Horrible ill-mannered & sexist management

PLEASE TAKE SOME TIME TO READ THIS REVIEW:
We booked via Agoda, a travel agency as our family lives overseas. There were quite a number of discrepancies in the booking details, eg we paid for breakfast online for all rooms, however the booking reference for 1 of the rooms was excluded, and we had to pay for it. Another very big discrepancy was that we had already paid for an extra bed for 2 nights via Agoda but the booking reference on their end did not show that, and we had to pay for it as well, upon checking out (additional amount). Their staff had personally messaged on my wife’s WhatsApp number in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS with double question marks in a very rude manner, just 5 minutes after my wife entered the hotel room, demanding for a response and additional payment, when he could have just gone down to the room.

We have previously booked via Agoda for several other hotels overseas but this was the first time where we received such bad customer service. The Deputy General Manager - Mr Anirban Chowdhury did not want to take responsibility for the discrepancies at all, and mentioned we booked via Agoda etc and he demanded that we pay additional $. He was very rude and irrational. When we mentioned that we will publicise about this bad and pathetic service online and ensure that no-one comes to visit this resort, he said “go ahead”.
Despite being in the service industry, this gentleman especially do not know how to behave with customers.
After a long and tiring drive of 8 hours to this Resort, it really dampened our mood, and my wife had gotten upset and muttered “bulxxxhit service”.
Upon hearing this, Mr Anirban Chowdhury stomped off and told his boss to fix the way she spoke. We inferred that he was offended when a lady gave feedback to him, and it reeked of entitlement and sexism. (Especially since throughout the entire stay, they did not apologise to my wife at all for their snobbish behaviour)

His boss then talked to my wife and tried to “educate my wife” to not say such words.
Imagine paying so much money to stay at such an expensive resort and then lectured at by such snobbish management!

Utterly horrible! They did not even apologise to my wife for sending such rude and bold texts to her private WhatsApp number! When it came to extorting Money, they will go to the greatest extent, but when it came to giving service, it was terrible! Never ever patronise this resort ever!

The lower level workers, eg waiters and room service staff were so polite, the guys who are seated at the top example Mr Anirban Chowdhury should learn a thing or two about service from them.
