Extremely happy with my stay with family and friends during pujas. Very cooperative and helpful front office and house keeping teams. Well and neatly maintained rooms with reasonable rate.

We, a group of School friends of the CBS 71 Pass Out Batch, spent a longish weekend here. We just loved our stay in this wonderful home away from home set up. Away from the maddening crowd and the unbearable concrete jungle that conventional Bolpur has become, amidst the serenity and calmness it was absolutely enchanting experience, triggered further by the alluring ambience of the ' guest house ', and the caring service of the friendly, always smiling staff members there. Overall, an experience to cherish and share with all, and to plan the earliest next opportunity to enjoy again our stay in Marble Palace Guest House.

The best one can get when one wants to be at home yet far away from home. Madhu Da, the caretaker has been there for every thing that I needed. Highly recommended if you have a pet as its exactly what our pets need which we cant afford in Kolkata. Keep Up! Spread the love!
The Marble Palace Guest House is really good, for organizing small party for kids. Location of the Guest House is awesome and very convenient to travel. I will highly recommend others about the guest house.
My wife and I stayed in Marble Palace Guest House, Kolkata, from 6th to 11th August, 2021.
Approaching it from Menoka Cinema was a little difficult but when we called the Guest House the young caretaker, Dipak came and guided us in.
We had booked a ground floor room and for Rs. 1,800.00 per day, with breakfast, it was good vale for money. The AC, TV and the geyser all worked well. The room was clean. Fresh sheets and fresh towels available on request! The corners were a bit dirty which Dipak got cleaned the next morning. Dipak is a very helpful youngster. Their dhobi delivered the laundry every evening at 9.00 and the charges were reasonable. A pretty good stay; sort of home away from home!
A beautifully maintained guest house in the heart of the city. Peaceful locality with greenery all around. Clean and specious rooms that is bound to give you a memorable and a relaxing stay. Availablity of delicious meals at the property.
Superb, don't call it a guest house.its a HOME, away from home. Excellent management, cordial behaviour, wonderful atmosphere. Feel like coming again and again with my family.
I stayed at Marble Palace Guest house, from 2nd to 5th March 2020, its a very clean and well maintained property, Mr. Aashish Das and Mr. Amitabh are very helpful, Chandan attendant also very good, waiting hall has good ambience, I would definitely recommend this.

Lovely place to spent a holiday with family and friends. The environment of this place is very peaceful. And last but not the least the caretaker of this house is very polite and helpful. We spent at least 3 to 4 days every year in winter here.
I stayed in Marble Palace Guest House on my visit to Kolkata recently. The location suited me well, made it easy for me to travel around the most important places. The metro is in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend you to stay here since the Services they provide is very personal and the staff would make you feel like Home

We stayed at this guest house along with two other friends and their families. We had rumbunctious kids with us. It was during Poush Mela a year or so ago. The rooms were comfortable and sunny inspite of it being winter. The caretaker had arranged for warm blankets for all of us in every room. The guest house itself was large. It had two sections and the entrances were separate. Both the sections had large living rooms were the kids could run around in glee. They also have a large backyard with a swing (an absolute hit with d kids). There were large fruit trees and beautiful flowering garden. There were rooms on the 1st floor too with a large terrace, where one could enjoy with friends n family and watch d beautiful night sky full of stars n moon. We stayed in the ground floor rooms as these were already occupied or booked. My suggestion is book these if available they afford a greater privacy and better views. Even d ground floor rooms are good where there is a small kitchenette where you can cook ur own meals. But we got ours from outside, near the prantik railway station. All cutlery n crockery was available. The food was cheap n vary tadty. The caretaker offered to cook for us on our next visit (then it was a bit overwhelming for him due to the large no of guests there). If there was any negative then i mist say that I wish all the rooms had attached baths. But the common bath did not create any trouble as we had d floor entirely to ourselves.
All in all it was a great trip with comfortable and fun stay. Wonderful location. Very helpful people

Marble Palace truly lives up to its name for its cleanliness and serenity. Tucked amidst greenery near Rashbehari Avenue, one can find easy connectivity to the heart of the city. Restaurants, shops, cinema hall.all in walking distance.
Very nice and peaceful place for weekend gateways. Good property, maybe requires a little patchwork and upgradation. Courteous and extremely helpful staff. We all had a good time. Thank you.

Very good location to commute in all forms of transport across Kolkata. Metro station, bus stand, suburban railways, all are very proximate makes it very convenient to stay at Marble Palace. Spic and span accomodation making it a cozy stay. Proximity to Rabindro Sorobar, the lungs of South Kolkata, makes it a really interesting, for morning and evening walks or a strole beside the lake. Menoka cinema hall is just in a stone throwing distance and can catch up a movie in the night show.
