Not worth for the money they are charging. Cleanliness may be improved. Dentals kits are provided only on request. Beds are just ok kind and not upto the standard. Bathroom amenities can be improved.

LYNQ CICO is very good for the hotel as well as the people at the reception Tanmoy and Prem Dada are both very good to use and the rooms they go to the hotel are very nice and, is very clean as well as all the staff in the hotel are very good to use very quickly. He listened to me and immediately used all the words very well. Their conversation was very nice. In a word, the hotel was very good. I came and was satisfied.

Rooms are good. Only need to work upon service. Please take stringent action against staffs, who are disobeying the customer needs. Even they are not wearing uniform.

Toilets need improvement, staff needs to be more professional, especially the housekeeping.there should be a uniform for housekeeping etc

Very bad attitude of the people at the reception. After allowing the room and taking advance at around 11am and checkin at 2pm they tried to cancel booking. When I shouted then they agreed.

Good value for money. Great Indian breakfast and fantastic gym. Good wifi. Room s have air conditioning but the corridors do not.

Unfortunate to see that the overall quality has gone down drastically. Dirty rooms. Water heater issues. Linen not clean. WiFi not working, For a room rack rate of 6000 the rooms are worth not more then rs. 1200 to 1500 hundred.

Rooms are so small in this hotel, that you can't even walk 2-3 steps. Bathrooms are badly managed. Staff at reception is of no help. Two persons can't even cross each other without touching, the passage to rooms is so narrow. Totally pathetic.

Its an Economic Hotel with nice rooms. Good for small business trip stay. View from rooms is not very good as it is inside the residential area. Still rooms on the front and on the back have some view. One in the front have front road view, where as those in the rear have a garden view of a residence behind the hotel. I believe that is better view than front as it is very lush green like most of Kolkata. There is a nice gym inside the hotel and coach are very good and friendly. There is a restaurant by the name The Quantum. It's multi Cuisine restaurant with options like local Bengali food to North India good and continental food. There is nice bar area separated from veg family dining area. Only problem I find here is suffocation in corridors which go up to the room. In totality it is a nice place to stay for small economical trips.

No varieties in food.real bad.stayed twice there thinking that it might change.but nothing changed.same breakfast.same dinner.same lunch

Great location, being very close to the main eateries of Alipore. The room was decent at best, but the biggest let down was the washroom. It was absolutely not upto acceptable standards, both in terms of ambience or cleanliness. And to top it all, even the geyser hardly made any difference to the water temperature.
The buffet breakfast was nice though with a wide spread.

Overall, a well located decent property, which needs some renovation.

Nice location and Rooms are good. But if you book through online than after discount price is reasonable otherwise for spot booking it's expensive.

Gorgeous looking frontside, Staff's behaviour was cordial, Yammy breakfast, dinner. Nice cooking though dinner was bit expensive. And room's cleanliness was very much questionable. Room's Floor was clearly looked dirty. No slipper was provided for room-use or toilet-use. It means In winter one has to walk in room or walk for toilet in barefoot? ! Above all Geisure wasn't working properly. Sorry to say but it is not the hotel what it takes cost.

Hotel is in main kolkata city however getting a cab to pickup from hotel is a bit tricky at peak time as the hotel is on one way street & cabs usually find hard to locate & navigate to it. Hotel service, food & rooms are great. Staff is very polite & courteous. Complimentary breakfast was provided to us as part of our room & they had good array of items available like idlis, dosas, parathas, juice, coffee & many more. Stayed here for one day. It is an hour away from airport & 30 mins away from new market area
