This mall contains premium brands. Best place for shopping for the gentlemen. Ground floor you can find watches and the other floors are for clothes and shoes. The inox is on the 4th floor. It's quite small but well maintained and totally glassy look. There is no food court there inside the mall so can't find that much crowd.

I don't even got to understand why is it even called a mall while it's a very narrow building with just a few open spaces shop with no amenities like local malls.

Inherited from Central, this departmental stores has a number of well known brands on display. The layout of entrance and exits is bit confusing and directions should be on display. Otherwise it has a good feel to it. Some of the escalators were not working. The washrooms are pretty clean.

Inox in reliance centro is small but well maintained, food options are very less, it is located at the heart of the Kolkata, very near to Park Street

Good place to shop. It has a wide range of products, watches, shoes, all kind of garments. Very Good collection of popular branded garments in Men's, woman's and kids category. Location is good and is very easy to reach via all modes of transportation. It also have Inox theatre. It's a complete family shop.

Collection of woolen garments are less here compared to the New Town outlet. Otherwise, a good place for branded shopping for other outfits.

On November 24,2020, I bought a Fast Track watch from Central Metro Shopping Mall, Esplanade for Rs. 2799/-
When I came back to my home from the store, I noticed a scratch on the top of the watch. I felt bad because the watch was my favorite. The next day when I took the watch to the store they first saw it, then said they will talk to their manager, and let me know, so I waited at the store. When they returned, they said it would not change, so they sent me to their store's customer help desk. I saw no one there, after waiting for 15 minutes I saw the same people come there again and talk to me. They said the same thing again in a very bad way, that “we can't change it. ” I repeatedly asked them to understand my situation, but they said” we can't do anything about it. ” Then I went to World of Titan and told them my problem, then they said that the store should replace the watch from where you bought it, we don't know why they are not changing your product.
I once again request you to change my product. If I do not get any help from you, I will be forced to file a case against you in the Consumer Forum

Nice location. It is at the heart of the city. Adjacent to esplanade metro station.earlier, it was metro cinema hall.

In the heart of the city of joy, the renowned Metro Cinema Hall has been refurbished to make way for this mall. Much needed because the other outlet is in new town which is way far from the heart of the city. They utilised the spaces effectively and intelligently. Lots of trial rooms, tremendous collection.

This place is quite famous for shopping, under one roof u can get many brands at a affordable price, the interior of the mall was awesome staffs where very polite in nature and can easily get what type of clothes you are seeking for

Very nice shopping mall in Dharmatala area. The building was formerly a famous cinema hall named Metro. A landmark point of Kolkata. The shopping mall was started on February 2019. Many upscaled shops are there. It is beautifully decorated inside. Quality of the goods are fine.

Since too many brands are present so the quantity of each brand is very less. U can't find a particular one.

Although the much smaller of the two Central stores in the city, the collection is huge, and really good, the men's section is very impressive-surprisingly and thankfully!

I bought from them 5000rs items.after that they took 10 rs for a carry bag. I thought dis is unfair.

Best place for shopping in kolkata, huge collection. All size is available here. But the Price range is very high because of international brand. If price does not matter, thn come to this place, you will be fully satisfied. All customer executive are very helpful. The main thing is that metro central offer 30 days replacement of any item.

This central is the best among Kolkata. Located in Esplanade. Easily accessible via metro or bus.

All the major brands are present. And the collection is also great.
But the pricing is excessive.

But the whole mall is very beautifully decorated and very well thought-out. All the corners are photogenic. The attention to details is mind blowing.

All in all a good place to shop, better if you have a considerable amount to spent.

Central Mall is the recent addition to Kolkata Mallscape. It is located on Jawaharlal Nehru Road in Esplanade or Dharmatala area of Kolkata. The mall is constructed on the place of once iconic Metro Cinema hall in Kolkata. It is centrally air conditioned. It is well connected through road and it is also accessible through Metro railway service as Esplanade Metro railway station is adjacent to it. The staff there are good.

Nice place to shop. Setback is that bags are still being charged for despite Consumer Court decession not to charge for bags that carry the advertisement of the malls or shops.

The newly opened branch in Esplanade, very adjacent to the metro station, offers varieties of brands in clothes, shoes and accessories. It has super spacious trial rooms and walking lobbies. Extraordinarily high quality and marked brands with prices touching the sky. However, they are totally worth buying as everything is trendy, fashionable. The staff are friendly and very cooperative. They provide paper shopping bag which costs Rs. 10, not a compulsion to buy it, but if you wish to showcase the brand on the roads then gorgeous red colour with Central tag on it is totally worth it.

Second central till date in Kolkata. It is one of biggest shopping mall with an amazing interior with touch of Kolkata pride. The collection here is amazing with almost all brands available for all types of occasions from babies, gents and women's. Amazing collection of variety of clothing options. The interior is very good and will give you a nice shopping experience. The only thing that bothers me is how they pressurize the staff which results in them constantly poking you while you're shopping. Although I understand the staff's pov, its irritating to say the least.
