Bought a birthday cake from here. Cake was not at all fresh. That AUNTY at the shop is always frustrated. Beware of her.

Very nice shop. Owner of the shop is also very nice person. All types of cakes and pastries are available.

Very Bad behavior of staff, they don't have any knowledge about customer service, I will not visit the shop again

The staff there are irresponsible and they don't respect their customers very bad service and they don't even warm the food well

They said that they have a certain product when asked, but upon payment. They change the product by saying that it wasn't available. All of this is informed only after the payment is done for the desired product (the one that never existed). Not to mention that whatever is finally received, tastes pathetic. Not recommended at all.

We ordered one pasty and two chicken web and one non veg pizza which is the most worst pizza I haven’t ever had in my life and the surprise thing is that after buying all these stuffs we asked for ketchup they asked for the extra money one of the worst cake shop or cafe I have ever wanted to be in my life

It's was just amazing. Taste was really good. Stuffs behavior are really good they Maintain full safety.

We "Calcuttan" love Mio Amore. Its not that top notch brands, but they are good. This outlet has a small problem though.it does not accept Crdit cards. So be careful.

Mio Amore is a good shop. They have good variety of cakes and snacks. They also have enough in stock.

I Love The Place To Visit Frequently And I Love The Behavior of the Staffs a Lot and The Food of the Mio Amore Also.

The best part about this outlet is about is position. It has got good variety and is a not the smaller outlet versions of Mio Amore.

Variety of cakes, pastries, different types of patties, choco lava cake, cup cakes, cookies, pizza, burgers, sandwich and other snacks are available here. They accept order for customised birthday cake.you will also find candles, plastic knife, birthday cap, sprinkler, number candle and birthday sticker for your birthday party.

Located near Chinar park crossing, on the road leading to Lokenath Temple. Ample varieties of cake, pastry, rolls available. Paneer Masala Sub is one of the best. Prices are average. Large size cakes can be pre-ordered. Staff need tobe more attentive to customer. Overall ok.

Excellent. Fresh taste. But no coldrinks available at store due to lack of supply. Only tetra pack was there.

Such a big brand not using hand gloves for serving and the staff is saying company not provides gloves.

Not even using catchers to pick up and put stuff in microwave.

Bad behaviour of staffs. All are not ready to take Rs. 100 against 50 Rs. Bill, they said I have to make bill atleast of Rs. 70. Even they are not ready to take Rs. 20 in notes and Rs. 30 in coins. Please ignore this mio Amore if you also experienced bad behaviour from staffs.

My child first birthday cake was spoilt by monginis.we ordered 2 tier cake of 3 kgs for my child first birthday but the cake was horrible in taste and had only hard sugar coating without any freshness.will never order birthday cakes from monginis ever.they charged 3600 for 3 kg cake but their cake was simply disgusting and most of my guests left the cake in their plate.disappointed.

Favourite from my childhood days. Best for take away as the store is not so spacious. Reasonable price. Fresh cakes, pastries and confectioneries. In my opinion they make the best cakes in Kolkata.

This branch of Mio amore is really small. The staff are unable to handle peak time properly. Else everything is okay.cakes are delicious.better than kathleen or sugar and spice.not perfect for freinds hangout.reasonable price and fresh food.but not always.

It's situated at Chinar park more. It has a large variety of cakes and pastries. And it also serves birthday kits. Good cookies collection. And snacks like cutlet chicken 65 burgers small pizza etc. Available here.
