One of the worst experience with the resort service, if you have 10 yrs child the n they have treated as adult, food quality very bad i have attached fried rice sample.

Amazing place to spend the weekend. It is totally surrounded by nature and rainy season makes the stay more enjoyable. You need to carry few provisions as this is quite far from nearest town. Food is very good and tasty.

Cool place to hangout with family. Had a small swimming pool which is a great attraction for the kids. The rooms are decent, with a good nearby view of the village. The watchtower on the back side is also a nice place to see the sunset and watch the play of colors during the evening time. Sharing some images captured from the watchtower.

Food charges too high, it's not for middle class people, Mangers think he managing 5star hotel. Behavior should be Manager not like.

Great place to have a short stay with family with good ambiance, good food and wholesome amenities.that too 30 kms from Coochbehar

Located in place you would never expect. It was a very wonderful day in Maa greenery view. A perfect location for weekend/holiday

Excellent place to hangout a day. Swimming pool, gym, playing ground, park for children are there.

Very nice location that refreshes the mind, decorated room with elegant interior and beautiful exterior with swimming pool. The staff beavers are extremely nice and elegant. Need to take more attention to maintenance. The price is a little bit high but good in all respects.

We went there for Lunch, didn't stay there as room was not available at that time.

Awesome view tower, from where entire surrounding (fully occupied by tea garden) would be seen off. Rooms are reasonably good. Can't expect variety of veg food other than 4 to 5 main course recipes as in West Bengal rarely veg oriented hotels could be found. Nice for 1 day stay. Don't forget to visit SIKIA JHORA (Gov.organised landscape garden) 1.5 KM far away from the place, where you could chit chat and intoxicate with the beautiful place.

Beautiful atmosphere.surrounded by deep forest & tea garden. Food quality and service are quite good.

In response to the owner who has responded to my review - Thank you for your free advice but free advice doesn't change the fact that your manager was very rude and doesn't know how to handle situations. There is no question of 'FORCING', you did not let the dog in and the dog was tied outside - case closed.

I don't even know what you mean by 'did not order clearly' - a clear order was given on phone for x plate chicken and y plate rice to be made ready in 45 mins. I am not sure how to clearly order if people don't understand basic language instructions. On top of it your manager was extremely rude and unapologetic that a simple instruction was not followed and did not try to fix the problem. I will also give you a free advice - read your reviews, I am not the only one complaining about your staff, there are many other saying the same thing. Another free advice, train your manager for hospitality sector.

Very rude staff. We clearly ordered food over phone by calling the number listed and after reaching there after 1.5 hours the person at the reception said that order wasn't placed. Genuine mistake and communication gap which could have been resolved quite easily. However the person in charge mr Monish barman was very unapologetic and didn't try to fix the problem at all with lots of unnecessary attitude. This person is not fit for hospitality sector and should be given some back office duties or else the reputation of the place will dip.

Pathetic staff. Out and out rude. Especially 'Monish' there so called manager. I would not recommend this place at all.

The view is good and the place is beautiful, it is surrounded with tea garden, there is a place of Bougainvillea trees which is extremely beautiful, but the place is extremely expensive, I have basically been to the restruant, the food quantity is less. There was a lot of rush there when I visited, I don't know if this was the reason for their poor service or this is the way of their service. The food tasted good but was served cold.

There is swiming pool, a watch tower and a family restaurant. You can stay here with your family.

Rude staff, Monish the so called manager does not have basic manners to talk to guests. Not worth visiting unless he is fired
