Appropriately named Mint as the decor is a combination of green and yellow which is soothing to the eyes.
The restaurant building has the 3 Brothers Cafe at the ground floor, The Nest (hotel) above it, Mint above the hotel and a bar above it with live performances.
Elevators link each unit and has a limited parking space at the ground floor level. The food at Mint is excellent and the blend of tastes is a culinary delight.
I recommend families and individuals to visit this place instead of listening to others. For me it is the experience that matters.
Restaurant cum Bar. Ambience is good. Staff behavior ok. Little short of knowledge regarding drinks. Charges are bit high. Food ok type, can't give excellent because taste is not proportionate to prices. Ordered: - Starter: Crispy Babycorn - good Chicken lollipop - not good
Main course: Kashmiri pulao - little short of taste Mutton - fresh but short of tenderness Butter nun - ok Chicken rimjim - ok
Drinks: Sweet lime - ok Breezer cranberry - price ₹260 Blackdog 60ml - ₹520 Asked for Blackdog 12yrs triple gold but got 8yrs No strong Beer was available.
Totally loved the ambience. It’s a great experience with awesome interior.
We have tried: - Butter Naan - Chilli Garlic Chicken Fried Rice - Murg Makhani with Bones - Chicken Rimjhim (Highly Recommended)
Just blown away by Chicken Rimjhim, such an awesome gem. Definitely a hidden place (not "so" popular). Nice thick gravy with 6 pcs as well as they used tandoori chicken to make it. One Butter Naan is sufficient for one for midium appetite people.
Caution: While ordering keep in mind the flavours of Chilli garlic, if you are not so familiar or don't like garlic over powering dishes, avoid it. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Murg Makhani is average. Portion wise very good. 4 big pieces (Leg, breast kind of pieces)
Situated at the heart of the town, it has a luxury family restaurant ans above to which they have a pub. The environment is cozy, comfortable and has good fooding, the live music is just too good. To note: people who love less crowded a must recommend place is this.
Today I spnt tym at Mint. In one word place is nice to relax ur mind and mood with ur frnds.and. Loved one.meals was good that we ordered.price is reasonable.look frwrd to visited again.
Lovely place to hangout siliguri. Food is good, the liquor range is wide and band is really good. You will enjoy the weekend nights with your friends, if you are lucky to have the live band performing. Great place
The food wasnt good enough for the price they charged and the service was awful. They took very long to get second helpings. We had to wait for like 30 mins for 1 roti.
Lovely restobar with live music played by a local band. The restobar with music is on the third floor to the left hand side of the corridor. It is small and can seat only about 12 - 15 people and has a low light ambience. The band plays barely 5 - 10 feet away from you depending upon where you are sitting and thus the music can be loud in case you want to have light conversation. The hors 'd ouvres are great and the food is good too with the service being prompt and personalised.
The music was great with the band singing mostly contemporary Bollywood numbers. They do take audience's requests but they seemed to be an upcoming band and their repertoire is limited. The performance however was great.
They have two bands that play at the restaurant. We only saw one. They take turns on the weekdays. There is a quiet restaurant opposite the restobar across the corridor in case you are not interested in music. Overall a great place to hang out in the evening. Great food, great hospitality and decent prices.
