It 1.5 km away from main market, but its a pure vegetarian place with good service and decent rooms in affordable price range.

The property is a good option if you want to stay away from the hustle bustle of the crowd. Located 2kms away from Darjeeling Mall, the balcony rooms give you a lovely view of the mountains afar and the valley around. Santosh ji is a very helpful host. He took great care of us during our entire stay. He also got us in touch with a very good friend of his, who took us around for local sight seeing. I'll definitely suggest you this property if you are travelling with parents, family and senior citizens.

This is the best Homestay i have stayed in till now. Manager is very hospitable, caring, kind, cooperating. Rooms are spacious and clean. You will get a great view of Kanchenjunga from the balcony. Bathrooms have adequate space and are clean having both Indian and western. You will get very well home cooked food on your request. The hotel is just around 2kms from Mall Road. Book it and have and awesome experience. You won't regret this awesome experience. The manager and his family will treat the guests as his own family member. Keep up the good work bhaiya.

I, with my siblings, stayed for 2 nights at this homestay.
Pros-
Rooms are good and clean.
WiFi stable.
Owner humble and understanding- helped us to get a shared cab from Darjeeling to lepchajagat.
Location - near to exploring spots but far from market.
View from its terrace is amazing at night.
Driver - timely and safely dropped at all spots especially at tiger hill where you can find lots of crowd if got late.

Cons-
We had dinner once but the food was not upto the mark.
Driver they provided us for sightseeing was stubborn towards changing the song during our journey. This was a little irritating as we had to listen Nepal songs throughout.
Charges of sightseeing was quite high.

The rooms are smelling and messy. Its not clean and washrooms are hell dirty. Visited here on july 2021 and this hotel is just garbage. Never book rooms here. Its overpriced.

Good seen from balcone.with clear view of mount kanchanjanga.good for old age people coz homestay in beside national highway.owner is vry much friendly and care taking. # Veg food excellent.bst for vegetarian.

Choose this homestay if your going with family, not with friends. And It ain't comfortable for winter. So, if you go there don't expect that you'll have a comfortable stay.

Not perfect for friends. There are lots of problem at night.and their behavior is not so perfect and Friendly. And this is too far from mall market.so i don't give this homestay 5 star rating.and i don't recommend people to stay here.

If you wish to stay beside the road and wish hear the "sound" of taxi, truck, toy train all throughtout the day and night then this is the homestay for you. Believe me it wont disappoint you.plus it has a common bathroom facility for three rooms.another plus point is the view from room which is amazing.
