Nice park ehre. YOu take boat ride at Rs. 6 from this ghat to howrah ghat and Rs. 6 from howrah to milemium ghat.

This place was quite good when i visited here around 10 years back. But when i recently visited in September 2023. I was just horrified by seeing its current situation. It's so under maintained that the place has literally converted into debris. Really upset. The government should recover it as the location of this place is so beautiful.

First of all smell is disgusting.one dog has died and that body is still there.from that body that disgusting smell is coming.and not clean also.

Very good place for the people to visit this Ganges side place with their families and friends.

The park is located on Strand Road in the BBD Bagh area of Kolkata, near the General Post Office and the Calcutta High Court. The park lies on Hooghly’s eastern shore. Boats, steamers and launches floating on the Hooghly River from the park look incredibly beautiful. From this place you can see Howrah Bridge on the right and the second Hooghly Bridge on the left. Towards evening which looks impossibly beautiful. Being on the banks of the river Hooghly, the weather is captivating. The park is full of different species of trees. There are different types of rides for young and old for entertainment.

It was our regular destination during college days. Wanted to experience the same yesterday, but our bad luck, the the park is closed due to COVID.

It like a park but there are too many couple inside there and if you want to visit with family my suggestion is go to park gate No. 2.

Millinium park closed after lockdown March 2020 to till date 3/10/2021. I will go today's with my family, But Badluck Park is closed. Then I will go Princep Ghat & Babu Ghat.

It's a very lovely place to hangout with friends, families or loved ones ️. But nowadays it's totally closed due to Covid situations. So, don't waste your time to go there. Thank you.

Windy and beautiful view of River Ganges. One can avail ferry services from Howrah Ferry Ghat or simply take any car to get down in front of Millennium park gate. One can also avail train to reach there. It has 3 parts. Part 1 is free. No entry fee is needed for part one. But part 2 and 3 need entry fee. Rides are there in part 2 and 3. The place is mainly known for couples point

The view is really fantastic but going there with family isn't good I guess, becouse of the couples making out everywhere in the park unless that it's awesome with the view of howrah bridge

The best part about the park is the availabilty of cruise services, which takes us on a journey to Belur math, Dakhineshwar and many other historical places. 5 stars to Vivada cruise services!

This is one of the best place I visited in kolkata. ️ ️ ️ Speciality the kolkata heritage river cruise. Which is best to part that in cruise enjoying the river Ganga and the view of sunset through Howrah bridge and other side vidyasagar shetu. I love to be there very much. Everyone should visit and yes evening time is best. While everyone can enjoy here from couple to family members. Totally refreshing.

Everything is beautiful in this park but one thing you're to remember that this park is not open now due to covid situation so if you want to go and took visit in this park you must take some information about the opening of this park. Once it was a beautiful park after storm hit Calcutta it more or less like set of JURASSIC PARK.

Nice place for adults couples. This is for adults public. There are happening heavy deep romance. If you visit some times you seen that some couple or Girlfriend-Boyfriend are kissing eachothers. Maximum public are hug eachother. Besides Ganga rever present. If you are a natural lovers, please visit there, there are Nice Ganga Vision. Opposite of Millennium park Ganga reverside present there are 3/4 times Ganga darshan lunch are going to Ganga rever. Price only 40/-

It's nearly less crowded in this pandemic time. Well maintained and filled with good ambiance. Do try the heritage river cruise ride.

Millennium Park is a private park in Kolkata, situated along the Strand Road on eastern shore of Hooghly River for a stretch of 2.5 km near Fairlie Ghat and opposite to Railway Club. The park consists of landscaped gardens and children's amusement rides. It was opened along the riverside to provide a green area for Kolkata's polluted waterway. The park is open from 11am-8pm.

Park is okay. Good view of river and two bridges (Howrah bridge and Vidyasagar setu). However, infrastucture needs improvement. Childrens can enjoy rides. River cruise on Mayurpankhi is good considering the cost per person i.e. Rs. 100/-.

Had taken a ride of Mayurpanki. Crowd is not at all good. Few of the them behaving like that are in some cheap live song bar. Few of the people are against singing of Bengali songs. It seems we are not in West Bengal rather in some kind of racist state.

Great concept to save the banks of a river and convert that into a place where people can be drawn to spend time and money. The only failure is the non availability of basic amenities there. The walk on the pathway is good. Carry your own water, food and whatever you need to satisfy hunger and thirst. Great place to view both the iconic bridges and a glimpse of the sun going down. Take a ride on the boat if you are of an adventurous kind.

মিলেনিয়াম পার্ক, প্ৰথম যায় যখন বয়স 5এর গোড়ায়, আর এবার গেলাম কালকেই তো এবার এক্সপেরিয়েন্স এ চলে যাই।
প্রিন্সপ ঘাট থেকে সোজা হাটা লাগলে 20 মিনিটে বাবুঘাট আরো জোরে পা চালিয়ে চললে মিনিট 15 এর মধ্যে মিলেনিয়াম পার্ক । দশ টাকা টিকিট, যদি সত্যি যাওয়ার সুপ্ত বাসনা থেকে থাকে তবে যান, হা যাবেন কিন্তু সাথে ছোট ভাই বা বোন বা বয়সে বড়দের না নিয়ে যাওয়াই একটু বেশি ভালো, আসলে জায়গাটা গঙ্গার হওয়া খাওয়ার মতোই আরামের কিন্তু জায়গা টার কোনো গাছ তলা ফাঁকা নেই সব জোড়া-যুগ্ম তে টইটুম্বুর, তুবও যদি নিজের চোখ কে শুধুমাত্র গঙ্গার দিকে ফোকাস করে আমি যে ভাবে গেছিলাম সে ভাবে যেতে পারেন 'একা '। জায়গার কথায় আসি, জায়গা নিয়ে কোনো কথার বলার অবকাশ নেই শুধু নয়ন জোড়াকে মুগ্ধ করার জায়গা, প্রবাহমান গঙ্গা আর এর প্রবাহমান ফুরফুরে হওয়া আপনার মেজাজ কে একদম ফুরফুরে করে দিতে বদ্ধ পরিকর । তবে ছাতা নিয়ে যাবেন কারণ আগেই বলেছি সব কাপেল এর দখলে ছায়া গুলো তাই রোদের মধ্যে ছাতা হাতেই রাখা ভালো । খাওয়াদাওয়া নিয়ে চিন্তা নেই, না না রকম খাওয়ার দোকান, না না রাইড রয়েছে, তবে একবার ভুলবশত বেরিয়ে গেলে পার্ক থেকে আর no চান্স পার্কে ঢোকার with out কাটিং টিকিট for next এন্ট্রি, মিলেনিয়াম পার্কেই রয়েছে জেটি ঘাট, তাই গঙ্গার উপর দিয়ে গিয়া গঙ্গার হওয়া খেতে যেতে লাগবে মাত্র 6 টাকার টিকিট, ইচ্ছে করলে আবার রিটার্ন টিকিট ও কেটে নিতে পারবেন কলকাতায় ফেরত আসার জন্য । জায়গাটার বিশেষত্ব হলো দুদিকে ঘাড় ঘুরিয়ে হাওড়া আর হুগলি ব্রিজ দেখতে পাওয়া, আর পাশেই রয়েছে বিবাদী বাগ ট্রেন স্টেশন …. অপেক্ষা না করে শীতের দিনে গায়ে ভিটামিন D সমৃদ্ধ মিষ্টি রোদ এর ছোঁয়া আর ফুরফুরে হওয়ায় মনকে ফুরফুরে করতে একটাই ঠিকানা……মিলে -নি-আম মানে মিলেনিয়াম পার্ক!

Nice place for couples to spend some time in the evenings with nice breeze from the river and the view of howrah bridge as well as. Nice weather beside the river ganga. This park is three quadrant, one is free (which situated at the howrah bridge side) & another two are ticket zone.

Cheap place with low class crowd.
Very embarrassing if you go with family as everywhere couples are seated in awkward positions.
View is beautiful as it's located near the hoogli river.
Entry fees: 10rs / person.
There are rides available inside the park on separate charge.
Few food stalls are also there.
You can take a ride on steamer by purchasing ticket from outside the park.
