Great ambience with decent food. Wait time is minimal. Our attendee, Mrinmoy was literally brilliant.

Stylishly done up. Food is very good. Drinks are traditional as well as innovative. Also a hookah bar. Good place to unwind once in a while.

They have a wide range of cocktail items, which were incredibly good. I tried chilly pork and chilly chicken n wings.

Amazing place to hangout with your friends! Food tastes good and had a great staff experience! You must ask for shots and they celebrate you having your shots in a crazy way. I recommend you try shots here.

Alcohol is reasonably priced, good food and decent ambience

I went to this place with an acquaintance, as she had heard a lot about it and wanted to try it. We had Issac serve us, who was a fantastic steward and recommended us good food and mocktails. They don't serve alcohol on Mondays and Thursdays, so it's good to know if you're planning to take the name seriously! Overall, a good ambience in South City Mall with good covers of english songs. I like it.

When I heard that the Mumbai based chain Lord of the drinks had opened an outlet in Kolkata, I really wanted to try it out.

The first thing that hits you when you enter Lord of the Drinks is the vibe, you can see the bartenders hooting, dancing and cheering while mixing drinks. The second thing that stands out is the ambience, the 40 ft tall bar and the lighting.

Going by the name, I was not expecting much from the food but to my surprise everything that i ordered was super tasty. On top of that the place is affordable too. Overall a nice experience and the place is worth a visit!

The dining, restaurant, pub or lounge culture is evolving big time in Kolkata and with each new joint opening you have a new WOW. We happened to be at this great pub/lounge on our visit to South City Mall for shopping. We were confused between Riyasat and Lord of the Drinks and finally decided for this place as our kid wanted to eat noodles and moreover they allowed kids during day time upto 6 pm.

The lady attendent at the gate was courteous and answered everything we asked without getting irritated even once. Also gave us a seat of our choice. Thanx ma'am.

As we entered we were simply WOWed with the amazing decor. Simply beyond excellence and salute to whoever designed the whole place. I mean you keep on looking around again and again. If not for anything then u must surely visit this place for its sheer beauty.

We ordered Chilli shitake mushroom, not spicy hakka noodles for our kid and Monte Carlo dessert. Everything was super yum. The noodles and dessert were beyond expectations. Monte Carlo dessert was the best we had in our lives. Truly it was a thing to die for.

The service was good and waiters and everyone on the floor was at their best. Of course they are new and they did everything to make us feel good and comfortable. What else do u need?

The cost is also reasonable. Considering the huge portions and the quality of food they are serving I think the cost is justified.

This place opened up in mid of December and i think for a newbie they have already perfected everything. All boxes honesty ticked and that too with full marks.

I would highly recommend this place. They have a varied menu where there is something or the other for everyone. Must go.

I visited Lord of Drinks at the South City Mall, Kolkata, friday last. A newly opened upscale restaurant in the heart of the city. Amazing decor, nice ambiance, not so loud music. Its almost perfect. The staff working there are very hospitable and courteous, including the manager. Food and drinks are on a bit costlier side, but that's expected and acceptable. Its a perfect place for a nice cozy get together, or meeting someone special or even if you just want to kill some time before a movie at the INOX just below it and unwind. I would specially like to thank their staff, Mr. Purnendu, who can double up as an excellent photographer, and that too with a warm smile! Exceptional. Thank you, guys, but please do keep it up. Would love to visit again, soon!
