Mandarmani Kiss of Sea Resort

The worst thing about this hotel is staff behaviour…. Just worst… and every time price will increase according to them.service is very poor…third class place at mandarmani…. Take my suggestion or suffer…

This is the most third class service ever had in mandarmani, specially the staff behaviour and the service, I would suggest everyone not to avail rooms here

The location is good, the hotel is good but expensive due to their location. The nearby hotels are at the right price if you bargain.

Awesome experience, Definitely not as Loud and Chaotic as other resorts of Mandarmani (Chaotic resorts are a norm at mandarmani, Pool times mentained, no loud music after the notified time period, people asking children alone at pool about their parents, overall a very sensible resort). A very good resort for elderly people. The Deck is where the value is, you can sit there for hours. Food is also Great and not much costly (For example big size Pom fret costs 225 as of 2023)

Good resort and the location is great. Service is good. The rooms are great. The food is great it's a bit costly though.

Pratishtha, Parampara, Anushashan. Reminiscent of my hostel days. Can't go out after certain time. Can't sit within the premises after midnight. Owner and staff will call again and again to get you back to your rooms. We're all so disciplined that I came with friends, going with bandhus. Kudos guys! All the best for the UGC approval.

Room charges are high because room is very much medium.

I don't know who are giving high ratings for this pathetic hotel. I will not recommended anyone to stay here.

Rooms are great, so is the view. The beach is pretty big but cleaner than most beaches I've been to. Food and service is also good.

This was my 7th time visiting this property. Awesome rooms, staffs and everything else. During the high tides the hotel looks awesome, big waves hit the guard walls and delivers a magnificent view. The pool is deep and very well maintained. Best rooms to stay in are 101 and 201.

Best place to stay in mandarmani. We booked room for 2 nights. This was my first time in this hotel, so i am little bit worried about everything. But, it's made my day when i first saw the view from the hotel. Each room has attached blacony, from where you will get sea view. Food was awesome, view was just mind blowing, each & every staffs behaviour was very polite. Swimming pool & deck area was very neat & clean. They provide complimentary breakfast, but its limited. I think they should have increase breakfast items. But it's not a big deal. Please must try bengali dishes in this hotel, aloo posto was really tasty, chicken also. Must try starter is fish finger, great quality fish they provide. Most important they provide fresh items, not frozen, this one thing i loved the most. Special thanks to Amit kumar maity, he really helped us a lot. No matter what i want, he provide me on the time.

Enjoyed a lot. Superb view and hospitality. Food is good and price is also reasonable compared to others. Rooms are well decorated. Service is awsome. Specially the behaviour of staffs. For not a single time I heard "NO" from them. They specially decorated my room as per my request (Extra charge applicable). Special thanks to all the staffs who helped me to make this stay more memorable.

2. Paying hell lot of extra money, whereas you will get much cheaper hotel here with good facilities.
3.paid 3300rs+GST without complementary breakfast.
4.they don't have private beach.
5.full of restrictions.
6.door lock doesn't work, they will give extra lock and key.
7.food taste good but price is real high.
8. Car parking place is too small.if you are having suv or big car they will ask you park outside.

A good place to enjoy a holiday with family and friends. The location is good and beach is accessible by just walking down from the hotel. One can enjoy walking along the beach for 4-5 km either way. The beach front is not crowded, unlike the main developed location.
The sea is generally calm and the beach is almost flat and very wide. The whole beach front is however lined with numerous hotels and resorts for kms and maybe a cause for concern due to environmental pollution.
The food is good, though limited choice. They make fresh dishes, so it's advisable to pre order your meals or snacks well in time, preferably 2 hours prior.
The swimming pool is available as per timings to guests and gives a good view of the sea from the pool itself.
The costs are comparable with Resorts located in the area and the cleaning facilities of the property can be improved. The approach Road is narrow and can be missed easily, but it's the case with most hotels and resorts as the main Marine Drive road is a bit away from the beach.
Most rooms offer a good view of the sea especially the premium rooms. The resort allows pets, so it's an added advantage for pet lovers.

Ambience, View and service quality is very nice. Food taste awesome. Price reasonable. Overall worth every penny.
I would like to thank Mr. Amit Maity, a service boy for his gentle and polite attitude. Service was really good.

Our experience at this resort was excellent. The breathtaking views of the sea, the clean and cozy rooms, nice bengali dishes, well maintained pool and good behaviour of the staff, compelled us to give them a 5 star rating. I hope they continue to maintain this standard forever. However, I have just one request, although the resort has listed plenty of items in their menu card most of the things are not available, specially the tandoor items, hence please work on improvising the availability of various types of food items so that you can cater all. If you askme I will recommend this resort or not? Then the answer is a BIG yes!

Hotel location is very good. As per prices food quantity is less.
Feedback: Management allows guests to drink just near to the pool area which is a bit awkward if ladies/families are in the pool. While drinking alcohol they only look into pool where ladies/families swim.

Excellent location! We returned from there yesterday. Ambience+cleanliness + service+ food+swimming pool - above all surroundings are excellent. We enjoyed our trip. I suggest all my relatives & friends- if they want to enjoy the beauty of Mondarmoni they must book Kiss of Sea. Service of all stuffs specially Bubun babu satisfied us.
