Decent place. Ambience is decent but not great for taking photos as the lighting is very dim. Food is average and not so palatable.

Love this cafe a lot as there’s no rush during weekdays so must visit in between office or college breaks. The food I tried was delicious and hospitality was nice. Best part about the ambience is they have swings to sit.

I'm sitting at the restaurant currently - I ordered 2 starters more than 30 mins ago and we still haven't received anything. They are only serving one table in the restaurant and not prioritising other tables at all. Disappointing service.

The exterior looked eye catching and the interior was pretty interesting too. We were a little skeptical when we saw we were the only two souls in a 75+ covers restaurant at 7pm but we thought we'd give it a go.
First the AC did not work resulting in much sweating and feel claustrophobic and then we ordered the Pollo Ala Huanciana, Bistro Fish Fry and Basil-Lemongrass Iced Tea.
The iced tea came first. It was devoid of basil, lemongrass, lemon, sugar and ice. It was simply room temperature black tea with a few mint leaves floating on top. When asked to rectify it a few cubes of ice, a spoon of sugar and a dash of lemon juice was added which made it vaguely drinkable albeit non pleasant.
The wait time for the food was nearly an hour with just us two in the restaurant and two chefs plus two assistants in the kitchen.
The fish fry came first. It was a little on the extra salty side and we mentioned this to the waitstaff and he just shrugged. The fries that came with were crispy to the point of being like packaged chips rather than fry. When we asked for ketchup a week old tiny bowl of it was produced from under the service counter which had half dried up and had a flaky film on top.
Next came the Pollo Ala Huanciana, which was described as a spicy chicken in yellow bellpepper, olive and cheese sauce. It was MINDNUMBINGLY SALTY. It was so salty i could hardly get it past my throat and i felt parched after hardly two bites of it. When we brought this to the attention of the waitstaff he proceeded to scoop up a spoonful of the dish onto a plate and carry it back to the kitchen. He came back saying that although the chef agreed the dish was salty, what was he to do since both the spicy chicken marinade and the cheese sauce contained salt? It was bound to be doubly salty! After this argument I really had nothing to say.
After paying the full bill (yes they even charged us for the salt laden dish we couldn't eat), we wished to give the feedback to the chef and the owner who were present at the time but they both declined to come upstairs to meet us. The waitstaff even declined to give us either of their names and after a suspiciously long pause said his own name was Mr Raj Mondal.
Overall, the food was disastrous, the service was slow, the staff was shady and elusive and worst of all the attitude towards the feedback was unfathomably unpleasant.
Unfortunately we learned through a terrible dining experience which had a pocket pinch of Rs 1000 that if no-one else is daring to step into a restaurant they have probably been given due cause.
Definitely and vehemently do not recommend going here.

Good place to spent time with loved ones & hangout with friends. Sumptuous food & nice ambience with cool music.

Trust me this is one of the best kabab platter I have ever had! In frame it's chicken tangri Kabab which was one of the showstopper of that Platter. Absolutely tender, flavorful and juicy

We host a family party on eve of Christmas at Miam. It was wonderfully arranged. Food was excellent. The hospitality of Ramakant, Moumita and their team makes you feel you are guest in their home. Place to go for️️️

Went on a lively Sunday evening and the food was very delicious. Ordered Tandoori Pizza which was unique in taste.
The only con was that we had to wait for quite some to time for the food to be served.

Do try out this place if in and near Salt Lake, Sector-5. Near Webel More.

Its one of my favourite spots in the Salt Lake Area to enjoy finger food and a glass of chilled beer. Good music and cool vibe of the place is something that you would definitely enjoy. Dont forget to try the Indian Main Course as well. Absolutely loved it.

I have ordered masala kulcha 1 portion was served black it was over baked when I complain they peeled off black portion & then served me again when asked him about it waiter started explaining me the process of making very poor management

The owners are power tripping money hungry people. Won't reccomend. If I could I would have given 0 stars. Lol

Pathetic experience. The food was decent but the owners were ridiculously rude and the ambience wasn't that great. If you want to get stared while you eat by the staff then this place is totally for you! The music they played wasn't good. The café was small and the lighting was bad to be honest. Also the place has a ridiculous rate for food going on. If you want to get told off by a woman/teacher /owner then this place is totally for you!

Where should I begin? How the ac wasn't even ac-ing the way it should? They served us cold food, and took there sweet time serving the food, just because we could wait. The manager, wants you to act like an obedient lil fella, and if you act even at the slightest she'll snap and act like we are eating for free. She was very rude, and I didn't go thru all the reviews before, but then I saw the rest of how it wasn't just us, she acts like that with everyone. If you want to be so impertinent, go be a politician or something pls, instead of spoiling someone's birthday party like that. But yeah, the reception was no exception, just as rude, the only staff who was polite was the one serving us. Okay.

*Staff behaviour was extremely rude and impolite.
*Overpriced for subpar food.
*Uncomfortable ambience, air conditioning doesn't work, loud obnoxious music and bad lighting.
Overall, an experience far from pleasant, -11/10, would not recommend.

Owner and staff are very rude. The owner seems to be pretty dumb. She lacks manners!
Food, sheesha, behaviour in short everything is absolutely ridiculous. Below one star. Would never prefer to visit again.
