I really liked this hotel. Very clean and I really loved the food especially breakfast buffet…they had huge varieties.

It was a nice experience at this hotel. Staff was really courteous. Especially, Mr Nabab was of great help to us.

We stayed with family for 1 night on 03-May-23. We booked a standard room for 3 but were given a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a large spacious room with 2 queen beds.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, the ambiance terrific and the amenities like toiletries adequate.
The breakfast and food although not 5 star spread was adequate and tasty.
Most importantly the staff and service was great and immaculate. Would always return here for future stays.

Cons- Entrance is very poor. Check in should be untidy. Don't try food in the hotel. 2 out of 5.

Food is expensive. However the rooms are spacious, clean and well managed with all the basic amenities provided.

Good ambience, polite staffs & very cooperative.

However some of the furnitures need to be cleaned because of dust

Good reviews bad service. Spent 20 thousand for three days. Service was so bad. Being 3 star hotel they do seem liberal. Staffs are nt so good. They couldnt provide glasses after 10 pm, food was also so and so, manager seemed okay as he was willing to act like professional atleast. They also claimed glasses were missing.we were 5 people in 2 rooms. One room had ac but didn't worked.we were disappointed as it claims it is 3 star hotel but they were so bad it seemed like m in pg. Not going to stay there again. Sorry but not srry.

Quality service, prime location and excellent view of the city. Also markets are very close, what more do you expect from any hotel? Worth staying with family.

Location is perfect to start ur day for Sikkim, Kalimpong, Dooars or North East visit.
Rooms are very much spacious with all modern amenities and room service at its best possible way.

The suite was really nice. The rooms were well maintained and spacious. The morning buffet was also nice and the restaurant has a decent ambience.

Very pungent cigarette smell in the room, which could not be solved by staff. We could not have proper sleep.

It was really annoying.washrooom was really very dirty.felt like puking. And even the hall was dirty.found dirty plate on the tables.

Though the service was good, room was good, outside of the room was in a bit bad shape (the corridor to reach the rooms) and looked old and minimum maintenance.

Very bad experience. AC was not working. Bad smell in the room. Didn't provide packed breakfast as promised earlier. Overall not recommended

A very nice hotel with good rooms and room service. The attendant are very courteous, helpful and very warm. The restaurant Tamarynd provides a good variety including local delicacies. Overall a nice business cum personal hotel to stay

Great service. The rooms are quite good and this hotel group has many other branches at all tourist spots. You can plan a travel with them.

Well located property but it lacks some basic things. It does not have a proper lobby. It's support staff are inadequate. Calls to reception and housekeeping go unanswered. Rooms are good but upkeep is inadequate. Restaurant is the redeeming feature, excellent food and service.

This hotel is overall good in rooms, laundry service, house keeping, and all the other remaining services. The restaurant is excellent and open 24 hours, what I liked the most about it is that; you can order any food anytime. And swear, they prepares delicious food. Also, the complimentary breakfast menu was truly unforgettable. This was the best hotel in siliguri️

Good hotel if you are looking for a deluxe / premium property. Has got parking space and in-house kitchen.

Staff behaviour is good

Worst experience. Rude staff. Unprofessional and unorganized. If you're a club mahindra member, prepare to have the worst experience you can expect from a club mahindra affiliate hotel.

It is one of the good hotel in siliguri. Staffs are very supportive and are ready to help. Food quality needs improvement but it is better than average. I enjoyed my stay there. Would recommend if you are planning to stay with family or friends.
