Unprofessional behaviour of staff and hygiene is not up to the mark, most of the pastries are stale and when asked to exchange the worker gives a very bad attitude.

They always sell rotten. Today I have bought a cake and they said that the cake is fresh but it tastes sour.
Also I have some bad experience from this outlet about the service and the food quality.

Stale food (basi). Was not at all fresh. Staff was so clever as i said to pack my order they packed stale food.

Staff with the attitude problem. The man in the blue shirt literally threw us our pastry as we were begging for it. Totally unprofessional behaviour with the customer.

In return, we flew back his pastry in the same manner.

Worst experience. Apparently we are suppose to buy their products and eat outside the shop standing or sitting around the shop. How the hell should we do that?

Most thrid class staff behaviour, rotten and third grade service. Do don't purchase any product from this outlet. They think that they give free product. Specially the the third class staff. Do not buy any product. Go to hell this outlet. Get lost

Staffs are staring at us n every single lady passing by.not that much variety of items there.located just outside the cc siliguri.

I had ordered 4 chicken paties 2 smoky chicken and 2 chicken paties.for packing and i got this.why cant you all manage your customers such a worst thing and when i am calling no 1 is responding what to do now my momey got wasted i need my refund
When i asked them is there all the items they said yes you can check the cctv fottage also

My fav mio amore shop in siliguri city center outlet.best food with maintain quality.my fav dish chicken 65.everyone must be try.

Mio amore has now become a well known brand in SILIGURI.
It provides great range of pastries cakes and also others sancks like veg non veg patties chicken internet chicken 65 etc.
Quality products and fresh too but the only problem is the staffs.
Very casual unprofessional and behaves as if they pay tax for every word they speak.
Rude.

But staff are very rude and unprofessional, I ask them for cake albums for order I chose one cake of 1200 so I told him I need cake in budget than he started making faces n starting his annoying behaviour.than I told him to book another normal cake but his reply was I will not book you come next day which ever cake is available you take that one.
Just that I have refuse to take 1200 cake he started behaving like this.
He was so rude we had a discussion about it also. I have never seen this in any Mia A more store but cc store it's pathetic staff.

Staffs were so rude. I didn't expect this kinda attitude at all.they were taking my orders so rudely as they are giving it for free.overall the snacks and desserts are great.

This particular branch doesn't deserve a franchisee of Mio Amore.
The staffs are dam rude.

Pastries, cakes, and other patisserie items are all goods, but the employees there are very unprofessional and dont know how to behave with the customers, these employees will badly impact the business. I was planning to order a cake for myself and was a bit confused, one of the employee started making faces and the next day when I got the order, the cake was not in good condition. Mia amore please work on them, teach them how to behave with the customers.

Nice place for hungry people in siliguri.it is in city center siliguri.city center siliguri is situated in 5 km away from main city.it is nice place for hangout, movie and shopping. Spend a lot of time here during our stay at Siliguri. You name it and they have it. Massages, pubs/discos, restaurants, shop till you drop, haircut saloons etc etc. Nice open mall with a good vibe.

This is one of the Mio Amore outlets in Siliguri. The shop is just outside the main block of City Centre. My experience is quite bad here. There are a lot of varieties of cakes, pastries and other stuffs. But, most of the time they seems not to be fresh. The stuffs are not welcoming at all and a few of them are so rude and arrogant. The don't even provide you drinking water. If you need some, you have to buy them. Pretty annoying! Right? The siting arrangement is another horrible story!

Well didn't know any good bakery here in Silliguri so brought cake from city center MIO AMORE. The cake is soooo Bad worse cake I have ever had it's stale, also the topping is like gum and also the guy who gave us the cake was very rude.
It's a waste of money to buy cake from this place.

Worst mia amore in Siliguri. All the cakes taste like stale and not even closely fresh. I had cakes in other branches. Cakes/pastries which are 1 day old taste better then what they sell here
