome.regarding the Price you can get a Beer is approximately 300-350 (650ML) also chicken items are value for money. Tax portion in the bill is very less they will charge tax upon food only. This place is cheaper than the other rooftop bar in Kolkata. Staffs are very well behaved, polite and gentle. Senses hotel will give you free parking so there will be ample place for safe parking.
One thing they need to improve that is menu variety though they have sufficient regular & contemporary menu list but there should be some add on with special items. I also think that FIsh preparation is not up to the mark.
If you are thinking of a place where you can gossip and have some light music with liquor and chicken dishes this place is the best for you.

Nice place to go for a party with a group. They have rooftop pool and pool side bar, so one can enjoy to the fullest.

Had spent more than 5 hours here with my childhood friend and I believe that says all about how much I enjoyed everything aboy this place.

It's an amazing place to hangout with your friends or colleagues! Situated in salt lake sector 5, the combo of rooftop and poolside makes it a little different from the other bars or pubs in salt lake, most of which has either of the one. Comparatively, the rates are also reasonable. The quality of food and the service provided is also classy. You would get to see the whole of the town (as far as possible!) from the rooftop, and its really exciting. Coming to the drinks, the one which i would recommend is aquaris (the one in the picture) - i feel its one of the best served drinks!
Lastly, the ambience- i visited the place on a rainy day, and i got to enjoy my food with light drizzles, and it was simply breathtaking. But if you want to enjoy the dancefloor and the rocking dj, you got to visit the place at night.

This is a posh upscale restaurant in Sector 5, near Opium bar. The roof top is at the 12th floor, and the ambience and experience were all breath taking, of course in a very Kolkata-congested-City way. There was a big swimming pool with bar stools sticking out from below in case one fancies a drink during a swim. It's a very nice place for a date and a get together (which was the case with us).

We ordered stranded cocktails and I must say only the long island ice tea was nice. The daquiri and their version of bloody Mary weren't all that interesting. We also had a shisha with ice base and a flavor, the name of which I don't remember, but was mildly strong.

We ordered American corn and pepper, chicken drum sticks and chilly chicken. The corn was not at all American. It was not sweet, very raw and hard and was the size of a thumb nail. The drums of heaven was also not even any where close to being heavenly. It was a standard drum available in any local chowmein dokan. A little better than that maybe, but very close. The chilly chicken saved us all.

We didn't have any main course there, but just the above items gave us a pinch in the pocket to the tune of Rs. 4800+. It's definitely a place to visit at least once, particularly if you want to sway your loved one off their feet.
