Very lousy service, rooms did not have airconditioner functioning properly, geyser not working, intermittent power cut off. Rooms were gloomy and dull.

Horrible experience one of the worst Hotel I have ever came across in my life time poor hospitality, dogs are roaming around in side reception premises, ac is not at all working in bed room, toilet was so poorly maintained & pungent smell is coming from Bed Room which had forcefully made me to shift to a different hotel we didn't spent a single night and eventually the owner had taken full money and now refused to return our full money which made me to logged a compliant in police and would appeal file to High Court as I haven't received refundable anount yet. If I don't get full refund within 24 hrs then will bound to case against Mark & meadows owner.

Not at all worth rating. The so called director took the entirely payment in advance and provided us the worst room. Had to shift to another hotel and now they are not even returning our money.worst decision to stay in this hotel

Experience in staying in this hotel is pathetic. It's a highly overpriced hotel and they don't spend a penny on maintenance. Room service is horrible. Overall it's a big zero.

It is horrible, after observing kitchen you will never feel to eat here. The management should close this property. Big cheat

One of the worst hotel seen in my life till date, I will request everyone to take this review seriously and try to avoid booking else your hardsole money will be lapsed and your family will be blame you to book this property.

Worst hotel in shantiniketan. Room conditions, food quality, Room Service, everything is very poor, Owner is a big thief, rough behaviour.

Haunted atmosphere, uncleaned, during night it scary, no phone lines, no Wi-Fi, if you order anything it will take min. 45 to deliver.

Simply overpriced. All locks were broken, complementary breakfast was moderate at best and there was this stench in the water that I can only describe as a dead animal. Good location and potential though.

The behaviour of the old man, so called Director is not good. Rooms are ruined. Very bad smell. This resort is factory of Mosquito. They take 100% advance and cheat the people. The Old man of this resort donot behave properly. So request you all to see some pictures. AC and flush donot work.

Room prices is highly overpriced, owner is a big time cheat. Don't visit this God forsaken hotel to get scammed. It was a big blunder which we did. Only good this is that the staffs tried their best but its of no use when there's such poor infrastructure. This property has potential but its all in vain.

Staying in the hotel was just horrible. There was no sign of minimum maintenance of the property and hospitality rendered by the owner was poorest. Severe lack of basic amenities like supply of water, mosquito repellant, TV channels were absent and also AC was not working properly. Upon complaining of the same the owner reacted violently and threatened to stop the service.

This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. The hotel looked dismal as we entered. Not at all maintained. The rooms had a bad stench. The bedsheet, pillows and blankets were extremely dirty. The door lock was not working. The toilet was extremely dirty. They couldn't serve tea when asked. Horrible room service. The manager showed no interest in the customers requirements. It had an eerie feeling. The direction to the rooms is completely misleading. Horrible experience. Noone should stay there.

Horrible experience, it was like "Bhoot Banglow". Worst conditions of each & every room, absence of proper skilled manpower, no facilities i.e. Tv, AC, Geyser etc are available. Property owner/manager is truely cheater.

Worst condition we have ever faced. Rooms are totally damped and dirty. Door lock and other things does not work properly. Entire property is not maintained and cleaned. No Room service available. And the owner's behaviour was horrible.

No stars for this place, worst hotel ever visited. Service poor, no staff, no food, no amenities. Rooms were stinky, dirty bedsheets, damp furnitures, no intercom, no television, pool facility not available, garden area not maintained, improper lights in room, no fans, ac stopped working and the list goes on. Owner was not even interested to solve the issues. Complete waste of time and vacation.

Very worst condition of rooms and it’s surrounding. One should not come here. We have been payed full amount for three days now after coming to the very place we are absolutely hopeless! Due to COVID situation nothing is maintained properly. They are running with 2 stuff. Very poor management. Unhygienic place it is right now. I must request to fix it and bring back the old glamour

This hotel is in a pathetic situation. Not mainitaned at all, rooms are stinking, all baisc amentities either not working or in a deplorable situation. A single manager working as a receptionist as well as in room service. No assurance whether food will be avalible or not. Another thing - which I should have checked before booking " Trip Advisor says it is closed till 31st Dec'21 while MMT accepts booking. I lost 11 k because my booking was non cancellable. I could not staty there for 1 hour after check in. It is unhygenic as well

NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE EVER. POOR FOOD QUALITY, FILTHY ROOMS, SHOWERS NOT WORKING AT ALL, TOO MANY LIZARDS AND COCKROACHES, CHAIRS HAVE STAINS ON THEM NOT PROPERLY CLEANED AT ALL PLS DONT COME……THE BEDSHEETS ARE DIRTY

Very poor quality and maintenance. I dont think any thing in the room is in working condition, starting from TV, room heater, Etc. Poor housekeeping. Food is OK. Surroundings like garden, pool, entrance, parking are not maintained. Bad experience.

Except for its location and to an extent its food, nothing else really works. The rooms are most depressing. The entire hotel is astoundingly difficult for disabled persons of any type. From door locks to bathrooms, everything is confusing and most uninviting. The corridors are so dimly lit at night that one cannot even read the room numbers. Less spoken about the water closet and toiletries the better. Does not deserve even a "Zero" rating and, definitely not at the tariff they charge.

This place is the most pathetic resort that one could think of. Service is extremely bad. Room infrastructure is like a cheap dormitory and rates are exorbitant. Hotel staff will force you to order food from the Buffet Menu. Devices in room like TV and Geezer don't work. Even electric kettle is very dirty. Overall bed sheets and blankets are also dirty. A definite no no from my side! Beware of its online reviews as I think they are false as I experienced it. Saw even other customers complaining and having to argue with the Hotel Management!

Room services are good but the food quality can be improved a bit. Open garden restaurant makes it a perfect place for hanging out with friends for a dinner.

I regularly visit this property and as a regular visitor the managers and service boys have become quite friendly with us. Unique spacious rooms with facilities like ac, hot water, fridge etc. However quality of food is not upto the mark.

Hated it because of several reasons. Restaurant inside at hotel at the back side. Hotel staffs are non professional. Food quality was poor. Restroom condition is like public toilet. There was indoor playroom but all in worst condition. Had to go to this hotel because we dont hace other options. Please don't go there.

Very good place, with a nice lawn beside each room. Only one problem, they have WIFI only in the reception, dining areas and restrooms. They have no WIFI in the rooms.
