Mio Amore - The Cake Shop (Khardah)

Very very disappointing service and insulting behaviour. They don't know how to deal with their customer. Less sincere to their work. They make to feel insulted just for their own negligence. Even after receiving the money from counter they denied and checked the cctv footage, and after that they found their fault, although they don't feel sorry for the whole incident

Very very disappointed behavior. We are not beggar or not demanding food without money. We are buying it. So behave yourself stuffs

Bad behaviour with customer and lack of attention for customer order. Not enough product is available here.

Everything is fine except the Behaviour of the staffs. They act like they are doing a favour or charity. They lack the minimum courtesy of customer handling.

Very bad behaviour We’ll give alart my relatives and friends not to go and shop from Khardah mio amore, the cake department shop keeper behavour very bad.

I am the daily customer of mio amore khardah this is the very good Shop for buying cake, pastrys and snacks in khardah all staff are mannered and they are doing very good behavior with all customer and I realy requests to all of you to visit in mio amore shop in khardah

Foods r no doubt hygienic, the option of finishing the dishes is also there as well as to carry for home

Staffs are ill mannered. They should learn how to behave politely with customers. The short guy with spects is working there for long times, maybe it made him overconfident to become rude. Maintaining of hygiene is just showing. Today is my last day of visiting this branch.

I have visited Mio amore branch at khardah.
For a strawberry cake the price was 23rs.
But I don't have 3 rupee change.
I gave them 100 rs.
And they immediately refuse me to give the product and their behaviour was very painfull.
Most low standered behaviour I have ever seen.

Had gone in the evening today to know what size is available for black forest birthday cake, its price, the interval or time window for placing an order and whether the price is inclusive of taxes or not. Guess, it was to much for the person (short figure, bit bulky and wearing glasses) at the counter who takes orders and looks after billing. Though he shared all the details but on my way out he uttered - 'suor er bachha' meaning 'son of a pig'. Well, it's an indication of the level of education and the professionalism of this particular branch.

Well place.but a little bit overcrowded.and much people are there inside shop in covid situation too

Behavior of the working stuffs particularly the short guy in the cash counter is extremely rude, uninviting and unprofessional.

Mio Amore is back with some special snacks and dessert items in this festive season. So guys what are you waiting for, jump into your nearest Mio Amore shop and try these items. These are limited only till Dashami, so try it as soon as possible.

The items introduced are:
• Chicken Dual Kebab Sub
• Chicken Drumstick Puff
• Chicken Seekh Kebab
• Choco Nut Pastry

I loved each and every newly introduced item, but my favorite was the chicken Seekh kebab, which was topped with a thick layer of cheese and chilli flakes on top. The Chicken Dual Kebab was filled with two different flavours of chicken in it. The Chicken Drumstick Puff was basically a puff in the shape of a chicken drumstick, filled with loads of chicken.

Everything is good except the behavior of the staffs in recent times.especially the guy in the cash counter. His behavior is exceptionally rude. Oneday, I packed some cakes and pastries, he forgot to add spoons in there. After noticing that, I again went there, surprisingly he showed no sign of contrition not even a single sorry. In addition to that, he only gave me a single spoon, where as there were food for atleast 3. When I asked, he refused. The reputation of this good food shop is being hampered by these type of people. I repeat, I have no objection about the food. Thank you.

Food quality is very good, taste of every items are delicious and behaviour of the staff is very good.
