I wouldn't say the pricing is the lowest here but very competent compared to others. That being said, the difference would be few 100 rupees, not more. I would recommend MD Computers to anyone who's looking to buy computer components and peripherals.

Damage product recieved after waiting for 10 business days they provided me the damage product and late delivery, for pc build I was ordering the multiple products from different sites but this was my worst experience, I'll recommend you to go for PC studios as they take 200 rs for delivery but there product quality is good and deliveries are also on time I'm really fed up seeing this product, please md stop playing with hard earn of the customer and now if they provide me the return it will take more 11 days to reach the product so for their mistakes, customer have to face the issue I'll recommend to go stores or for online purchase go for pcstudio.com I'm just customer sharing the experience after it's your choice

I did a mistake giving business to MDcomputers, I built my all 3 PC from here, but they don't keep Laptop Adapter, my local shop helped me in my time of need such a big shop but does not keep necessary computer parts, next PC I built will be from my local shop, done recommending MDcomputers to friends never buying again.

I honestly am overwhelmed by the positivity and support shown by MD with my order. So here's what happened. I ordered the newly released NZXT H510 flow case and they promptly shipped the order via FedEx.

However there was a delivery delay as it got stuck in my local center and the delivery driver lied about "attempted delivery but business closed". I contacted MD the next day. They pulled some strings and within 2 hours, the case was delivered to my doorstop. This was followed with multiple followups from MD employees and asking if I was satisfied with the product and if there was any issue with it.

All I can say is I am super satisfied and one can blindly trust them without a doubt. Also this is not my 1st order from MD, I have purchased multiple products from them.

The only issue is for I reduced one star is Return or replacement policy, it's only 3 days. But anyways you can always call their trusted customer care and they can give you an exception of 4 or 5days replacement as They are also humans and they will understand you better.

As a result what I saw is that they are better than many counterparts like PrimeABGB, ITDepot or Vedant Comp. Guys support them these people at MD are really great! I hope they expand their offline stores to many areas soon.

I was having some hardware problems regarding my recent pc build so I decided to take my pc to MD Computers for a checkup on 25/10/21 as I bought my processor and graphics card from MD Computers. The sales members were too good, I was delighted with each and every sales person. The real tension was given by their technician (Mr. Rakesh Maity). When I went to him with my system, he diagnosed my system and found out that my motherboard was defective as the system was running but was freezing after booting and also but no worries for me as it was under 3 years warranty but the real offer he made was that he could go to my home and repair it all by himself and charge me a Rs. 1200 inspite of having my motherboard on warranty. He knew that any
personnel trys to rapair a motherboard on warranty would make it void then also he insisted on doing a repair at my home. He was constantly saying that the service center will take a minimum of 20 days to repair or replace my motherboard and the best option is that to take his offer. So I took the decision to submit my motherboard to the service center and did the same. After 2 days, the service center sent me a mail to collect my new motherboard. Today I went to the service center and collected my replaced motherboard. Then went to MD Computers for assembling it. When reaching there I asked him (Mr. Rakesh Maity) reassemble my system again, so this time he was facing a problem that my system was only going into bios and not booting. This time also he said that the motherboard is defective again. This time I took decision to take my system home as it is. When I reached home, I started assembling it by myself and thought to diagnose my system by myself. So I called up one of my known person, who is very much into this profession to ask about the query and he said that the problem was a very minor one that the motherboard CSM was not enabled which is why my motherboard was not letting me to boot my system. So this small issue could have led me to another 5 days or more of harassment. So I would like to conclude by saying, this kind of unprofessionalness from the technician is not at all expected.

Not at all satisfied with executives handling of issue i had replaced my laptop screen and after one and half month i found black dots on screen after thorough research there were several blogs and videos where black spot is known to be dead pixel the company employees tried to brainwash by saying its nothing if the spots gets bigger then we ll change it even they said their dealers wont replace the display is it the dealer or the customer who paid the price who is responsible for the issue the company or the customer then what is the use of giving one year of warranty if this issue would have arrived even after months use then also the same would have claimed by the company earlier i had purchased several products but didnt face such issue this is the first time i am facing such king of harassment i do have the bank transfer details of the concerned executives of the service center though didnt give me a bill but i do have the account transfer details of rs. 5900 i did a mistake by getting my screen replaced from their service center BMD solution never ever gonna purchase from their store in future and to those who's thinking to get services from their store be aware they point fingers at the customer and blame them instead of rectifying the same

If you want to purchase any PC components you can visit this place, they have every parts available here, even if you won't find any components online you will surely find it here, the employees behaviour is good and they will help you understand what you want to purchase, they will guide you with your specifications, and will surely help with all they have. The location is just off and a bit hard to find, the entrance is a bit jammed but all in all a good place to buy products.

Md computers are big frauds never buy products from them. I have bought this product Lian Li strimmer plus 24 pin cable from then in mid of August and they send me this faulty product and when installed this the result I have got they send me company default product and the product got returned pickup and still I have not got any refund on this product and now they are saying the product condition is not proper and making me responsible for that as I have received the product in the same condition as it delivered to me by the courier service. First they send faulty product to customer and then make customer responsible for that. Very big frauds they are. Never buy products from them.

Delivery is good as long as product works.if you recieve a doa product they will take 1-2 months to provide replacement or refund. I would suggest to buy locally or use Amazon. Update 1: - they sent wrong product as replacement and stopped responding to emails after 2 months I am out of money and time with a wrong product.

Had to get a fairly high-end PC, parts of which you would not find in most shops, especially in Kolkata. Had to pre-book the processor since it was selling out like cakes, went in at around 2pm. Showed them my 'parts list', they brought in all, installed it all together. Was done by 7pm, and they even helped me bring it out and put up in the cab. Great service, good stock. Will recommend.

The cabinet look neat and clean. It is good elegant looking cabinet. The only con is that it does not have air flow above.

It took about 8 day's to deliver.

Ordered a graphics card from them, not only go it at the cheapest rate compared to any other platform but also the quality of packing and the product was unparallel.

I've recently purchased my CPU components from MD Computers, it's my first time purchasing expensive components from online e-commerce shops. First of all they have a wide range of products depending on your choice. Very aggressive pricing as well, comparing with Amazon one can save at least 2k-3k on each components. Genuine products, helpful customer care.

What i like the most -

1) They can give you advise based on your selected components, if they are compatible with each other or not.
2) Price less than amazon and genuine products.
3) Quick delivery within 5 days of order placed (depending on the lock-down situations)
4) Very good packaging and items were well handled.

Graphics card (GPU) prices are too high now, i'd definitely like to shop with them again in near future when prices go down a bit.

Prices were cheaper than any other vendor out there. They shipped on time, but the delivery was delayed due to the lockdown in my state. To MDComputer's credit, their CS team reached out on my behalf to the logistics vendor and sped up the process.

I don't know how are they getting so many positive reviews. My experience with them is a nightmare. I ordered their gaming chair on 31st may, 2021. I received it on 3rd June but in damaged condition, mailed them about the same. They asked me for the unboxing video. I mean did they even instruct me about that to make a unboxing video, no. But anyhow I made it with my own concise. And luckily the damage part is visible in the video. So I send the video and waited for their reply. They replied me on 16th June about the pickup, asked me to pack the headrest and wait for the pickup. Today is 25th June and the packet is still lying in my living area. Previously I was calling only MD computers and I have to call the delivery agency also. Is it my responsibility to talk to delivery person also? I can't use the chair, my money is gone, I have to call Md computers and delivery agency many times a day, If this is not called as mental harassment, what could be?

Edited: Yes I missed 2 calls in 3 days, and then I called back at that no 60 times in 3 days, and they just picked twice in which they said do whatever you want, please mention this as well. I have recorded conversation available with me. You really want to blame me for not picking up only 2 calls while they are not picking my 60 calls. Today also one person came just to know how big the parcel is, I already told them 3 days back that 4 wheeler is needed for it and again no pick up occurred today.

Good packing and product was original and much satisfied but one request please dispatch the order on 24hrs of ordering it makes more customers to purchase and make a speed delivery because from the ordering to delivery I waited more than 10 days so if you make this fast really a great one

A good place to buy computer parts but prices are high compared to some places. Vedant computers is like the same now a days. Utilizing the crunch time due to this pandemic. THE STAFF IS ALSO RUDE TOLD ME TO CHECK PRICE ON THEIR WEBSITE. To the guy who replied me, I was not talking through phone, I was standing infront of him in the store. Still he told me to check online that was crazy and ignorant.

Staffs are very polite and kind helpfu speciallyl Arijit Da, Palash Da. But today I had a issue about the payment through Gpay we had to almost wait for 30 minutes maybe ut was some banking service issue. Otherwise there service is great while paying with cash. Compared to Vedant computers MD Computer's staff's behaviour are really great. Vedant computers customer service is literally trash they're very rude to their customers. Whatever MD Computers is so far the best computer shop in terms of customer service as well as pricing of products.

Good components, I am posting after testing for about 3 months. Made a custom, editing and casual gaming pc from them.

Don't judge by its size man you will get best price no doubtly So days ago i was searching for a 240 Gb m. 2 ssd i checked all online platform they it's around 3.5-3.4k I got 500 rupees discount here best part is they know they are very renound shop but they don't take the advantage of that so nice behaviour but before get into the store do check on VEDANT COMPUTERS also but no doubt the best experience ever

some cons:
1) there is limited payment receive channels available I do request them please accept money on UPI platforms

2) Please Make the banner big it's very hard to find the store as its small

I have locally built my PC few years back at Kolkata. Most of the parts were brought from M D Computers.

Over the period, i have shifted to many cities within India and have always received support from them in case of any parts failure or RMA.

Just recently also upgraded my GPU and bought it from MD only. They shipped GPU quickly ; delivered within 3 days.

High end gaming hardware availability in Kolkata is abysmal. MD Computers is best of the lot with respect to variety of options available.

Bought a case (Corsair Carbide Spec 3) and RAM, I originally bought a 16x1 stick of RAM (my fault didn't check properly) but wanted an 8x2 for dual channel. I messaged them and they let me choose a different product which cost the same (8x2 RAM). They're support team was very professional and helpful. FedEx screwed up a little and delayed my delivery a bit but, this is not MDcomputer's fault. I've received both the products, both brand new with top notch packaging. If you are buying parts online, go with MD, you can be confident that you'll receive what you ordered with the added bonus of great customer support.

Though being an offline retailer, it is really hard to beat online prices (specially at the time of flipkart offers or Anazon sales), they offered me the cheapest price (for a monitor) among ALL other stores in Chadni Chawk. You have to bargain a bit. Good place for gamers. They also have a good telephone helpline (this is really great!), also the website is frequently updated.
Even if you don't buy anything, you can atleast discuss about any queries related to any computer product. Highly recommended.
