Not so good. Staffs behavior is bad. They are interested only bulk order. Not recommend any one.

There is a craze for Pardeshi Dhaba in Malda but one might visit this restaurant also. Almost equally good. Go through the photos of thali.

The quality and taste of food was really good.
They have to improve the service area especially during the rush hours. Overall service okay.

I am writing a review on the request of the manager of Panchvanjan, I have only eaten the mutton thali so I will tell about that. The decoration of the entire thali was good, but when it comes to taste, this thali is a complete failure. The plate consisted of rice, potato basket fries, cauliflower curry, dal, chutney, a tube of jaggery rasgolla and curd. The cauliflower curry was very bitter for some unknown reason and the dal had no flavor or aroma. The chutney has no authenticity, just a tiny piece of mango floating in the vein of sugar. Yes the dessert was good. And when it comes to the mutton, it was well cooked but the taste was definitely below average. There was a sweet feeling instead of the rash. And for some unknown reason, the waiters here are very rude. All in all I will give 1.5/5. But this is personal experience.

The behaviour of staffs is not good at all. The service is not good and their management process is not at the point. Wrong food is served instead of the order took place. Very poor. Please make sure your attitude and service towards customer is atleast sober in nature.

Although the ambiance was nice, the cuisine was not particularly impressive. There were also numerous delays.

Food quality was good.but soft drinks price is too expensive.and soft drinks quality is too bad.we are very surprise to have this quality of soft drinks.very bad.and they provide our main course dinner after long time.its almost taken 1hr20mnts late.so hv to maintain proffesionalism.

They took all the time in the world for preparing the food after ordering. Food was okay, nothing great, the service was pathetic that nobody even provided us glasses to drink water. The whole place was so weirdly lit with disco leds the we even found it difficult to judge the colour of the food. The POS machine was not working at the time of paying the bill.

Food quality in respect to other restaurants in town is better. However, it takes ample time to get the food prepared and delivered. Delivery should be more prompt with food processing time minimized.

Also, no provision of free water is there. At least after first bottle being charged for, subsequent water delivery for free should be provisionized, generating an even better experience.

Though the food is good but quantity is small. Service time also very long. Very much disappointing.

It has a beautiful environment and the food quality is also very good, but the time taken for serving the food is very long.

Not so great food. I have ordered Keema naan and it one naan costs 115 rupees and it was small as well as the amount of mutton in there is negligible. It was bad experience.

Cooking is best in its price range. Well decorated but every time i visit the restaurant i found that handwasher is always empty.

Ok to be honest some times they provide good food somtimes worst that's all on your luck.but the worst thing of this restaurant is the servicing.the manager is third class in my opinion.if you guys want to try your luck then please visit otherwise so many restaurants are available in this town

Visited at 1st jan 2019. Akdom faltu exprnce. No teast. Thanda biriyani. Doubt on chicken pices.bad smell coming out from chicken. 1 hr ar opor service time. But cost is high.
